Ottolire Resort

13.10.2025, 19:30. Over the past two years, I have been at Ottolire Resort three times. On all three occasions, I was extremely impressed with the level of refinement, professionalism, service, attention to detail and exclusivity. All the staff are very professional, kind and attentive, and can be seen to take much pride in their work, and show genuine interest in making their guests feel valued. The sheer beauty of the location - the fabulous architecture of both buildings and manicured grounds, and the setting in the hills of the Itria Valley, make the whole experience at Ottolire Resort truly exceptional. I highly recommend this fabulous hotel and its excellent restaurant to anyone looking for serenity and true exclusivity. My compliments to all the staff at Ottolire Resort. An absolute hidden gem! This hotel offers a truly unique and dreamy escape, nestled in a peaceful and quiet location that feels worlds away from everyday life. The atmosphere is incredibly serene - perfect for unwinding. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh, high-quality options, and dinner was equally impressive. The highlight? The amazing pool area - tranquil, beautifully designed, and ideal for relaxing under the sun. Highly recommended for anyone looking to recharge in a calm and charming setting.

So friendly, helpful - everyone made our stay special. The resort is clean, comfortable, stylish and relaxed with amazing views, a lovely pool and pool bar. The restaurant was also very special and the service exceptional. Food of the highest calibre and delicious wines. I can’t say enough to express how much this resort made our holiday memorable. We stayed here for one night at the end of our Puglia trip and immediately wished we had booked a longer stay. The hotel grounds are stunning and very tranquil that make you feel relaxed the moment you arrive. The pool is large and inviting, complete with a poolside bar.|The service was excellent throughout our stay. We also took part in a cooking class, which was a wonderful experience—we’ll definitely be trying out what we learned at home.

Absolutely the best hotel! The view is incredible, the room was beautiful, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom is spacious, and the whole space feels well thought out. The pool area is lovely — peaceful, quiet, and perfect for relaxing. Breakfast is decent, but you can order à la carte, which definitely elevates the experience. We tried the spa — it was nice, but for such a spectacular hotel, I think it could either be larger or located in a more special setting. The location is also excellent. It’s very central, so we were able to visit many beautiful towns and spots nearby. Last but not least, the front desk staff were incredibly helpful, always ready with great recommendations and happy to assist with reservations. Highly recommended — would definitely come back!

I brought a group of American tourists to Puglia for a yoga and fitness-based vacation, and Ottolire Resort could not have been a better partner. This property offers the ultimate stay—for both groups and individuals.||Sprawling countryside location? Check.|Gorgeous pool and spa? Check.|Glassed-in fitness studio with a view? Check.|Luxurious, spacious rooms? Check.|Incredible restaurant? Check.|Pasta-making? Also check.||Best of all, the staff was outstanding! They anticipated our needs at every step, and our guests truly felt like VIPs. The hotel is also just a short drive from many of the area’s highlights, including masserie, trulli, Alberobello, and Locorotondo.||I cannot recommend Ottolire Resort highly enough.

Stayed here with a group of friends for a few nights. Our room was right behind the reception so we could here noises in the morning. The great part of our room location was the large balcony and view of the pool and surrounding grounds. We could sit outside to watch the sunset and listen to the animals in the distance. We also sat out one night and listened to the singer that was performing. ||We visited Alberobello, Martina Franca, Locorotondo, Ostuni and Cisternino during our stay. We also did a day trip to Lido Santo Stefano. The hotel has bikes to rent but only a few so if you are part of a group you have to plan accordingly. A few of us biked to Montemarcuccio winery for a wine tasting and lunch at the bakery next door. ||Overall a beautiful property with a pool and bar by the pool. A restaurant on site that is hit or miss. Although we did do a cooking class making orecchiette which was awesome! There is also a gym on site which we used. The breakfast in the morning is until 1030 which is great for slow mornings.

My husband and I had a wonderful relaxing stay at Ottolire. The staff are excellent and the surroundings are beautiful and very peaceful. The breakfast was so good with wonderful fresh fruit picked from the grounds everyday, pastries, eggs cooked to your liking and a huge choice of other delights. Just what we needed! Can not wait to come back.

As you drive from the airport you scratch your head a couple of times and ask if you're going in the right direction and if you're even on the right road- stay with it because you will eventually drive up to a driveway entrance that has two black gates - once the gate opens you enter this estate that is like nothing I have seen before- newly finished, this resort is pretty stunning, and the grounds are massive. Since they have only been open for a couple of weeks, they are still trying to make this place more perfect than it is... Mary, who greeted us at the front gate couldn't be more charming and delightful. She even got us a cake because it was out friends birthday on our arrival day. Would also like to add that I had one the best meals here- the Beef Stew with Mushrooms was amazing...
