"It's well worth seeking out this restaurant, which is tucked away in a side street. The cuisine is inspired by the Shōjin Ryōri tradition (Japanese Buddhist temple food) and is strictly vegan. Comprising three or seven courses, the creative set menu can be supplemented by a number of signature dishes. The intriguing tea pairing is a must! Drawing on Far Eastern influences, the aptly sleek and minimalist-style interior is done out in soothing dark tones." - Michelin Inspector
Great variety of teas to choose from. Mouthwatering desserts perfect to take a break in rainy days. Really enjoyed the cosy atmosphere, combining authentic design and smart details (usb outlets everywhere and complimentary WiFi).
The savory dishes are also really good with several vegetarian options. My favorite was the curry.
They keep me coming back by often adding new interesting items to the menu.

Cute little cafe close to Rosenthaler platz. Very much a hidden gem with a cosy ambiance inside. The staff were very nice! Food and drinks were all delicious and made even better by the fact that everything is vegan.

A nice and cosy Japanese teaplace. Drink and cake prices are on the high side compared to other cafes in the surrounding. The food prices are affordable though. Quality wise, it's quite good. They don't offer higher end tea items though.
Ambience is nice with very limited seating. Toilet was well maintained. Service was friendly and drink/food presentation was impeccable.
Hope they would introduce more cake choices (at a more affordable price point). Would recommend.

Tried the lunch set platter and the rice balls were delicious. I also took away a few different Japanese desserts, dafu, strawberry dafu and walnut sticky rice cake, fresh and authentic.
The matcha was of excellent quality, will be back again

I got a Donburi and I would say the atmosphere was very nice atmosphere but the food was just mediocre. The food was kinda overpriced and it was just a bunch of ingredients put together in a bowl, it didn't really taste much. Maybe I expected too much for food out of a tea house. Can't comment on tea and I didn't try it but maybe skip the food.

Great Japanese place in Berlin! Very quaint and peaceful inside. Curry and rice was nutritious and delicious. Also order black sesame drink and a red bean walnut mochi. All vegan - highly recommend!

This is a delicious little cafe - if you’re hungry please ask if they have soba noodles and if you’re only here for dessert, go for the mochi + erdbeer! If you like onigiri, I have heard that the onigiri teller is also tasty 💜

If you are a matcha&tea lover and looking for alternative drinks try this place. Their Hojicha is soo good! Absolute gem in the neighborhood. Sweets and lunch options are available too!
