Google
Been enjoying ounces since they opened and am ashamed to only now write a review. The owners are friendly and keep the place updated- over eight years we’ve been there probably 60-70 times. I always find a fresh Pilsner on tap and non drinkers can enjoy root beer or kambucha. Also they’ve recently added a burger stand which had amazing burgers, fried chicken sandwiches and fries. We’ve attended many events there (Oktoberfest, Santa) and they are always free and fun. I also held my daughter’s first birthday there and they went above and beyond making it a hit. I hope they expand to more locations!

The parking lot is down hill in a lot on the side away from Delridge -- it is NOT obvious. Entrance is south to the intersection; head down hill and turn in right past the steel mill. Food is about normal, but it took 20 minutes to get a $10 burger. It was properly cooked, and I am always happy to wait for that. Covered outdoor sitting.

Google
Friendly local taproom. Excellent range of beers and unusual events. We did the axe throwing which was great fun.

Google
Outstanding staff…awesome place to try a large variety of local beers without having to travel to all the neighborhoods. Typically a food truck on site and kiddo friendly. Lots of family events throughout the year. Happy 7th Birthday.

Google
Nice neighborhood taproom that welcomes kids and pups. The manager was so kind, knew the taps really well- which was helpful. There is lots of parking - there is an office below and steps up to the taproom. Great place to drink beer in West Seattle!

Heidi Bruns

Google
Great place, however there are many little kids running around on Friday night's. There is a daycare close by and it looks like the parents get their kid's and come to Ounces. Cute place inside. Lots of beer on tap. Also has wine and hard cider on tap. Clean establishment and friendly staff.

Google
Ounces is my new favorite place! Excellent service and indoor/outdoor heated space you an enjoy year round. Fantastic selection of local beers, ciders, and kombuchas to sample. Rotating food trucks and very easy location for anyone from west Seattle, or coming across our lovely bridge. Plus, woman-owned and generous with donations to the community and causes. I’d highly recommend reaching out to them for any events or celebrations!

Google
Nice place to have a beer with your pup. Downfall if your looking to relax, there are kids allowed here my experience was on a Sunday, seem to be the local mom and dad under 7 year old meet up spot. Way too many kids running around the tables for my taste. Will try another time and hope for less kids.

Yelp
Superb beer choices and very friendly environment-highly recommend! Light rail please don't take away this great neighborhood tap room.
google avatar

Yelp
This place is SO fun!! The service is great, they are so helpful and nice making this the place to be. They have fun events even for kids which is super friendly. The selection of beers, ciders, and wine are all GREAT. 10/10 do recommend
google avatar

Yelp
We came here because Ounces advertised their Cinco de Mayo party on social media from 12-6. I showed up at 12:05 and the entire outdoor covered space was reserved for a kids birthday party. This isn't a big place and I found it strange they allowed someone to reserve all their tables (for kids?) on a day the business promoted a party (for adults?). I see lots of reviews with similar experiences. Bummer for us but would still like to come back on a non-party day. I do want to note that the staff was friendly.
google avatar

Kathy S.

Yelp
Great beers on tap! But unfortunately it is highly family friendly. Each time I've been there's a child's birthday party happening. It's just a bummer during winter to not have that gorgeous outdoor space to sit.
google avatar

Shannon P.

Yelp
We tried to go to their Oktoberfest event but it was 30+ minute wait for beer. The space was not well set up for a large event. We bought some hot dogs and left.
google avatar

Charley R.

Yelp
Ounces in theory is a good spot- the food trucks are great, it hosts a large beer selection, it has a good patio space. However, it seems to be Seattles #1 children's party destination- each time I have been there (both on a Saturday afternoon and Tuesday night) the place has been overrun with kiddos and stressed parents. Wouldn't recommend unless you want to feel like you are creepily drinking in a kindergarten- also, the beer is overpriced!
google avatar

Rob M.

Yelp
Good environment. There was a super aggressive dog but I guess that comes with being dog friendly. Bartender seemed extremely unhappy to be there. Food truck was great!
google avatar

Yelp
Great food truck offerings and great beer selection. Lovely patio beer garden vibes that I wish was open later! My daughter had a class at MMPA down the way and it was the perfect place to decompress as a family in this glorious late spring weather.

Yelp
Ounces is the neighborhood watering hole West Seattle deserves We love to walk down with our kids and dog to grab a pint, a cheese and charcuterie plate, and a chocolate milk (if we're really hungry, the rotating food trucks become a heaven-sent). Rain or shine, there's both a covered area that feels like you're outside (with large screen tv for the games) and uncovered areas with a fire pit, and plenty of tables for meetups with friends. The staff is warm and friendly and the rotating beers on tap are very refreshing. Ounces is literally the perfect spot to just get away from home life/work life.
google avatar

Yvonne W.

Yelp
It's okay! I mean the beer is OK... I got a flight so was able to fry a few of their IPA. Nothing spectacular about any of them. There is a good truck that is always there so if you are hungry for some grubs there is always food around to compliment the beer:) love the outside seating area just very chill and relaxing. Parking is a bit weird... you park at the industrial park and then there is a small door with flights of stairs that takes you up to ounces.

Yelp
"I'm going to be home late, there's a camel at a bar and I have to pull over." Imagine making this call to your spouse. Then, imagine making it twice! That's right, in the Before Times, and hopefully and some point too in the After Times, a camel was a regular special guest star at Ounces, with many a photo opportunity and chance for interaction. But even without the camel and with the social distancing, Ounces is still a fun gathering place to go to. They have a great outdoor space sheltered from the elements and plenty of seating with clear instructions for cleaning and self-bussing tables. People have been respectful of space too. And oh, the beer and cider! They have a carefully curated selection of regional beers and ciders that is always interesting. The kegs turn over often so I always check the tap list on their website before I go over. And, there's usually a food truck!
google avatar

Yelp
Great spot for a quick beer or to come hang with friends. I've passed Ounces sooo many times because it's near my in-laws house. We finally decided to pop in and I'm glad we did! Be warned - not much parking to speak for here, so you'll have to get creative for that. When we went, it was a little bit of a rough day because they only had one bartender working on a Friday night. Eeeek. We were in quite the line but everybody was in good spirits and the guy was working as fast as he could. I had the Blackberry Milkshake Cream Ale because I mean... Who wouldn't be intrigued by that?! It ended up tasting like more of a sour beer than anything else, but still good flavor. Ounces also has food trucks on site most of the time, and this specific time it was Thai food. Yum! Pretty cool spot - I'm sure I'll be back!
google avatar

Yelp
Ounces is awesome. I have been here for a few years. The drinks are always good. The atmosphere is always great. Sometimes they have amazing food trucks too. It's a very kids and dogs friendly place.
google avatar

Yelp
TLDR: Cool events scheduled every few weeks, beer garden (not a brewery here). My order: Fort George Brewery IPA (forgot the name :/) and I think they rotated selection already so I couldn't find it Pros: -Beer was really good -Free grilled cheese event made the place very busy -Nice selection, small indoor seating, and some outdoor covered seeting -Lots of parking Cons: -Pricier end ($7/glass) -Overall small seating area, so could get hard to find a seat (not sure how busy they can get)
google avatar

Yelp
I used to *absolutely love* this place - great selection of beers and a fun spot. It's sadly devolving into a beer-serving Crèche - if you're there on a Saturday or Sunday, expect to trip over wayward kids running-riot while unsuspecting (maybe slightly inebriated) parents are unaware of the surrounding chaos. I feel somewhat out of place to be there without a child at times. The random/unadvertised party bookings (like the one today, that essentially takeover the indoor/heated space) mean that making our way over there can be a waste of time. Love the support for dogos, and still a great selection of beers ...
google avatar

Rachel B.

Yelp
Ounces has a great laid back, dog friendly, kid friendly vibe. They do trivia on Tuesdays which is a blast! The beer selection is always great. Quick pours and we can usually find a spot outside. Highly recommend.
google avatar

Elena E.

Yelp
We live right up the way and this is our go to spot. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and the vibe is always right. We love the beer selection and we love watching Kraken games here when it's hockey season. Food trucks are usually parked in the lot or you can bring food in. One of our favorite places in WS!!
google avatar

Jay D.

Yelp
Probably the best non-brewery taproom out there. This place ruled when they had a shabby patio with just some wooden spools for tables, so it's pretty awesome with the fully pimped outdoor setup. They do great events (the bounce house was a hit with our fam) and the tap list is great. Literally the only strike against them is how freaking hard it is to get there with the dang bridge closed. Otherwise, basically the best in the game.

David G.

Yelp
Great rotating selection of Washington beers. The craft beers available allow you to try new, unique drafts. There is also a food truck there every day ( except Monday -closed). The bar tender is friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Ounces!
google avatar

Jane M.

Yelp
When in west seattle looking for a nice outdoorsy brewery - look no further! Welcome to Ounces! They have a nice range of beers (ofcourse they are a brewery) we personally love their urban hazy and also the holy mountain along with the pineapple mango tropical ipa beer! We enjoy the outdoors even in winter (since they have their heaters on).. if you are hungry - you will always find a food truck right outside serving great food and what more can you ask for.. this is a pet friendly place taking all the necessary precautions during the pandemic! Will come back here again and again..
google avatar

Jane F.

Yelp
Always an A+ place when I can bring my whole fam! (This includes fido). Ounces is a super laid back place. Really cool "patio" to enjoy the weather. I loved that they partner with local food trucks. They had free grilled cheeses when I went. People are friendly and everyone loves dogs! There are a lot of dogs, and most likely local dogs. Ounces is a bit of a drive for me, but it really is worth it. So why only 4 stars? They don't have their own beers and the prices are a bit high. Most of their beers are local (love) so that is always great. If prices were a bit lower, I think I would come back more often. Obviously, a great place to return to! Will probably come back in the summer months.
google avatar

Rich R.

Yelp
Ounces always has excellent beer selection! Travis is always super knowledgeable and keeps a smooth running operation even on insanely busy Tuesday trivia nights. The food trucks are always great, the indoor & outdoor ambience is super inviting and welcoming!
google avatar

Tara H.

Yelp
Ounces is a fun place that seems to hosts various events. I went here during Seattle Beer Week for their Beer & BBQ event. It was very busy, but luckily I arrived early for the event and was able to find seats. I came here with my dog and other friends and enjoyed their beer selection. Ounces basically has about 10 different taps with rotating beers, so it could be different every time you go. They typically have food trucks outside also, which is convenient if you're hungry. Overall, I think Ounces is a cool spot in West Seattle and located near a bus stop for people like me, that live downtown.
google avatar

Tiasa K.

Yelp
This small drink garden is somewhat hidden but once you find it, the place itself is bright and open with both indoor seating and a wide & spacious outdoor seating. They mainly serve alcohol (as you can tell by its name) but still is family friendly with a couple non-alcoholic options too, including the Concorde Grape Orange Blossom Mystic Kombucha, Lowercase Brewing Limeade and other bottled/canned beverages. I came here last Friday for a food truck event hosted here by Ounces. Qt Food Truck was giving away 2 free tacos as a 2 year anniversary special. I got the Mystic Kombucha and Limeade, both of which were good but pretty overpriced - 12oz limeade & 10oz kombucha each for $7. Warning: There are no prices listed on the menu either so ask beforehand! Overall, though, the ambiance is nice and I had a great time so I guess the steep beverage price didn't bother me too much. From what I know, Ounces frequently hosts different food truck events/specials. The next upcoming one is this Sunday, 12/18 with Seattle Baking! They're giving out free grilled cheese sandwiches to anyone who stops by between 12-6pm :) tip: there's limited parking in the front but follow google maps to find more parking in the back.
google avatar

Roger B.

Yelp
A nice beer garden and tap room. They have a pretty widespread selection of beers covering the gamut. The taps are in a relatively small building but outside there is a covered section as well as uncovered areas to sit. There a couple snacks including nuts and popcorn but often there is a food truck outside. There's limited parking out front so you'll probably want to head to their parking area directly behind the building in a commercial park. A staircase takes you up to Ounces. They've got corn hole here if you're up for that.
google avatar

Leah S.

Yelp
Dog friendly, Check! Kid friendly, Check! Adult friendly, triple check! I love this little gem of a drinking establishment in West Seattle. They have a great beer and wine selection, phenomenal patio (heated in cooler weather), and great food truck selection! You can bring your dogs and your small children. Once you figure out the parking situation (its way around the back, but plenty of ample parking and stairs up to ounces) you will have no reason to not frequent this establishment.
google avatar

Christopher N.

Yelp
One of my favorite taprooms in the West Seattle area. The menu consists of Washington only beers, and the list is pretty expansive. I've been coming here since they've opened, and its only gotten better with time. The outdoor seating was recently renovated, and it includes ample seating, and covering from the rain, and elements (overhead heaters in the covered middle section of seating). Indoors it's cozy, and they have one tv for the Mariners, or whatever sporting even is in season. Little tip: They have parking in the back that you have to drive around the block to get too. Then, there are steps up to the back entrance of the beer garden. They have a tight front parking lot, and there's usually a food truck most times I've visited. You're welcome. There are usually kids there more often than not on the weekends. It can get a little rowdy when there's a party going on, so be warned. Dogs are also allowed, and there are usually a few to pet. And, they're always more well behaved than the kids. Parents, get your seeds in line! They have a trivia night on Tuesdays, and a bike club ride, and jog/run on the weekend afternoons. I haven't been to any of them, but who doesn't like trivia, or riding bikes/running hammered (I kid, they drink after they ride the bikes/run). See ya'll there (I'll be the dude petting a dog while simultaneously give a kid the Heisman stiff arm)! Salute!
google avatar

Andreas H.

Yelp
Modern twist on the classic biergarten!! They do an amazing job of making the space feel intimate, even though they are within feet of busy Delridge. The Amazing: + An endless changing list of WA-only beers. + Some cool NA options for those that don't like "the booze" + Staff is fab. So nice, and give great advice! The Average: o Standard pricing on beer. $6 a pour, no matter the size (higher ABV/more expensive beers get smaller pours) The Poor: - Parking can be a little crazy/difficult, but we prefer to take our bicycles or walk! Overall, LOVE this place. :)
google avatar

Victoria G.

Yelp
Right off West Seattle bridge with plenty of parking in the back. Very friendly, fast service. They have rotating choices of beer and cider. Every day is a different food truck so check their social media or website to see what truck is each night. They have plenty of covered outdoor seating and is perfect for big groups. Highly recommend!
google avatar

Kelsey S.

Yelp
Lots of delicious options for beer and service is always great! Visited tonight and it was our first outing during COVID and felt very safe. Cleaning products and wipes were available at every table to wipe down at the beginning and end of our visit. A flow is set up to maintain social distancing which is easy to follow and workers have as little contact as possible - only during payment do you need to touch anything. A couple of people went to greet other people and their dog and forgot to put their masks on when doing so and the bartender quickly came out and kindly reminded them to put their masks on when not at their table (which they obliged after the reminder). I love to see the precautions taken as well as enforcing safety measures so we can all enjoy a few hours out of the house safely. I've enjoyed visiting Ounces prior to the pandemic and will patron them through and after!
google avatar

Mark L.

Yelp
You know.....I really really really love this place. It is simple and amazing. Staff is always perfect. The beer is always very well procured and you get some amazing beer on tap! There is a very nice outdoor area, plenty of sun in the summer and heaters in the winter. Rotating food trucks. I love it! Keep up the great work, I will be a fan for a very very long time!
google avatar

Gabby K.

Yelp
Great outdoor space with a solid selection of local beers!
google avatar

Kate S.

Yelp
Ounces has only gotten better! Laurel and Andrew have set a tone that makes coming here such a welcoming, delightful experience, every single time. They make a point of getting to know their regulars and always having a recommendation if asked and the new staff are just as good. The tap list is well curated and always rotating and the beer garden is spectacular on a nice day and comfortable in nearly any weather with cornhole, food trucks, shade for hot days/heaters & rain tent when it's chilly, pretty string lights in the evening, and plenty of seating options. Plus it's both family and dog-friendly. This has become our absolute favorite place and we stop by as often as we can!
google avatar

Jared M.

Yelp
Great spot for a beer, some food truck action and sports. They are also very dog friendly which is a major plus as a dog owner. I came here to meet a friend and really enjoyed catching up over a beer. It's an awesome bar and I will definitely be back before long.
google avatar

Patty T.

Yelp
Super cute! Went for the grilled cheese night! Found the perfect table for our group in the larger room! Great selection of beers! The interior of the larger room was lit up with outdoor string lights and heated with outdoor heating. There was TVs which would be great for any game days. Definitely excited to stop by again!

Rachel W.

Yelp
Best beer garden, and always have rotating food trucks. Great people and service, and they'll even do private events.
google avatar

Kyle B.

Yelp
This place is awesome! Great atmosphere and beers on tap. They have a good rotation of food trucks that come park outside. Good for any season as they have a really cool outdoor covered patio with heaters and TVs.
google avatar

Misty J.

Yelp
AWESOME spot for game watching!!!!! They have an outside tent set up with big screens, big speakers and HEAT! Great beer selection, snacks, food truck, super nice staff (that remembered what we were drinking even with a game day crowd, whaaaaa???, major props!). GO HERE. That is all. AAAAAND dog friendly. What the heck else do you want??????
google avatar

Bethany B.

Yelp
Awesome lil beer bar! Not only do they always have super tasty brews on tap they also have yummy rotating food trucks. The service is always fabulous and I love that they just built a cozy outdoor beer garden area that is completely covered. They also have a "Beer Run" on Sunday's that I've yet to try but have heard good things. They are also dog and child friendly.
google avatar

Tiffany L.

Yelp
This beer garden is pretty cool! Located in an interesting spot but I really like the place. They have a good variety of beers. And lots of seating! Seems to have a rotating schedule of food trucks. There is also plenty of parking which is a plus. My favorite of the beers was the Matchless IPA. They seem to have lots of IPAs on the menu. Highly recommend checking this place out.
google avatar

Michael P.

Yelp
It's pretty much a bar in a parking lot with a huge billboard for ambiance. Good beer selection, but slow service. I waited multiple times as the guy pouring beer was hanging out at the food truck. Glad I checked it out but won't be back due to the parking lot vibe.
google avatar

Angela J.

Yelp
Great secret gem in west Seattle - love the minimalist design, good choice of beers, great service, and the deck is a fantastic addition. Only downside is the location - right by the freeway and you can hear the cars passing by. Place has a lot of potential though!
google avatar

Brittany N.

Yelp
Came across this spot while searching for a good beer as we had just landed in Seattle. Ounces was walking distance to our air bnb. The atmosphere of this place will definitely make you want to come back. The simple contemporary style is a plus, both inside and out. The service was great as well, we had a group of 4. We visited twice while in Seattle and we have yet to come across another beer garden/ tap room we love as much as this one and look forward to returning the next time we are visiting. The beer is delicious, the ambiance is just a major plus :)
google avatar

Dani P.

Yelp
Awesome Beer. So many choices, loved there was a variety. I am a big sour fan and there was a least one sour. Love the atmosphere, super awesome outdoor patio. Food truck outside as well!

Will D.

Yelp
Love this place, right across the bridge. Best hangout in COVID times, and the food trucks are great too.
google avatar

Kait H.

Yelp
Ounces always has something fun going on. Such a great line up of food trucks, and usually they post info about it on their social. From what I can tell, they are consistently trying to give you a great neighborly and welcoming experience. Great place to meet a friend after work and/or hang on the weekend. Go and find a new beer you like!
google avatar

S H.

Yelp
Great chill vibe, limited selection but what they do serve is good and they will let you sample which is really nice. Thanks for being you!
google avatar

Joey M.

Yelp
OK the folks who own/tend bar this place are top notch. Super friendly, happy to answer questions and generally just seem like great people. Beer selection was fantastic, got to try some of the breweries in Seattle that I hadn't got a chance to make it to (Holy Mountain anyone?) and also some I had never heard of. The indoor space is tiny, but the outdoor space is nice and pretty spacious. Their was a food truck, some live music, and beer. Ah there was beer. One downside is how busy the road that its located on is. Not the best atmosphere for a beer garden but the pros clearly outweigh the cons. Check this place out!
google avatar

Allison P.

Yelp
This is great taproom!!!! First they alway have delicious beers in tap. And a great variety!! Something for everyone! I love how they really highlight the local brewery scene here in Seattle! The staff is awesome! Always have recommendations! Super friendly, you can tell they love working with beer! The inside is kinda cozy! And depending hard to find a seat. But luckily they have an amazing outdoor beer garden!!! With canopy and heat lamps so you can enjoy the outside no matter the weather! They also usually always have amazing food trucks!!! And have some simple snacks too! Parking is kinda fun in the area but they have stairs for you if you park down below! Kids and dogs are also welcome!!!

Samantha S.

Yelp
42 bucks for two beers and two rock hard/dried out pretzels? This place is way over priced which is such a bummer. We won't be back.
