Fabio and Nicola have recently taken over the restaurant, stepping into some very big shoes – and they are doing so brilliantly.
We chose the 7-course tasting menu, and every dish impressed with its use of seasonal and local ingredients. Highlights included the morels served in a refined sauce, the salmorino, and the hazelnut ice cream, all of which were truly outstanding.
Our host, Nicola, shared fascinating insights about the region and the products they use, and his eye for detail in the service was exceptional.
We are grateful for a wonderful evening and already look forward to our next visit!
