This was a complete disaster, especially the service. We arrived at past 10am on a Sunday. There were only three tables with a total of fewer than 10 guests. There was a sign indicating the maximum capacity of the restaurant, which I recall is 100-200, so you would expect much better service given that the restaurant was far from full. Yet we waited 10-15 minutes for a table. In the end, we just sat ourselves down. The menu has significantly shrunk since I visited a year ago. The popular chicken and waffles is no longer on the menu. What a shame. It took really long for the two servers to come take our orders. But it took even longer for the food to come, despite the server saying that the food was coming. We waited close to half an hour until we couldn’t wait anymore, so I went up to the server to check. He went into the kitchen and immediately brought out our food. I asked if that meant our food was just sitting in the kitchen this whole time waiting for service, and the server could only apologize. I noticed another table that arrived after us also struggling to get attention. Again, this was when the restaurant was almost empty. I can’t imagine what it would be like when full. Never coming back.

The arugula salad is hands down the best item on the menu, followed by the goat cheese ravioli, though the ravioli is very rich with a lot of leeks. the servers Emily and Tami are so friendly and kind. I would not recommend the Cobb salad or the grilled chicken however. I only wished the continuity of the food was better, as it will vary each day depending on which chef is working and the prices were more reasonable.

Staff is super friendly and attentive! My only negative review is them taking away the morning bowl w/ salmon. I came in almost every weekend to order that. Can management bring that back?

Enjoyed the sloppy joe sandwich, cobb salad and shishito peppers. The Blond Sangria and Mr. Otto cocktail were balanced and refreshing. Will return.

I tried breakfast options during my stay at Kissel. For vegetarians, avocado toast and over night oats are good in taste. Even the toast and omelette option was really good. The in house coffee was nicely made. Staff gave options to customize the coffee as per my liking. So plus one to the staff for service.

Been up and down Broadway for over 30 years and never knew there was a stately hotel right here. It's a lovely hotel and Otto's is a lovely restaurant. Service was terrific; the Oakland Restaurant Week menu was wonderful, and all in all it was a wonderful, relaxing, delicious afternoon.

Google
The food was good and portions were good sized. Service was very good and friendly. As far as atmosphere goes, it's in the lobby of a hotel so only so much they can do.

Google
Angie and the staff are incredibly friendly / the wifi is great / and the avocado toast and other food is delicious. This is a gem and so glad to have it and the neighborhood.

Yelp
The food was okay. They didn't have the popular donuts as advertised on their menu. The ambiance was chilled and okay.

Yelp
This place gets a 1 star because I couldn't give it a zero. I am going to stay don't believe photos. Anyone can take nice pictures and make something look more than what it is. Hence, I fell for the banana in the tailpipe with this one. Yeah, that fisheye lens used is deceptive like a mofo. While waiting for the third person in our little soirée, I walk over to get checked in. I had been getting reminders regarding the upcoming reservations at Otto's, so when there was no one in sight to check up is- it was odd. I walked up to the bar and asked about a table for 3 and the bartender advised for us to seat ourselves. The tables were dirty so we asked if someone could come and clean them. She told us to sit at the table that was next to the one that we wanted because it was clean. No it wasn't. That part. She came over to wipe the table down and to bring over menus. As she is handing us the menus, she told us that we had to come up to the bar and place the order because the server(s) called in sick. Hm. Where they do that at. Oh there at Otto's! Needless to say we were Outta Otto's. And not looking back. A horrible first impression and start to a birthday celebration. We had to find a real place suitable for a celebration. This wasn't it and won't ever be it.

Yelp
What a nice find in downtown Oakland! Otto's is a bar/restaurant/lounge located within the Kissel Hotel on Broadway. After a morning medical appointment, my partner and I were looking for a spot for refreshments and a light breakfast, and found Otto's on the map. We both used to work in downtown Oakland, but haven't been back in a minute, so we were unfamiliar with what's new in the area, and were pleasantly surprised to find this place. It is located on the ground floor of the hotel, right off of the lobby. Tastefully decorated and with ample seating. RB ordered the eggs with bacon, potatoes, and toast, and I had a bagel; all good. What stood out above all was the excellent service from the staff, one lady and one gentleman, both of whom were kind, attentive, and engaging. The woman informed us that there is also a rooftop bar at the hotel, which we will return to check out one of these nights. Otto's was a pleasant and relaxing morning pit stop, and I recommend checking it out if you're in the area.

Yelp
We rarely go to Oakland anymore but happened to be there one morning for an appointment. Looking for a place to eat and drink we came across Otto's. What a surprise. Initially had no idea it was in a hotel. I think we were the only non travelers. Staff was great and food and drinks were great. We even came back a week or so later and the young lady working mornings even remembered us. This is inside the Kissel Hotel. If you are around 25th and Broadway be sure to stop in.

Yelp
Stayed here at the Kissel so decided to try out their breakfast. A colleague ordered salmon with their morning bowl - they had forgotten the additional salmon so she told them to just remove it from the bill. They weren't actually able to remove the cost of the salmon from the bill for some reason - instead, they just said that we could order something of the equivalent value. This was slightly annoying - there wasn't anything else we really wanted so it was inconvenient to have to come up with something. I ordered the fried chicken and waffles - and it was solid. The fried chicken was a tad on the saltier side, but the dish was still good. Overall, not bad for a hotel restaurant - though I wouldn't recommend going out of your way to eat here.

Yelp
Food was sub par. First time in, for Oakland Restaurant week. I live close enough to come frequently. I tried to visit previously and no one was present in the restaurant area. The signature drink imo is terrible. "The town Tribute" the worst cocktail I have had in Oakland. The old fashion was delicious and Quinn was a fantastic bar tender. The kitchen really let her down. But she smiled and had a great demeanor through it. A real professional and a real person. Without her this would be a one star review. Flavorless rock hard chicken. Flavors of grease and oil only. No seasoning and a terrible fry. Mac was velveta shells level. Slightly passable was the kale with bacon. Chocolate bread pudding was great. Best thing we had. If coming though hit up Quinn for a drink and then roll on for food.

Yelp
Wow, how can service be so mixed - good and bad? The server came to my table after a long wait. Yes there was a gathering event crowd so the bar was noisy. While waiting, I check the online menu and then when asking about the food and bev, like if the cocktail is sweet or what bourbons - the answer is "I don't drink so not sure and let me check". Back the first time with partial info and then a drink menu. But what about the food menu since now you told me that menus online aren't always updated. Come back again but then tell me to order at the bar instead!?! Like are you incompetent or just annoying? I go to the bar to eat since clearly I'm not worthy. Bartender is great but now I feel sorry. How can she have to both make drinks and cover for lack of help. I even witnessed the same person pour a glass of red (end of bottle) and tell customer sorry no more. What do you want? Bartender comes to rescue and suggests another. Sea bass was good and flavorful but needed a bit more seasoning. On a bed of veggies and green purée. And yes there was more than Jim Bean (ick!) that I was told. 1 star for the server, 4 for the sea bass and 5 for the bartender plus extra for having to deal with the server's incompetence. At least try to fake it since you're not a busboy/gal.

Yelp
Very attentive and friendly staff. Was only there for a quick breakfast but the bowl I ordered was filling and delicious, latte was also pretty good. The design of the space was very chic and modern.

Yelp
I live on the same building (the apartment connects to the hotel) the restaurant is at - and I am not a big a fan ! The ambiance is the only best part ! Service is decent and it is not high-end Hyatt Property ! Food - is horrible ( I dont want to get into details to hurt their feelings ) Drinks - I couldn't tell much based on their skills -

Yelp
Nice hotel lobby spot for morning coffee and meetings. Sort of odd to call this out specifically but the overnight oats with fresh fruit were beyond fantastic in my opinion. Looking forward to staying at the Kissel next time I'm visiting Oakland.

Yelp
Quick Summary: - Quiet and fancy interior - Plenty of seats to lounge around - Entrance is merged with the hotel entrance - Coffee is not sour I looked around for good places to sit down and enjoy coffee, when I stumbled upon Otto's. I loved the interior photos, that were shared on yelp, so I decided to go there. I opted to go there in the morning because some of the photos I saw listed that doughtnuts were served before 12pm, and dinner and poke bowls are served in the afternoon. The entrance of this cafe is actually entering a hotel. Not too intimidating because the cafe is located soon on the lefthand side. It stretches out with booths and couches, and at the end of the wall there is a bar. I approached the bar and on the countertop were stacks of menus. Peering into the menu list, it turns out that the menu has updated to merge the two time menus together into one "all day menu." Does this mean I can have poke and doughnut in one sitting? Could be, but that day I was only feeling like eating doughnuts. Another time. I made my order of mocha, cappuccino, and the handmade doughnuts at the counter and returned to my seat. The coffee arrived first and the doughnuts arrived a few minutes later. Silly anxious me, I wasn't sure when to pay, so I requested it early. I later learned that the staff deliver dishes and checks, so it was like the restaurant atmosphere. The doughnuts were adorable and piping hot when it first arrived. We waited a couple of minutes by sipping the delicious nutty coffee until it cooled off a tad bit. The doughnut was very light, no signs of greasiness. It was almost like eating a spongecake. What we were most mystified and loved was the sauce that came with the doughnuts. At initial glance it looks like chocolate sauce or cocoa with the mini marshmallows floating on top. However, it was syrupy but not too sweet. It amplified the doughnuts to a splendid glaze. I feel the doughnuts were made less sweet to accommodate the sweetness of this sauce. I feel like it might contain molasses, but I have never tried molasses on its own before so I can't be too sure. Overall, I had a pleasant breakfast experience at Otto's.

Yelp
Generally it's a good spot. Downside is they often hire new bartenders that seem to have zero experience as bartenders. I recently ordered a vodka martini and it came in a martini glass only 1/3 full with what tasted like half a shot of vodka and half a shot of vermouth and a single green olive with a pit. I assume it was from an antipasti plate (). 26$. Ambiance is good so I consoled myself with that and it didn't sting quite as bad. I've had their food as well and the steak frites is really good. The bacon old-fashion is fantastic if you get the right bartender whose name is Enku if I remember right.

Yelp
Nice ambiance and comfortable seating. Cocktail was mediocre. Draft beer was fresh and clean. Plus, it's part of the hotel, so they have WIFI, which was a huge plus for quick work with drinks.

Yelp
Great brunch spot in Oakland. Coming back for their happy hour. Heard they have a good smash burger

Yelp
I absolutely love this place! I had a hard time figuring out how to get into the cafe as I could see the inside of the cafe from the outside but couldn't find the door... After circling around for a few minutes, I got help from someone working at the Kissel Uptown Oakland Hotel, and he told me to enter from the hotel front. As I walked through the hotel's automated door, the cafe was located right on the left side of the lobby space, no additional doors or anything. The space was huge! Very bright, aesthetic interior, with plants spread out across the space. There were multiple cushiony seats near the windows and the walls, and there were seats in rows in the middle, divided by wooden segments. Despite being connected to a hotel lobby, the space felt very cozy and private. I wasn't sure how to order so I went up to the person working at the bar counter at the very back, and asked me if I wanted a lunch menu or a cafe menu, so I said cafe. I ordered the house made mini doughnuts and a cappuccino, and sat down at one of the seats in the middle. After a little bit, a server brought over my doughnuts and cappuccino and they were so good! The doughnuts were slightly grainy and the dough itself was a little less sweet than I originally imagined them to be, but they balanced well with the coffee. I tried dipping the chocolate sauce that it came with but was too viscous to dip, so I suggest to pour the sauce on the doughnuts instead. I only got desserts this time, but would be intrigued to try the food there next time! Note: Otto's coffee + donuts + beer is the same location as Otto's Uptown Kitchen which was very confusing at first.

Love L.

Yelp
I do recommend! Food was delicious. The Cobb salad and the espresso martini was delicious. Great Happy Hour while in town and staying at the Kissell hotel. Service was friendly and attentive. The ambience is swanky from the valet out front to the beautiful lobby chandeliers. One of the managers J. Hunter was superb

Yelp
Excellent brunch, way above our expectations. We looked for a place with chicken and waffles, and even though it was in a hotel we're so glad we ate here! The county line Morning Bowl, plus smoked salmon, was great too. We had a cappuccino and a latte and thanks to the barista well beyond what is typical hotel coffee. Coffee and food also are available to go. The ceilings are two stories high and yet the table arrangement offer sufficient privacy for all plus outdoor tables by the sidewalk.

Yelp
First visit for a business lunch. Our delightful waitress, Emily was super helpful and chef Chris is came out and showed us what the fergola was, explained how he prepared it and even where to buy it! Our meal was exceptional. We shared the arugula salad, scallops and salmon. The ambience is very cozy and I really enjoyed sitting in my chair, it was super comfortable. Overall, a five star experience.

Yelp
Polished, relaxed setting that's bright and airy. Friendly service. It's a great spot to do a bit of work while grabbing a bite or a drink. It may not work for those who need wifi though (I was told during my first visit that wifi access is for guests of the hotel) so I used my hotspot. The sandwich I had was quite good. My only wish would have been for the fries to be crisp.

Yelp
I had the worse experience dining this evening. The bartender name Miguel never acknowledged me nor asked if I wanted a drop of water, nothing. In fact when it was my turn to order he decided to take the order of a group of white males. I asked for a manager and he never went to get one. I really dislike going to places where the workers are racist. It's sad. OTTOs your in Oakland let's do better bringing more diversity thinking to the work place.
google avatar

Yelp
Great ambience for sure. I stood at the counter waiting to order, all the employees busy without looking at me or saying anything.... I was standing there for a good 5-6 min maybe ordered the mini donuts and a chai, the mini donuts were a bit dry, they chai was delish. I loved how it wasn't too busy, clean bathrooms and loved the music Would come back for sure and try the other food and hope the service would be better

Yelp
Otto's is the restaurant located inside the Kissel Hotel and to the left of the main Lobby when you walk in. The open ground floor plan for the inside brings in lots of light during the day. Seating is comfortable, but in a unexpectedly interesting arrangement. Gayle and I had breakfast here during our stay at the Kissel. The meal is not included in the price of the room, but we were happy that the offerings here were far from the Hampton Inn breakfast buffet model, even though our choices were a bit on the pricey side. Things started off well with good coffee. Things then moved onward to my breakfast sandwich and Gayle's fruit/yoghurt plate with a side of breakfast sausage. Both were excellent and in decent portions for the money. Our waiter was the only one minding both the coffee bar and the restaurant, and he was certainly hustling. We also found him personally pleasant and very polite. Otto's also serves dinner (and I assume Lunch) and is a good place to wander over to after you've checked into the Hotel. Gayle and I thought of that, but ended up at Kissel's High Five Bar (around the corner) instead for lighter bites and a view. To each his own, but I don't think you could go wrong with either.

Yelp
For those who are intimidated by the ostentatious facade of the Kissel Hotel, don't be. The food at this bar is next level. The burger is one of the best I've had so far in Oakland (the quality is commensurate with its price) and everything else I've tried is pretty tasty. Given that this spot is connected to a hotel, it appears to be a notch pricier; however, the vibes are immaculate, and I truly can't undersell this burger. I'll definitely be back--often, since I live here!

Yelp
So we stumbled past this spot in the afternoon and couldn't resist seeing what it was all about. Otto's is inside the Kissell hotel lobby. It's gorgeous. The furniture and lighting are sexy. The bar is so comfy. Service was great. He was friendly, prompt and kept an eye on us. We has espresso martinis, Manhattan, and the hot mini donuts with a warm chocolate dipping sauce with marshmellos and nuts. Everything was delicious. Bathrooms are upstairs and beautiful. Going back for a date night. Valet patking and Bartable. Enjoy!

Yelp
Super adorable and modern lounge + bar located inside the new Kissel hotel. It gets tons of natural light and has decent low volume music playing inside (it's an open concept on the first floor lobby). The drinks are good and there's beer on tap, wine, and cocktail options.

Yelp
UPDATE: I tried to give it another try today and stopped by on my way home from work. I thought that I'd text my friend if it seemed we could "hang out." As soon as I entered Otto's, a woman approached me and asked for my phone number. I gave it to her and my name popped up on her iPad when she typed it in(!). Then I asked what was going on. She said that they were "trying to make it more like a restaurant," and that she needed to seat me. That explained a lot. As she showed me to a table, I asked if it would be okay for me to "linger" over a drink and order food and more beverages later, "like the olden days." She smiled and said yes. Then I sat there with no menu. No one waited on me. I was confused again. Do I go to the bar? Do I wait? The place was almost empty and there were staff (including the hostess) standing around nearby, not doing anything. I watched several of them walked past me before I waved over the hostess and asked her for a menu. She brought it to me, I looked it over and decided on a negroni, set it down, and looked up. I tried to make eye contact with several people. The hostess was maybe 20 feet away, facing me. She didn't notice that I was looking around like I was ready to order. I waved her over again and asked "do I order at the bar?" She apologized and said she'd get someone to take my order. Weird. I got my drink and pulled out a little bit of work. The server checked on me once to see if I needed anything, and I assured her that I would be ordering food, but just not yet. I needed to finish my drink. I ordered my food and decided not to text my friend. I'm not going to stay. And I won't be back. Maybe they'll get more business as "more like a restaurant," but that's not what I was looking for. I wish them luck. Note to owner/general manager: You should probably update the website.

Yelp
I really wanted to like this place but I can't recommend it yet. It's like a work in progress. Located off the lobby of the Kissel hotel, the ambiance is really cool on first glimpse. We had reservations that were not needed as there was only one other party there. Upon arrival, it's not clear where to go. They had no greeter or host. If we had not seen pictures on their website, we would have thought it was just a bar. We stood around for a minute or two before the bartender and another employee finished their conversation. We were told to sit anywhere. The bartender asked if we wanted menus and handed us two dinner menus and one drink menu. The drink menu had something greasy or sticky along the side where one might hold it. The tables and seats look cool, but their interior designer made some bad choices. We sat at a table along the side wall that had two chairs and a banquette on the wall. The chairs were comfortable, the bench was not. Because of the size and shape of the chairs made it very hard to get into them because there was not enough room for three tables. They should have just put one chair across from the bench side. How many party of threes do they get? Management should experience getting into these seats. There is zero room to slide a cair out to get in. The large clunky base of the table prevents turning the chair to get in. Seriously, this is an avoidable flaw. There was a sign on the bar that said "Order Here." We weren't sure if that meant diners or drinkers. After a couple of minutes a server did arrive and ask if we were ready to order, not "would you like to order something to drink?" or "Would you like some water?" The menu was confusing. The "Starters" sounded like entrées. My menu had an item called "Airline Chicken" which does not sound appetizing. Who raves about the chicken served on airlines? My wife's menu called the same thing "Organic Chicken Breast." The side dishes were all $9.00 which seems high for things like fries or potato chips. Someone should review the menu from a guest's perspective. The drinks were fine, but they brought out my beer (a tasty IPA) quickly, but waited a good 5 minutes for my wife's cocktail. The bar was empty, so this was odd. Our server promptly went on break. Odd time to take a break at 7:30 on a Saturday night. The food was a mixed result. The burger was perfectly cooked medium-rare and delicious. The fries were also excellent. I ordered the barbecued ribs, which looked great except for being topped with a thick blanket of sauce that was unremarkable. The baby back ribs, a half slab were nice and meaty. Unfortunately, they were not barbecued. I believe they were pre-bolied (a sin) and I think finished in an oven. The cle slaw and cornbread were delicious. When the food came, we had to ask for napkins and silverware. I must say, that one (paper) napkin is not enough for saucy ribs! Overall, Otto's has potential, but need a lot of fine tuning. I really wanted to like this place. Making the reservation, they asked if it was a special event. We wrote that it was our anniversary. They didn't do or say anything about that. A lot of small mistakes that can be easily fixed. I'll probably come back in a few months to try again.

Yelp
Otto's is our new favorite place for a place to meet for a cappuccino and small bite in uptown Oakland. It's located inside the classy new Kimmel hotel on Broadway. They serve a decent lunch menu with a full bar. We enjoyed the apple tart with vanilla ice cream today - delicious!

Yelp
Came here for lunch with a friend, good vibe and good food! The service was great, bartender was soo friendly and gave us a taste of a new drink he was working on. I will be back frequently!

Yelp
Warm donuts and a cappuccino at 8 pm in a beautiful hotel lounge in uptown Oakland? Yes please!! By the way, I found the service is very sweet. This is not Starbucks, so you have to be a little patient and enjoy the experience.
google avatar

Yelp
No one was there to serve us. The hotel front desk greeted us but did not call anyone to serve us. We just wanted coffee which isn't a huge ask. Needless to say I never went back. This place is not so great.

Jacqueline K.

Yelp
The food is quite expensive as I guess most hotel food is, but it's really good! I had the steak fries and they were delicious. The servers are really friendly and the whole atmosphere of the hotel and bar area is really nice and comfortable. I guess one criticism is that I feel like the beer selection should be better, like more local crafts on tap.

Yelp
Great service, the staff are very accommodating and pleasant. Since this place opened, I've been trying to try their "homemade" donuts , it's been 3 months and I have yet to try it. It must be that yummy since it's always sold out! I ended up trying the French toast sticks, nice add to my cappuccino. Its also a great spot if you'd like to do a bit of work, chill vibes all around.

Yelp
Avocado Toast With Salmon HOW I've previously had avocado toast from other places!!! This simple dish can be gourmet and fulfilling when taken SERIOUSLY. I 've had some EXPENSIVE bread that 1 didn't fill me up, 2 was over priced and 3 so small that it was like eating 4 chips out of a bag smh. I'm a avocado toast girl and I'm used to having it on a THICK PIECE OF SOURDOUGH BREAD SLICED OR MASHED SEASONED AVOCADO EITHER PICKLE ONION , RADISH , CUCUMBERS, CILANTRO, TOMATOES, HUMMUS AND SOMETIMES A LEMON ON THE SIDE TO SQUEEZE ON TOAST . Proportion large enough to hold me for 6 hours + THE REVIEW‼‼ Let's start with the salmon , yes I'm pretty sure it was smoked and it was goooood!!! It was not salty it didn't have a fish taste and it was cooked Justus right. You get 2 mid-thin slices which means the thin cut slice salmon was thick enough to enjoy with the entire meal. The toppings: pickle onions and I believe radish. This dish came out hot!!!!!! The avocado was so rich and creamy and flavorful!!!! NOW THE BREAD!!!!!!! THE BREAD WAS THE BEST PART!!!!!!! It was warm and fluffy!!!! I've never had grilled seeded bread and I might not going back to sourdough because If it. I'm really at lost for words for how good this avocado toast was. For the quality of food this dish is worth paying $12. The amount of food is a good size, like I said I was full for 6+ hours, that with having a chai tea and their lemonade. By far a top tier avocado toast that u should try . And there are only 2 places that in my book are #AvytingzWorthy here just made the list and #twistedsteetcafe in sf Lemonade Very sweet!!! And refreshing!!

Yelp
When we walked in I was confused since everyone was at the bar and there was no host, when we got seated they took our order pretty quickly but I had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes for the main course (the starter baked Mac and cheese, it was the only good thing) food was very mediocre at best. I spent a total of 2 hours in this restaurant when it was completely empty.

Yelp
Otto's espresso is top notch and a go-to especially after hours. The bar staff are SuperStars- going above and beyond and I always feel the care and courtesy. Will be back for brunch/dessert recs!

Yelp
I love this bar. Make sure you ask for Quinn the bartender. You'll know it's her because she will say, "Greetings" which is also her signature cocktail.

Yelp
Soaring ceilings. Wonderfully appointed with modern decor yet still maintains warm balance - like your dream living room. The cafe feels like a hotel cafe, which it is. One can hear a pin drop in the mornings while hotel guests quietly huddle to plan their day. For this reason and as a local, Otto's will not be part of my regular rotation but I respect it for what it is - a beautiful hotel cafe.

Yelp
I love coming here for a solo drink at the bar, or an evening with my girl friends. The fries are the best fries that I've ever had, I always forget to take a picture of them because I eat them way too fast. Can't recommend this place enough!

Yelp
Emily C. is the BEST! She makes us feel like we're A list guests each time with her attentiveness, intuitive hospitality, and bright smile. Absolutely come back to Otto to be greeted by her! Thanks Emily!

Yelp
Save yourself some time and take an uber to in and out Burger in Alameda. Overpriced and limited menu. I would not eat there.

Yelp
Amazing ambience , fast service and a great place to get some coffee / drinks. Dont miss the pita and home made hummus platter. It's excellent ! Our server went above and beyond by bringing us a yummy side of vegetables for our little one that we ended savoring too ;-)

Yelp
Good drinks and great ambiance. Service is definitely hit or miss. When they are close to closing at 3pm, they've rushed me to leave twice in disrespectful ways. There's absolutely no problem with asking customers to leave but just do it respectfully. I likely won't be returning for a while, or ever

Yelp
Food is really good! Fish tacos were amazing! Nice relaxed atmosphere. Perfect for after work drinks or nice casual dinner.

Yelp
Too expensive for dry tasteless donuts. Flies were buzzing around in cases pretty gross

Yelp
Just stopped for a beer but the wait staff was very welcoming and attentive. Will go back to try the food.

Yelp
The coffee and food were OK, but the ambiance and servers were great. Will go back to give the food and coffee another try.

Yelp
The girl with 2 pig tails was quite amazing. She was very attentive and professional. 10 out 10 will recommend. She poured me the best glass of water that I ever had.

Yelp
The atmosphere was cute but the customer service in all aspects needed work. The bar is not well stocked and was out of most ingredients. The donuts are average and the cocktail was basic.
