Exceptions exist! Till now the only dining experience where the chef is as active in the restaurant as in his kitchen. A full blown dining delight in Hasselt, Limburg. The small team is realizing an amazing
job: incredible creativity combined with personal service and humor. This team is going to set new boundaries, one way or the other. We would almost forget to mention that the dishes are spot on, each course is a discovery and as a guest you feel at home. A real 💎!

Let me say it this way. We felt like in a home. I would give 6 stars for the staff. The food experience was amazing! But to be fair it all comes with price - you need to be prepared to pay 150-200€ per person, and reserve minimum 3 (recommend 4) hours for full menu. If you have alergies, it is recommended to tell them 2-3 days earlier, so they can adjust the menu for you.

Unassuming, unpretentious, clear focus on quality and service - this motto has created the best culinary experience of 2023 so far. The beautiful team with their hands on approach and interaction with the guests makes one feel at ease immediately. The restaurant with room for about turns into a culinary oasis bringing you creations that immediatly made it on our favourites list. This team is a star in our books already, but we have no doubt they deserve the big ones too. We are planning our next visit already.
