An absolute hidden gem! This hotel offers a truly unique and dreamy escape, nestled in a peaceful and quiet location that feels worlds away from everyday life. The atmosphere is incredibly serene - perfect for unwinding. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh, high-quality options, and dinner was equally impressive. The highlight? The amazing pool area - tranquil, beautifully designed, and ideal for relaxing under the sun. Highly recommended for anyone looking to recharge in a calm and charming setting.

Absolutely the best hotel! The view is incredible, the room was beautiful, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom is spacious, and the whole space feels well thought out. The pool area is lovely — peaceful, quiet, and perfect for relaxing. Breakfast is decent, but you can order à la carte, which definitely elevates the experience. We tried the spa — it was nice, but for such a spectacular hotel, I think it could either be larger or located in a more special setting. The location is also excellent. It’s very central, so we were able to visit many beautiful towns and spots nearby. Last but not least, the front desk staff were incredibly helpful, always ready with great recommendations and happy to assist with reservations. Highly recommended — would definitely come back!

I brought a group of American tourists to Puglia for a yoga and fitness-based vacation, and Ottolire Resort could not have been a better partner. This property offers the ultimate stay—for both groups and individuals.||Sprawling countryside location? Check.|Gorgeous pool and spa? Check.|Glassed-in fitness studio with a view? Check.|Luxurious, spacious rooms? Check.|Incredible restaurant? Check.|Pasta-making? Also check.||Best of all, the staff was outstanding! They anticipated our needs at every step, and our guests truly felt like VIPs. The hotel is also just a short drive from many of the area’s highlights, including masserie, trulli, Alberobello, and Locorotondo.||I cannot recommend Ottolire Resort highly enough.

A beautiful hotel. The resort is calm and peaceful and from the moment you arrive it is relaxing. The staff are all friendly and welcoming . We had an upgrade to our room which was a welcome surprise. Delicious brekfast , superb supper ( our best meal yet ) . I could not fault this hotel and would recommend to anyone. Would have liked to have stayed longer. Loved the cool pool too !!

I am lucky enough to be visiting the stunning resort at the moment (on day 3) and I cannot say enough positive things!||First of all the photos do it no justice, it’s is so stunning in person and the grounds are perfectly manicured ||We got the Triulli Room (1) and it is an actual dreamy space with a private hot tub outside and a luxurious and so comfortable bed||What really sets this hotel apart though are the staff. Every single person our group of friends has encountered has been amazing. Ilaria at the pool, Karen at the front desk and Flavio| In the dinning room especially have been stand outs, but everyone truly has been exceptional ||Highly HIGHLY recommend this resort if you are looking for a stunning countryside stay in Puglia

A beautiful resort in every way - so clean, pretty and spacious. The staff were wonderful and the food excellent, both at dinner and breakfast. Lovely pool bar offering light snacks for lunch - and the pool area itself was large, clean and peaceful with plentiful beds. 10 minutes from Locorotondo and Cisternino, we could not have found anywhere more perfect for our three night stay. Very sad to leave.

From the moment you enter the resort through the jasmine-scented archway, you know instantly that you are in a magical place. Nestled in the Itria Valley among olive groves, vineyards and trulli, the property is stunning in its elegant simplicity and warmth. While we have stayed at the resort in the past and loved every minute of it, this time we came for dinner. It’s an experience you don’t want to miss when you are in Puglia. We started with an aperitivo in the charming covered terrace lounge overlooking the olive groves, vineyards and pool. Then it was time to find our beautifully appointed table in the outdoor dining area. We chose the restaurant’s prix fixe four course menu and left the dining decisions to the chef. Right away, we were treated to a series of incentive courses grounded firmly in the Pugliese tradition but elevated and refined both in their presentation and flavor. From the amuse-bouche of new fava beans, beet puree and herbs to the pork belly with carrot veloutée and other root vegetables, we were off to a delicious start. On the table, we found Ottolire’s own extra virgin olive oil. Along with the housemade bread, taralli and grissini, these flavors felt refined yet familiar. And the rest of the meal unfolded just like this—beautifully presented, thoughtfully composed plates that showcase the bounty of this region. A particular mention for the Spaghetto di Michele, a seemingly simple pasta that was complex in its flavors and deeply satisfying. We’d eat at Ottolire every night just to enjoy this dish on repeat. A word about service. From the moment we arrived, we felt so thoroughly well cared for by every member of staff. Each individual was highly professional—gracious, friendly and attentive to everyone dining. It’s not easy to cause guests to feel so completely at home is such an elegant, polished ambience, but every detail at Ottolire seemed to communicate that we were at home in the best possible way. And as a final note, the ratio of price to quality is outstanding at Ottolire’s restaurant. We have spent far more for meals that represent a quarter of this value. Dining at Ottolire is a truly special way to celebrate your time in Puglia. While resort guests are present at dinner, there were plenty of dinner guests not staying at the resort. Call for a reservation—don’t miss an experience like this if you can help it!

Beautiful place and perfect food. The restaurant truly deserves a Michelin star. We will definitely be back again, this time for a longer stay. Thank you.

As you drive from the airport you scratch your head a couple of times and ask if you're going in the right direction and if you're even on the right road- stay with it because you will eventually drive up to a driveway entrance that has two black gates - once the gate opens you enter this estate that is like nothing I have seen before- newly finished, this resort is pretty stunning, and the grounds are massive. Since they have only been open for a couple of weeks, they are still trying to make this place more perfect than it is... Mary, who greeted us at the front gate couldn't be more charming and delightful. She even got us a cake because it was out friends birthday on our arrival day. Would also like to add that I had one the best meals here- the Beef Stew with Mushrooms was amazing...
