If I could give it 10, I would. We are so privileged and grateful to have a chef of this calibre to open a restaurant in Tolentino. The combinations of ingredients, flavours and textures are extremely refined. We had tasted both fish and meat menus, and were equally impressed with both. The service was impeccable and the wine advice worked perfectly. It is a gem.

What a find!! Fabulous food in a great atmosphere. We had both the fish and meat menu between us - everything tasted beautiful. Entiana and her team were cheerful and attentive, and it all felt lovely and relaxed. We’ve already booked again😀

What a pleasure to have an osteria of this caliber in Le Marche. We ordered the fish menu with the wine pairing. The fish ravioli with vanilla and fava beans Is probally the best dish that I have had in years. Everything was Super. The service was excellent, décor very taste full. I defintely recomend the wine pairing as the wines were excellent. Complimenti Chef Entiana you should be very proud!

Delicious menu, every plate was superb! Nice ambiance, friendly staff and owners. Will certainly return !

Locale piccolo ma ben arredato. Accoglienza superba. Ottima carta dei vini e il sommelier ci ha spiegato le caratteristiche dei vini da noi scelti. Il cibo, abbiamo scelto degustazione pesce e veg, è ben bilanciato nei sapori con accostamenti audaci ma sempre gustosi. Alla fine i dolci una splendida sorpresa. La polvere di limone, spacca; per gusto ed odore. Ma la sorpresa migliore con il conto. Non si paga né il coperto, ne l'acqua! Mai successo. Complimenti a tutta la brigata.

Sono stato con la mia ragazza per una serata intima. Il locale si presta ala perfezione, riservato, pulito e molto ben curato. Il gestore e il cameriere sono stati molto educati e attenti, oltre ad aver dimostrato di avere davvero a cuore il cliente! La proposta si suddivide in tre menù tra cui poter scegliere: uno vegetariano, uno di carne ed uno di pesce (c’è anche la possibilità di fare un menù più ampio che svaria tra i 3 standard). Noi abbiamo preso un menù vegetariano ed uno di cane; tutti i piatti erano ottimi di gusto, con abbinamenti non scontati e presentati con grande cura. Si parte con un piccolo benvenuto seguito da antipasto, primo, secondo, pre dolce, dolce e alcuni dolcetti per concludere. Esperienza consigliatissima, il prezzo è più che onesto se si considera la qualità e la quantità dirò cibo e soprattutto come si viene trattati!
