well, this mentality with which I received the answer to the evaluation reflects very well what the problem is in addition to the average food.

It was raining that day, wewere not too hungry, we ordered two appetizers and two desserts. I don't have to order the whole menu to be important for you, enough if something doesn't taste right???
Then I would give a similar answer for a similar style! The dessert was particularly bad! The staff was rude! That day was my name day, so I must not have arrived wrong!
Good luck! Not only do you have to accept positive evaluations, you also have to be able to handle negative evaluations! This is not possible at the moment!
