Osteria La Fenice

We were a bit unsure after reading some of the reviews, particularly as we do not drink alcohol. In addition, a few comments suggested that the service was not always friendly. However, after our visit for our wedding anniversary, we were most pleasantly surprised and thoroughly satisfied with the experience. The tartare offered a wonderful combination of flavours, beautifully complemented by the pickled tomato. The clam pasta was a true highlight, the clams were juicy, soft, and fresh, green sauce with a delicate note of vinegar that was both unexpected and delightful. Although there was one small fragment of shell, it did not detract from the overall freshness, it was the finest and freshest clam dish I have ever enjoyed in Germany. The dessert, paired with candied cherry sauce, had a texture reminiscent of mochi. While slightly sweeter than my personal preference, the combination was memorable. This restaurant is well worth visiting for an inspiring culinary experience 👍

Very good food, quality, tradition and a great service. I was at La Fenice this night and I found a friendly and nice place. As a good food lover and as an Italian, I suggest you this place!

The most delicious chicetti I had in Venice (Sorry, not sure what it’s called but pictured below). Staff was also nice even though I don’t speak much Italian.

The Beef Tartare was delicious. The wine served to the Tartare was a delight. The service was splendid, thank you very much for being so patient with us arriving late. I can only recommend this place.

Delicious food, served as a high culinary restaurant with small appetizers from the house in a relaxed atmosphere. You clearly can tell that the people care for food and their customers. Really enjoyed my visit.

Great italian dishes, good quality en good service. You better go with the quality instead of the fast and cheaper foods. You will get a satisfied and pleasant stay and also when you leave
