You would think that for $5.15 per slice I would be able to get the kind of slice I desired, however, that was to no avail for me. I arrived to Otto at 5:23 pm EST and asked for 2 Slices of Pepperoni. Upon making the request I was advised the ONLY OPTIONS were Cheese or Mashed… (sigh) With such a flavor rich menu I would think something as important as only having two options may be worthy of a sign. However, as I really wanted pizza, I opted for two slices of Cheese. I placed my order, paid, and stood to the side as it heated up. The process was smooth. Though the service was less than good, I give grace as there was only one employee and he was doing the register and pizzas. When my pizza was ready I was provided my slices and I was off to find a table. The slices are a good size and they aren’t overly greasy. The cheese is very fresh and the flavor profile of the cheese sits perfect with the flavoring of the pizza itself. The crust was crispy and had the perfect chewy middle. The slice experience was a taste bud pleasing one as the sauce to cheese to crust ratio is spot on. My stop at Otto was flavor pleasing. I’m excited to see what I get when I can taste the pepperoni slice (hopefully) on my next trip to Boston.

Service was poor, guy working wasn’t respectful and was acting like we should already know better when we asked stuff. Didn’t have half the food options advertised and when we got our pepperoni pizza it had about 4 tablespoons of oil on each piece. Crust was stale, counters weren’t clean and they have these Parmesan packets that are virtually impossible to open. We didn’t finish our pizza and had to throw it out.

Food was what you would expect from pizza. I tried mashed potatoes, bacon, and scallion slice. Not sure if it had a sauce to speak of. Could’ve used a bit more cheese. But the toppings were pretty good. And they did heated up in the oven before serving it. The best thing about eating here was the price. $5 was pretty good for a good sized slice. The closest burger a few doors down was about $12 and the burrito next door was over 3x the price. So I wouldn’t hesitate to eat here if you need something quick and fairly tasty.

Pizza was good and the guy working the counter was a one man pizza slinging machine. He was the only person working and was doing 3 things at once and still moving quickly through the line.

These stars are for the man working this evening - he was a one man show and it looked like there was no one else to help out. He was responsible for the registers and for assembling and cooking the pizzas. He was doing three things at once, yet was very efficient and took the time to make a solid pizza. And he was friendly on top of that! Kudos to you my friend, you deserve a raise!!!

I tried a slice of the pepperoni, but I’m not a fan…... It was fairly flavorless - the crust, the cheese and the sauce, though the pepperoni was good. There is much better pizza around!! Staff was friendly !

The employee didn't say a word to me before or immediately after I ordered. Then after he gave me the slice, I had to remind him that I hadn't paid yet. Very strange experience. Otto's in Maine is about 100000x better experience than Otto's in Boston Logan.

Average with $$ price tag. . Got a pepperoni, thin slice, Owen toasted, bit salty than the usual. $5.5 per slice is ridiculous. . Who cares airport restaurants are built to fleece weary travelers!!!
