"Situated in the beautiful historic pedestrianised centre of Offida, this restaurant with a brick-vaulted ceiling is housed in the former stables of an old palazzo with a modern, inviting and intimate feel. Here, owner-chef Daniele Citeroni Maurizi skilfully reinterprets regional cuisine to create precise, imaginative dishes that are full of flavour. The stuffed cannelloni cooked on the barbecue grill are delicious, as is the veal tartare served with a warm meat, herb and vegetable jus on the side. We should also highlight the “low cost” tasting menu available for guests aged under 25." - Michelin Inspector

What a nice surprise! We found this Osteria in the Guide Michelin and decided to try it out during our vacation in Offida. A modern approach of local dishes combined with great local wines and great service 🤩

I had one of the best meals ever in Le Marche in this place (I am from here!). I am glad that someone recommended to try the pigeon because it is an absolute must. I loved everything about it: the taste, the multi sensorial experience, the textures. We also enjoyed the starters and dessert: cornetto & cappuccino is definitively unforgettable as well as the revisited mushroom. We chose a wine from a cantina we buy often and it was also well worth (poderi san lazzaro). We cannot recommend this place highly enough! We will come back.

Red book Michelin guide restaurant. 1) service is of exceptional high quality. Waitresses are present around the table to explain the details of the food, how it has been prepared and which ingredients have been used. 2) flavours and tasting experience are amazing. Local tradition, recipes and ingredients are very well balanced. 3) portions not too big for some of the items 4) good wine selection Overall a valid surprise in such location!

The food was excellent. We had dinner at Ophis while staying in Ascoli Piceno. I cannot recommend enough. Both the food and the service were amazing. We did the tasting menu and certainly left full.

It is not everyday that you have lunch at a Michelin mentioned restaurant 🌟 #osteriaophis will live up to your gastronomic expectations, in the heart of olffida, a truly unique restaurant, friendly and accommodating staff, great ambiance, and off course the food!!! An experience in itself🤩🤩🤩
