OTTO CAP

I wouldn't recommend them . Hat quality is bad faded Fast and the Velcro is bad. The band on the inside folds down when you take it off. That's my experience with 2 hats. Not bad looking at the start tho

SLOW SHIPPING! I only signed up because it said they ship out blank orders in 2-3 days. My first couple orders took well over a week just to start shipping so I switched companies. So many wonderful companies out there with faster shipping, just do your due diligence and ask around.

We have been doing business with Otto for many years. Many orders have been very large and they always perform. I would like to see them improve providing samples. They seem to always delay sending them for 3-4 days. We always provide our UPS #. Not sure why they lag in this area.

I have been recommending that my customers open accounts with Otto Cap for decades. They are great to work with, offer a very diverse array of products at great prices that are easy to embellish (embroider). Otto Cap has never disappointed and the embroiderers and screenprinters I work with love them.

I have been waiting for my shipment for past 4 days and still nothing. Also the provided tracking number not bringing anything up to track my package down. I am looking for another company, can't afford to loose customers.

I can’t understand why a big corporation like Otto Cap is having trouble shipping out orders in a timely manner? For example, you place an order on a Monday and the items don’t ship until 3-4 days later! Other hat wholesalers ship out the orders with in 24 hours , but Otto is on Hawaiian time… literally!! The process needs to be sped up and I’m not just saying just for me, but in general for the whole small business industry.

Rude customer service by phone call, we buy I lot from Otto Cap. we never call them, we do all online but today we made a call and we are really disappointed with the customer service.
