Ottolenghi Marylebone

I’ve been visiting Ottolenghi locations many times over the years, and every visit whether grabbing food to go or dining in has been nothing short of excellent. It’s always a flawless and flavorful experience. The food is consistently delicious, perfectly seasoned with their signature spices, and made with top-quality ingredients. Honestly, I feel like I could never get tired of it. The scrambled eggs are always fantastic so creamy and full of flavor and everything else on the menu is just as impressive.

First time at Ottolenghi’s and the food was ok, but as a fan I probably expected that it would taste better. The two of us ordered three different salads each and they were tasty but not tasty as expected. I felt that the recipes from his cookbook that I made home tasted better 😳😳 The girls who work there were really nice.

I've enjoyed Ottolenghi-style food many times before, but it still surprises me...how can something as simple as granola taste so good? This was the first time I had breakfast at an Ottolenghi restaurant, and I was not disappointed. The space is quite small, with a communal table that seats fewer than 10 people. While I was there, many people came in to pick up food. The atmosphere is relaxed, but nothing special.

It was my first time at an Ottolenghi shop and I was not disappointed. The food is really good, the pastries are amazing and the people are really nice. Just a VERY negative point is that this cafe doesn’t have a toilet for customers. This is really really bad in my opinion.

Absolutely incredible! We had the most delicious lunch and cakes there. The service was very friendly and smooth. Lovely spot to sit in or take away. The food is the best in London. I also like to buy their delicious packaged goods to bring as gifts and to eat at home. A must-visit!!

I love the ottolenghi’s cookbooks, but this restaurant is overpriced and overrated. Everything looks amazing, but the taste is (only) good. I tried a little of everything as well as two desserts. Nothing stood out, but nothing was bad either. I expected at least some things to be delicious, but honestly nothing was. For the expensive price and lack of seating (10 seats=1 hour wait), this was a huge disappointment. I feel confident that I’ve tried everything and it wasn’t just a bad day. Won’t recommend and won’t go back.

Finally made it to Ottolenghi! As a huge fan of the cookbooks, seeing all the goodies in person was a dream. Everything looked and tasted incredible. It was a total treat!

Been cooking from Ottolenghi’s cookbook for a while and was happy to be in London to try dine at one his restaurants. Enjoyed out breakfast here. It's a cute spot where there’s only one large table and different groups of guest will be shared. I find it’s very cool to dine this way. The shakshuka super delicious and I think it was the most flavorful shakshuka I ever had :) Bought 4-5 different pastries for my train ride to Wales and they were all fantastic! Will definitely come back again the next time I’m in London.
