Tried Osteria Nino last week and their Pistachio Martini was amazing! 🍸 The Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo was so good - fresh homemade noodles with the perfect texture and really flavorful sauce. Definitely try the Fig & Prosciutto pizza too, it's something special! Such a cozy spot with great Italian food. ✨

We attended a baby shower here, and they were great! They have a separate room to the side for parties. The staff was very attentive and the food was very good! I would highly recommend it! I loved the shrimp scampi.

Party of 5 for my brother's birthday. We were seated immediately with our 6 PM reservation. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Both the outdoor and indoor seating areas are extremely nice and comfortable. The food was delicious and everything came to our table in a reasonable amount of time. I ordered the linguini with clams and they were delicious. I'm not sure what the rest of my family ordered but their plates were empty when finished. I recommend this restaurant for a nice night out.

Google
Beautiful restaurant, ordered the chicken broccoli Alfredo, and it was some of the best I've ever had. Ever since I was a kid, that has been my go-to meal when going out for Italian. Great service, great atmosphere, amazing food. Don't hesitate to try it out

Google
First visit. The food was excellent. The server was very attentive. Easy off-street parking. Plan to come again.

Google
Family dinner was delish. Large portion which two kids shared. And our individual meals were so well done that I forgot to take photos. Desert was brownie sundae and we ate every bite!

I haven't been to too many Italian restaurants, but this has been hands down some of the best Italian food I have ever had. The pasta, sauce, chicken, everything was made perfectly. The customer service was amazing and the restaurant looked amazing with all the decoration and atmosphere. I would highly recommend coming here in the Burlington area.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our night here! It's a cute and cozy ambiance with candles lit on every table, small menu, and our server had great attention to detail. Our waters were never empty, complimentary bread and high quality oil, and my leftovers were packaged away from the table which always makes me feel fancy. All food was very hot and fresh. Arancini were crispy on the outside, risotto was flavorful, and the short rib was tender. The veal was not fatty and had a good savory flavor. The chix broccoli alfredo was really watery when it came to the table (it was SO hot!) but it thickened up as it cooled off and I added some parm cheese. It was definitely worth it to upgrade for $3 to fresh pasta, it was delicious, chicken was tender, and I have enough leftover for lunch tomorrow! The cannolis were definitely the highlight of the meal, we both stared up at each other in disbelief on the first bite - delicious! Overall, it wasn't the best Italian food we've ever had, but it was tasty, reasonably priced, and the service was incredibly good. We're already talking about going back to try some other things on the menu - I'm eyeing the eggplant parm.

Yelp
1) The service is abrupt and not customer friendly. We showed up for our reservation on time and they refused to seat us in a booth, saying they had other larger parties coming with reservations, few of which showed. I noticed six booth tables remained empty while I and my partner sat at a small table that could not comfortably serve the multiple items we ordered. 2) The food was bad; really bad. It's an Italian restaurant and yet I did not detect any traditional Italian seasonings in the food, such as garlic, oregano, basil, or fennel. Seriously, it's as if the cooks have no experience. We ordered several dishes. Everything was bland and completely lacking seasoning. The meatballs were cold. Items that were supposed to have short ribs had only tiny traces of short ribs shreds. The food was so bad that I ate very little, leaving most on my plate. Even the dessert trio was not good. The brownie was under-cooked. I cannot even identify what the other items of the trio were because they were just mush. 3) There is no ambience in this place. It's a commercial building. There is nothing in the decor to signal Italian restaurant. It could be a Denny's or a corporate meeting room for all appearances. I saw many customers with grim faces who were not enjoying their meals, nor the experience. I've never seen so many other bored, unhappy customers in a restaurant. NOBODY looked like they were enjoying their meals. EVERYONE looked like they couldn't wait to leave. Even as we left, as we were in the parking lot, I saw other customers leaving who still looked like they had a bad time. 4) This restaurant is not a good choice. They failed in so many ways. The woman who posed as the manager was indifferent and harsh when we asked to be seated in a booth. She then later made weak attempts to be customer friendly but she doesn't have those skills. This place is a complete fail. None of the food was good. Everything was bland or weird. Even the plate of bread dipping olive oil was wonky. There was no garlic or Parmesan cheese, but there pieces of parsley and what tasted like tarragon. It was not at all pleasant.

Yelp
Great food and service. My first time eating here and I was pleasantly impressed with the quality of food and service. It was lunchtime on Valentine's Day, not too crowded and our food came out quick. Waiters were always checking up on our table.

Sara Jieyi T.

Yelp
This place serves warm bread and olive oil!! I got the short rib tortellini and it was delicious. The flavor is well balanced. The mussels were fresh and well seasoned too, thought slightly saltier than I'd like. Service was good and staff were friendly. The interior features a classic Italian restaurant. Highly recommend for hangouts, team or family dinners!

Erick T.

Yelp
I really was in mood for a salad nothing fancy just a basic healthy one... service was on point and attentive... Only drawback was the margherita pizza I had probably the only time I'll ever say the salad was better than the pizza.

Michael P.

Yelp
Great location and designed restaurant. Service and food preparation and quality fantastic. Will go back.

Linda B.

Yelp
One thing they need to get rid of is their sirloin steak - - it is terrible! I don't know how they cook it, there are no grill marks on it - it's almost like it's microwaved. I had a private party with just about 20 people, they provided only one server- who was great, but he could never keep up with serving the meals timely and filling the water and removing the plates- no one ever came to check on our private event. No one ever asked us how everything was I was very disappointed especially after spending a couple thousand dollars. I think I just went in with high expectations and they didn't deliver.

Betsey S.

Yelp
I was here for a private gathering. The service was attentive and the ambience was nice. The food was just OK. The tomatoes in the caprese salad were light pink and sad looking - if you can't get good tomatoes, don't offer caprese! The caesar salad was meh - the best things I can say are that it was nice dark leafy greens and it wasn't swimming in dressing. I ordered the salmon, which had some kind of sauce (pesto?) drizzled on it, and which came with broccolini and mashed sweet potatoes. The salmon was good, the broccolini was exceedingly salty, and the sweet potatoes were sweetened with something to the point of being inedible. The bread and oil were fine. Of the four people at my table who ordered steak, two were cooked incorrectly (one overcooked, one undercooked - it's possible that they just got swapped, but because they came out at different times we couldn't be certain). The desserts (cannoli and tiramisu) were fine, nothing to write home about. I'd probably eat here again if invited, but I wouldn't choose to spend my own money - there are so many other, better choices.

James C.

Yelp
I would give 4.5 because cappuccino came cup only no spoon However service was great Buffalo wings very spicy and they weren't stingy on the sauce The spaghetti sauce was lite and flavorful meatballs were soft and great tasting Shrimp scampi great Salmon dish was perfect

George R.

Yelp
I did not received the pasta dish that I ordered. Pasta was not fresh. Service was slow. Has inside and outside seating. Parking is limited.

Enxhi B.

Yelp
Came here on a Monday night while on a work trip to meet up with friends in the area. Our waitress was nice and pleasant. We got the meatballs app (tasty) the parmesian fries and the Charcuterie board for appetizers. So good. I got Aperol Spritz and the others got beers. Good spritz! We ordered pizzas for our entrees and they were yummy. We had a wonderful time here, especially for a Monday night.

Kevin S.

Yelp
We found Osteria Nino to be excellent! All eight of us agreed that the ambiance was comfortable and friendly. The food was very good. We also found the waitress to be friendly, efficient and generally added to an above average experience! Desert was great as well.

Steven M.

Yelp
I am not typically one to complain unless it is extremely bad. I have never had worse service in my dinning experiences. To start the area around the table was very dirty, we had sticky menus with hair on them, and two out of the five cutlery sets were grossly dirty with old food still stuck to them. The waiter quite obviously ignored our table, took our orders and never came back, he never cleared our plates or asked us for new drinks. The food was okay, maybe a bit overvalued, and the drinks were nothing to write home about. I am confused on why this restaurant has such great reviews. I have had better experience at large chain Italian restaurants.

Chelsea F.

Yelp
I really enjoy it here. I first saw it on a local TV food show and decided to come and I've since been back several times. The menu has all of the classic Italian dishes, and everything I've gotten has been delicious. On Monday they offer half priced pizzas, which i personally haven't tried yet but have heard great things. The pizzas range from $14-18, so half off is a great deal for dinner! The cocktails are awesome, highly recommend the sangria or pumpkin martini during the fall months. The Caico e Pepe is so delicious, and for an app I really enjoy the meatballs. The bar area is cozy and there are a couple of TVs in the area, and the restaurant space is also nice. There is plenty of parking as there is a large parking lot shares with other nearby restaurants and businesses. I've always had a good meal and friendly service here so would definitely recommend.

Ronaldo T.

Yelp
Excellent atmosphere and great food. The pizza was amazing with fresh ingredients. The staff provided great friendly service beyond expectations.

Bridget G.

Yelp
We visited at 4pm. There was ONE party seated in the dining room. When we left at nearly 6pm they had sat maybe 3 additional parties. On a Saturday night, when every single restaurant near by was packed. The first place we visited had a 2 1/2hour wait. So we thought we'd try it here. I understand now why people weren't here. Throughout our entire visit there were several servers standing around and socializing at the greeter desk. Despite there being lots of staff service wasn't great. Our drinks were crummy. One of the worst cosmo's I've ever had. We asked for a citrus vodka and was told they don't have any brand of citrus vodka. Later to learn on the menu that they have an in -house lemon infused vodka for their lemoncello cosmo. This was our second order and it was not much better it was really bitter. We gave the server our feedback after the first drink and she wasn't very responsive. We didn't bother sharing info about the next drink, nor did she ask. Best dish at the table, chicken broccoli ziti. The gnocci was the worst, topped with pizza type sauce and way too much cheese. No opinion on the gnocci because it was heavily smothered. Menu says pomodoro cream sauce but it's honestly pizza sauce. Chicken parm was ok. Eggplant parm with no cheese for dietary restrictions was good, they took the Liberty to add pesto to the cutlet. Salad was good, however no dinner size salad option is a bummer. Gelato was refreshing. I wouldn't return here with this menu, or unless someone was on quality control. meals overall are too heavy and bland.

Liz D.

Yelp
The food was honestly really unacceptable. My daughter's gnocchi was drowning in cheese sauce. That could sound delicious but it was almost impossible to find the pasta, which was overcooked and mostly mush. My chicken piccata had chopped chicken and very little flavor. There were also chopped pieces of lemon in the dish that resembled the chicken, given the low lighting, and it created an overly bitter taste, especially when you accidentally ate the pieces of lemon. The lemon pieces were included in the dish, as opposed to a garnish. The service was decent, although it felt extremely rushed. We received our entrees one minute after we received our salads. We were excited to try this place and were so disappointed.

Patty L.

Yelp
Great food atmosphere and service! The mushroom pizza was outstanding and loved the wine flight of 4 Italian reds. The warm bread and olive oil dip was delicious Will definitely return.

Keiddy C.

Yelp
Went here for Mother's day and the food was delicious! The lobster ravioli was very filling and had some extra pieces of lobster claw. The margherita pizza was big and delicious - especially for the affordable price! We also had the brownie sundae which comes in a big cup. Our server AND runner were both very kind and pleasant. The staff was welcoming and the restaurant felt like family. Next time I'd love to sit on the patio when the weather is nicer.

Craig S.

Yelp
Just went there last night! Service was very good, food tasted great! And a nice relaxed atmosphere! I will definitely go back.

Ken Y.

Yelp
The food was good - the pasta was al dente and the sauce was tasty. Service overall though was fantastic.

Robo T.

Yelp
This was my first time here. The service was sloooooooow .. BUT the food came out piping hot and freshly prepared. The veal parm was DELICIOUS. The cutlet was tender and the taste of the fresh pasta elevates this preparation above other veal parm options in the vicinity. The meatballs are well seasoned and had the perfect balance of meat and filler. The sauce is also notable and delicious. This will definitely become a regular option for me for the area.

Sheena L.

Yelp
Service was poor. Cod dish was not edible and we complained to the waiter once he finally came to check on us. Feedback received was "we don't normally have complaints on the cod". Even though dish was barely touched, no attempts made to correct the issue. Won't be back.

C C.

Yelp
A wonderful meal for Mother's Day! Food and service were great and the place was hopping at 2pm. Our appetizers were awesome - mussels and calamari. Everyone enjoyed their entrees. Our server gave us just enough attention. We'll be back!

Aisha V.

Yelp
I really enjoyed my meal here! Everyone who came to dinner that night enjoyed their meal had nothing but good things to say about their meal. One of my colleagues is gluten free and they had gluten free options for her which was great. I definitely recommend getting the fresh pasta! You have the option to substitute fresh pasta for $2 and its definitely worth the the couple of bucks! Really its the only thing that stood out to me about this spot, and the reason I would definitely visit again. The food is the 4-5 stars here (get the fresh pasta). The service was average/unremarkable. Would still recommend.

Guitar P.

Yelp
For the amount of money we spent, I'd expect better and bigger portions of the food. None of us liked it. It's nice atmosphere, and the waiters were very nice, but the food could be better.

Z R.

Yelp
Although we stopped here for a quick drink and light appetizer I found the place to be very nice. Danielle the bartender was a gem. The antipasto was fantastic. Place was not loud at all nor crowded.

Chuck M.

Yelp
I was traveling and wanted a good meal. I got one here at Osteri Nino! Late lunchtime and the place was quiet and clean and service was perfect. Other than my chicken parm having just a little too much breading, this place is almost a 5 star.

Mary D.

Yelp
Great service and delicious pizza! Our server was pleasant and gave us good descriptions of the plates we were interested in along with his personal favorites. We will be back!

Sravani D.

Yelp
If I were to describe the place in one sentence I would say - Perfect for dinner dates. The ambience is perfect for a relaxing dinner. Surprisingly, this place had a calming effect on my otherwise restless toddler which automatically makes this place qualify for a 5 star rating by me On a much more elite note,I felt the food can be better by all means in terms of flavor or taste.I mean to say I have had better pastas and apps at other places. The drinks were on point and the service was fabulous.

Nelia S.

Yelp
food is not good enough. i request a nhoque. so hard. no flavor. flavor of flour. Waitress is running. not paying attention. i asked for lemonade was just water. no lemonade flavor at all. I didn't like it

John T.

Yelp
I like this place. It is near the hotel where I was staying while on business. For me this is comfort food, and they delivered. From start to finish, it was good food. I don't want fancy, I don't want haute, I just wanted a good meal in a relaxed place that evening and it was spot on. Very good restaurant.

Chris C.

Yelp
Ordered for pickup due at 1:50pm. Arrived at 1:49pm and was told it's not ready yet. 2:15 the hostess brought the food. Got home meatball's were good. Pizzas fries and eggplant parm all seem to have been ready for awhile. I guess you just have to eat there. Was told by the hostess it took extra time because the had a large party. Not going to take out there again.

Alana L.

Yelp
Food and service were great. Sandwiches at lunch, plenty of other options. Good bread!

Diana N.

Yelp
Solid place for Italian food in the burlington area, had the shrimp scampi and tiramisu. Our service was super helpful and patient. Plenty of places to park since this is in a plaza.

Kimberly H.

Yelp
I went here today around 5pm for my birthday dinner with my parents I really enjoyed this restaurant! Appetizers were bruschetta and toasted ravioli. I'm vegan so I did not eat the latter. They liked it a lot, it looked good. They bring bread/ oil with spices for dipping as well. I asked if there was gf bread and the waiter brought out a gigantic GF crust for me to dip! That was amazing as normally restaurants don't have any bread for me!! Or just bring out one roll! I really loved the oil because it had flavor and fresh ingredients. I ordered the wild mushrooms on a GF crust with red sauce and no cheese. The waiter gladly made that substitution and I heard him explain to the chef that I was vegan. So that was great. The pizza was SUPER flavorful, they must mix the mushrooms with garlic or something because it was fabulous. The crust was one of the best restaurant GF pizza crusts Ive ever had. Many times you order pizza and it's tiny or floppy and paper thin. This crust is larger than most and crispy/ flaky. My parents ordered two regular pizzas, I posted photos of them, they really liiked them as well! Overall a really good experience and I will be back for more pizza!

sabrine c.

Yelp
Perfect spot for a dinner!! Food is amazing and appetizers are good too; must haves are the Parmesan truffle fries and the fried ravioli. Gnocchi sorrentino is definitely a must try too!!!! Our Waitress Isabelle was amazing!! Super friendly staff and Isabelle was excellent at accommodating our requests for the night.

Carole O.

Yelp
Great meatballs! Bolognese good, service a tad slow. If I'm around this area again I would stop for the meatballs :)

Lucille C.

Yelp
Our second time here and I can't say enough about the wonderful service from the hostess Amanda to our server Amanda to the boy who brought out our chowders. The food was delicious especially the clam chowder. Plenty of clams and the flavor was superb. I heard about this place from phantom gourmet and they were right on with the flavors. I liked it so much that we brought friends with us on our return visit. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Leah D.

Yelp
The mushroom pizza is 10/10. SO GOOD! We've also had the sausage pepperoncini and it was great. They don't skimp on toppings, which I love. We got the kids cheese pizza meals ($11), came with a way bigger pizza than I expected, plus a drink and gelato. We've eaten there and gotten take out. When we got takeout, I felt like the pizza could have been cooked for an extra minute or two, but nothing a quick toast in the oven couldn't fix. Fried ravioli and caprese salad, super good!

A M.

Yelp
Just go for pasta and drinks only. I had the salmon with cauliflower which was raw. The salmon was bland. Arancini was delicious. Drinks were on par. Service waaasssss terrrrible. Server explained he was new---must have been the first restaurant he ever worked for! Our drinks went unfilled. We had to ask for everything. The dishes and menus crowded our table the entire meal. He dropped my napkin/silverware roll on the ground but still gave it to me. The food was overpriced for what it was.

Tashombe H.

Yelp
This was a great space with separate bar and dining areas and it looked some of the dining area could be closed off for private functions. We had calamari, short ribs and veal marsala. We found the calamari to be ok. I enjoyed the short rib dish...it was tender and hot. My date thought the veal lacked flavor and it was not enjoyed much. The basket of bread was good. We opted for a carafe of house wine which was reasonably priced. We skipped dessert. Service was alright. Food came out quickly but not rushed. I may come back and try the pizza.

Mike N.

Yelp
Service was solid and friendly. They sat 8 of us at a small table and thus were crammed together. The food quality was like an Olive Garden. Marginal at best. Nothing made there but rather heated and served. Just know what you are getting.

Gloria R.

Yelp
Food was excellent and the expresó martini was delicious. First time trying it. I tried it at another restaurant and definitely the second place was not as good.

Dana S.

Yelp
Let me start by saying it's not the north end. But it might as well be. I can't say enough about our experience last evening at this restaurant. Was able to make a reservation same day at a little past seven on a Saturday night. So excited because the restaurant has been there a year and we had yet to try it. Got there and we're seated promptly in a beautiful table by the fireplace. The waitress Deanna was just amazing. Extremely attentive yet not pushy or invasive. She made a suggestion about having the seafood dinner for two. We were definitely on the fence about it, until she was able to show us a picture of what it look like. Wow. Sold ! The vibe it's nice there, very relaxed yet romantic. Good for dinner, work dinner, or a night out. We got a half carafe of house wine, and. Shared a Caesar salad to begin with. Their Caesar salad has hazel nuts in it. What a pleasant and yummy surprise. When the seafood platter came, I can't say enough about it. Had fra diavolo sauce on it with linguine. The two of us ate like a king and queen, and still had enough to take home, for another meal. During our meal as well, Wallace, the executive chef came by and asked how we were enjoying our meal. We had a lovely conversation with him and commented about how good the meatballs looked, he even offered to give us some to bring home just to drive. What a passionate and wonderful executive chef. All in all, all I can say is go. Bring your family. Bring your date. Bring your coworkers. Whatever you need to do to get yourself into this restaurant. I have not been this impressed with the total experience in quite a long time. A+ plus

Courtney S.

Yelp
Came here for the first time with my family last night. We were greeted with a smile and seated right away (7:30 pm Thursday). We opted to sit on the patio outside because there was live music in the grassy court yard in front. Heres what we got and rated them out of 5 stars: Roasted brussel sprouts 3/5 Mamas meatballs 5/5 Fried mozzarella 4/5 Prosciutto & mozzarella 3/5 Veal parmesan 4/5 Gnocci sorrentina 3/5 Frutti de mare 4/5

Ang R.

Yelp
Delish!! Went for a lunch and it did not disappoint! Great location with lots of parking.

Philip E.

Yelp
Serviceable Italian Restaurant with good indoor/outdoor seating. Food was just OK, nothing that wowed me as I found all 3 of my courses slightly under seasoned. The fried mozzarella had a great crunch, but the Mamma'a meatballs were missing something, maybe just more salt, garlic, fresh oregano etc. Both of those courses were underserved by a average marinara sauce that was also missing that kick of ying yang spice and sweetness. My Caesar salad with white anchovies seemed to have a bottled below par Caesar dressing that I asked for olive oil to kick it up, but the white anchovies I added were very good. So with all that said this restaurant is a once and done as the competition for my dining dollar will be directed somewhere else.

Joe B.

Yelp
TL DR; Food good enough, many unforced errors in the rest of the experience. Other places can do better. They offered online reservations because of COVID, which went smoothly. We were greeted promptly, and, down in a nearly empty room, led to the table closest to the kitchen entry door, where all the dirty plates would be wafting by - how charming. Happily, they were gracious about moving us, but really. There are good and bad tables in a room, but to seat us in the worst table right off the bat was awkward. The awkwardness continued when the wine and beer menu had obviously worked over by the Manipulative Marketing team to remove the prices from the beer and wine selections (it was so minimal, they didn't even say what the units were: cans, draft, glasses, or bottles.) This is such a crude piece of social engineering designed to boost checks. So yes, we were dicks and made our server get all the red wine prices - which actually had a staggering range! The wine was ok. The food was very good. We asked to share a caprese salad, and our server nicely brought it on two plates. The caprese salad was outstanding - danced on the taste buds. I think they mixed lemon in with the balsamic, and it was tangy. The mozzarella was creamy, the tomatoes were - well, it's November, but they were creditable. I had the fruitti di mare, which came with a fra-diavolo sauce, which was not quite as zippy as I'm used to, but OK. We had to wait way too long for the server to pick up the check. So,
