My (cat's) vet uses TeleVet, and it is a terrible experience. Reminders to schedule appointments get sent when there is nobody around to respond to a call or message.
TeleVet sends a text message to notify clients of a message. Just include the effing message... so I click through to see the message and get another message that just says "We have information for the appointment that requires attention, Get Started" so I have to click another time to actually see that all they're doing is asking me at 7:30 am for an 8:30 am appointment if I'm already there or running late.
I told my vet that if they didn't take me out of the TeleVet system, I'd find another vet.
