I want to start off this review by saying how AMAZING our server was. Mr. Christophe was just a pleasure to talk with. He made our visit so pleasant and you can tell that he truly enjoys the work he does. ❤️ Secondly, the food was nothing short of amazing. The food came out so fast and everything was on point. We took advantage of the $10 take home meal as well. That is such a great offer, especially if you want to have a delicious meal for the next day! 10/10 Service 10/10 Food 10/10 Customer Experience We can’t wait to come back again soon!

Honestly, the place was packed when we arrived. It was a great day, it feels like summer is coming to an end. **Highlights:** * Welcome & Management: 10/10 * Waiter: 10/10 (very attentive and very professional) Food: homemade bread 5/10 * House salads 8/10 (they're good) * Outback Center-Cut Sirloin* 10/10 Center-cut for tenderness. Lean, hearty, and full of flavor. Seasoned and seared. Served with two freshly made sides. Classic Prime Rib* 10/10 (very good) Slow-roasted in natural juices for tenderness and texture, herb-crusted, hand-carved, and served with au jus. I recommend ordering the prime rib with onions and mushrooms; they are served in gravy; the only thing they are canned.

Good place to eat..bread was awesome, food was good, and taste was great. Place was pretty busy. Check em out if your in the area. Good yummy food!

First and last visit at this loc, the food was greasy/tasteless, and wings not cooked all the way through. The wedge salad consisted of a head of lettuce, 2 pieces of blue cheese crumble, and tomatoes, not a shred of bacon, lemonade taste like lemon water, overall bad experience, a no for me, 👎 looking at the pic, it look like bacon was on the head of lettuce, I took it back, the manager that redid the salad, tht took forever, to remake, did not incl bacon on the salad. A big fat No for me, a waste of almost $40

We cannot leave without mentioning the graciousness and terrific interactions of the manager, Elmer. He was amazing. He helped us as his servers were overwhelmed. We will be back and look for him and provide our thanks (he was busy when we left). We wish you the best of success. The food was delicious 😋

I ordered the Bloomin’ Fried Shrimp from Outback Steakhouse two days in a row, and both times the food was terrible. It tasted like it had been reheated or cooked in old oil, the first night I thought it was maybe because it was close to closing time, but either way, it was awful. The first night, I didn’t say anything, thinking it might have just been an off night. But the second night, I couldn’t ignore it. Since the restaurant was already closed when I got home, I called the next day and spoke with a manager who apologized and said they’d mail me multiple appetizer gift cards to make up for it. I appreciated the gesture, except I never received anything. I called again last week and spoke with another manager who promised to resend them, but again, nothing ever arrived. Two bad meals and zero follow-through from management “ that’s completely unacceptable. It’s a shame when a restaurant doesn’t stand behind its food or take responsibility for poor service. If the leaders don’t hold their team accountable for mistakes, who will? Horrible experience overall both with the food and the management.

Fantastic experience, wonderful service, great value food with the 3 course meal. Perfectly cooked steak and a lovely clean restaurant.

The restaurant was extremely clean, and the staff was very friendly. I did visit during the weekday, therefore there weren't as many patrons at the time I was there. A food came out very quickly, and our waitress was extremely helpful. We appreciate it the fact that she came by many times to make sure we didn't need anything and also to make sure we were well taken care of. We really appreciate good service and our waitress was top-notch.

My wife and I had dinner there on Jan 11. We did have a bloomin onion as an appetizer, which was delicious. She had a 6 oz sirloin, vegetables and a sweet potato. The steak was cooked perfectly and well seasoned. The sweet potato was yummy. The vegetables were OK. I had the bloomin chicken, Brussel sprouts, Mac and Cheese. The bloomin chicken was disappointing. It was very thin and somewhat overcooked. Last time I had it, it was juicy, delicious. The Brussel sprouts were flavorful but undercooked. The Mac and Cheese was very creamy. It did need some salt but I was pleased with the creaminess, cheesiest. Service was great!

The service was slow, the steak was undercooked, and the management did't care. I will never eat at Outback again.

No wait for an early weekend dinner. Our server was attentive. Food was good. Conveniently located right across from the outlets.

Wonderful location! Our servers have always been so kind and attentive here. Our food came out so fast and hot! Everything was just as we ordered, so yummy!! They even decorated the whole restaurant as a fun and festive beach summer theme when we went but this isn't usualit was really wholesome and cute though. Made for a very fun family dinner.

Had not been to Outback in a long time and forgot how nice they are. This is a newer location which is right next to the premium outlet mall. So was quite busy inside. But got seated immediately. The interiors are upscale and updated. The complimentary bread reminded me of the Cheesecake Factory brown bread which is almost everyone's favorite. This one is pretty close .... Loved it. I got the Sirloin (6Oz) & Lobster Mac & Cheese from the "new" menu. It also comes with a choice of SteakHouse potatoes. I went with sweet potatoes as my choice. Everything for $17 seemed like a very good deal! I ordered medium rare but it came out to be more of a medium to well done. Chris (the server) quickly recognized it and offered to replace. Within few minutes there was a new plate with fresh sweet potato and steak. This time it was a perfect medium rare to my liking. Mac and cheese was delish. Not soggy/mushy as someplaces do. The hot sweet potatoes with brown sugar, cinnamon and butter was a treat. Chris was great - attentive, friendly and made the dining experience extra special. They have a very good menu with decent options for chicken and seafood lovers. Would love to be back to try other things in the menu.

Food was fine. Service was subpar. Server forgot my daughter's juice. We never actually even ever ended up getting it. He also forgot to put in the dessert (which was actually included with one of the meals), so we sat and waited forever (even after mentioning it to the server) for it. Finally, after inquiring again, the server went to the kitchen to ask about the dessert. We ended up having to get it to go because we had already been at the restaurant for TWO HOURS. The server entered it wrong on the bill so we were overcharged by about $9 and the manager had to adjust the bill, which also took forever. Side note: bathroom was not clean, neither were the cups that drinks were served in. There were cobwebs in the bathroom!! The manager was very nice and helpful!

Just ordered delivery...meatloaf & Victoria's filet. I ordered rare and received well done with a burnt top of my steak. How can a steak restaurant get it so wrong? Why after over cooking so severely did they send it out to me?

Place was clean, no wait for a larger party and was thankful for that. With that said I used to come here in the 90's and early 2000's and loved the food. Everything was fresh and of good quality. This time the quality and quantity of the appetizers and main dishes were underwhelming. For the same price I can go to other local spots and get higher quality food for the same price. Didn't seem understaffed which was good. Service was fine without being exceptional, nobody attempted to go above and beyond even though no one was rude. Felt very 'run of the mill'

All the food we had, were soo delicious and impressed with the service and no matter how many people there are, the food comes out quickly and is prepared neatly.

Yes, outback is a chain restaurant, yes you get the same items at all of them, but do you really? This outback is better than the others I've dined in, here's why. This location has a nice ambiance, the lights are really cool, the filament in the clear bulbs are large, peninsula shaped which gives a quaint accent. There's lots of booths, tables and a bar area which can handle large and small parties. Todays outing was better than most because of the service we received today (4/5/23) from a young, incredibly pleasant gentleman named Keaton. I asked for a Sauvignon blanc which unfortunately they ran out of but Keaton recommended a Pinot Grigio and it was better than I expected. He was very attentive, checked up on us often without being intrusive and brought us everything we requested. This location always prepares food with excellent execution. The steaks come out cooked correctly, seasoned perfectly and presented beautifully. I really enjoy coming here and this is my go to spot.

The food and the curbside service are great. The employees are pleasant and timely with your order.

Five stars on the takeout and takeout alone. I have never sat my butt down in the seats of this place so I can't speak to any of the dragging that's been done by fellow Yelpers here for what looks to be some real trivial stuff. Anyway, a week or so before the biggest holiday I rolled up to Outback expecting to place an order while waiting in one of the many to-go spots. One of the nicest people on earth came out to the car without prompting to get my order name/number, I told her that I was about to place it online and she's like "nah fam, I gotchu" and took my order, and my phone number and then linked it to my account. Who does that in the year of our Lord 2023? She got everything absolutely correct, was the friendliest person on the planet and had me waiting maybe...15min, tops? This is the stuff takeout dreams are made of, sweet dreams. Y'all need to stop going inside and just do takeout.

Chris, our server, was excellent! The food came out timely and was delicious! We highly recommend this location if you are in the area of the outlets.

Outback restaurants are hit or miss, the food or service can be good to mediocre to down right horrible! That said, this location seems to be well managed. I have dined in and ordered to-go several times. The food quality has been consistently average; which is what I expect from Outback. Even though "steakhouse" is part of their name, it's not a real steakhouse in my opinion. Their meats are good, but no where near the quality you get at a real steakhouse; nor is there consistency/accuracy to the desired level of temperature. Most often, you end up with medium to medium well; I prefer medium rare, and have yet to get one at that level. Their soups are pretty good. I recommend the potato soup, as the French onion soup typically has too much cheese. The side vegetable dishes tend to be over cooked, but still passable. Their baked potato and fries are very good, the mashed potatoes usually are not light and airy; they are often thick, sticky, and heavy. If you're at the outlets, it's a good option for lunch or dinner. However, you can find better options in the area, if you are willing to drive a few miles to get to one.

I used to like Outback but my most recent visit was underwhelming. The one positive is that they are open for lunch on weekdays which the other chain steakhouses nearby do not. I ordered the 6 oz sirloin lunch special which seemed like a good deal but the only reason why it's cheaper than it's dinner version is that it comes with only one side dish instead of two. So no sale for me this lunch! I ordered the fried mushroom appetizer which was hot, crispy coated with the same coating they use on the blooming onion and it was delicious. Definitely better to share than try to eat by yourself! The steak this afternoon was cooked well and was tasty but there was an impenetrable strip of grizzle that left a hunk of meat that was simply inedible. Given that it was a 6oz steak that was a noticeable reduction. You'd think that the chef or the purchaser would reject that piece of meat instead of giving it to a customer.

Today Sunday 03/30 I went with my daughter to get something light but tas. We love Kookaburra hot wings. Our server(I can't tem her name but with dye red hair) she is always great! but what was memorable and amazing was the couple seated next to us MARCO & SHERYL. When our delicious wings arrived to our table Marco says I didn't know you guys have wings. I immediately offer to get some. He was thankful but didn't take any. When we were ready to go and pay our server sa Marco already paid your order and he says Thank you for your generosity! I can't believe Marco and his beautiful wife did this. this was incredible amazing. God blessed them and duplicate what he did

Excellent Service. Chris, our waiter was AWESOME. The fools was solid and service was super fast. We celebrated Mom's Birthday and Father's Day for my late father. Family... All worthwhile!

The service here was great! The waitress was super friendly and attentive. She gave us a breakdown of which steak she liked the best and her favorite appetizers and entrees. I think the service is what saved the entire experience here. We got the blooming onion which is what they're known for, but it just tasted like a giant blob of oil. The steak really isn't anything that special which you think would be the star of the show for a steakhouse. The steamed veggies tasted like frozen veggies that just came out of the microwave. However, we did enjoy the soup, salad, and fries. The strawberry salad was very refreshing with its tangy vinaigrette. I loved the cheese and pecans crumbled on top for extra texture and flavor! The soup was also creamy and delicious with bacon bits, cheese, and green onions on top.

I ordered the Filet Mignon and Lobster Tail with a baked sweet potato and brussle sprouts as my sides. The steak was good the lobster was fine, and the sweet potato was nice. I would call it average (note the photo is of my empty plate), the star of my dinner were those brussle sprouts! WOW, amongst the best of the best, for sides, this is an amazing recipe. They are both sweet and spicy and had the perfect amount of crunch. The service was very good, and the atmosphere was the same as any other Outback.

By far the worst service I've ever experienced at a restaurant.. which is saying alot! I took my wife and 2 daughters to this Outback location (Leesburg Va) for Mother's Day, the hostesses and waiter failed to wish my wife a happy Mothers Day. My order was not correct, the Men's restroom was a complete mess, when washing my hands the water was scolding hot (no hot/cold option), my wife said the same about the Women's restroom. And to top off this amazingly horrible experience, the manager walked by multiple times laughing and goofing around with the staff and did not once ask how us how our meal and service was. Although I have only been to Outback Steakhouse less than 10 times over the past decade, the food is consistently good. Now if corporate can train the managers to do their job and provide better service and for Christ sake.... acknowledge the Moms on Mothers Day!!

Went to outback today with the Marc Jacobs team after a long Memorials Day weekend sale after work. We were greeted right away by the host and got us seated. The outback at Leesburg just went under new management and let me tell you guys....The waiter 100%. The food 100%. The drinks 100%! We will definitely come back!

Stopped in for lunch , I have been to this chain steakhouse many times and many locations, time for a review. Outback is a chain restaurant that promotes an Australian theme. They are known for their steaks, ribs and the famous Blooming Onion. The decor is upscale and has a traditional steakhouse feel with huge bar with seating and wood fixtures. The menu has plenty of choices you would expect , with different cuts of steaks, ribs , burgers, chicken and seafood. The steaks are always tender and cooked perfect with a proprietary seasoning. The burgers are huge !! When you come here , even for lunch, be hungry !! The full bar offers plenty of choices with ice cold beers, wine and speciality cocktails !! Service is excellent and attentive. Everything is good here as I have never been disappointed. Stop by and give this place a try whether its steak, burgers, shrimp, ribs or chicken it will be sure to please. Also check out their apps !! Yummmm.

The food was good and service was great. But for some reason when I walk into the restaurant there is this nasty smell, not sure where it's coming from. I hope they get the issue fixed.

Outback wins the prize for the best holiday drink of the season. We went twice for the smoked pecan cinnamon old fashioned and it was amazing!! Smoky, flavorful and just fabulous. Problem is when you gave one you want another.....and another.... Gingerbread martini also got rave reviews from my dining companions. Very delicious was the verdict. Hurry and get these drinks before they go away!

Okay so my bf and I went to Outback today for dinner. Keep in mind they have only been open for 9 days. We went in around 5ish. There was a line and multiple people at the host stand that looked confused I walked up and asked if the bar was open and she said yes. The bar was empty and as soon as we sat down we were greeted by Avery and Nicole. First and foremost, the were both AMAZING! Nicole recommend the steak and shrimp special and my bf devoured it. I ordered the wings but forgot to say all flats (if you know, you know). Avery tried to tell the kitchen in time but it was too late. (Totally my fault) You can imagine my surprise and joy when my food came and i had all flat wings! ShoutOut to the kitchen!! The drinks Avery made were bomb and flowing and the bar staff was awesome! Shoutout to Avery and Nicole

Food is excellent but what made it the best is our server Ryan he is so kind so compassionate and very helpful and was so sweet to my 14-year-old son very pleased

I mean just look at the two pictures. The meatloaf looks nothing like the picture and the chef was skimp as hell with the sauces. I mean at least cover it in sauce so we don't see how trash it is... seriously the consistency of the sauce I got is so far off...I don't even know why they put pictures, just to disappoint you.

The Leesburg Outback has really upped its game. Everything about our meal was perfect! It restored my hopes of a return to their former greatness.

Always consistent! Ordered the sirloin + shrimp on the barbie, plus a salad and baked potato. Came out fast, was just what I was expecting and hit the spot! Just what I was looking for tonight!

Don't Bother. Drive to the Sterling location instead. Outback has been one of my favorite chain restaurants for over 20 years. I was thrilled to find out that we'd finally have one in Leesburg. I've visited this new location almost a dozen times since it's opening (dine-in and take-out). My order has not been correct for ANY OF THESE VISITS. I keep going back hoping that things have improved. They haven't. Service is slow, and whenever I've spoken up about missing items or an incorrect order, I'm given a list of excuses as to why it's somehow not their problem. Today, I dined in and was there for almost two hours for LUNCH. We couldn't get refills or even let anyone know that we were missing items. At one point, I went to the bar to ask if I could close out my check to leave. The bartender was "too busy." After I paid, the manager came to the table and said, "They said to come visit your table. What's wrong?" She handed me two $10 gift cards and left the table. This franchise is the worst one I've ever visited.

This location near the outlet mall is usually very crowded at dinner time, so we had an early dinner to beat the crowd. Our server, Chris was awesome! The food was cooked very quickly and was really good. We'll be back!

Our family of four went to Outback for a birthday dinner last night, and we were blown away. We haven't been to the Leesburg Outback in a while, but this time, the restaurant was clean, the service was excellent (thanks, Chris!), and most importantly, all of our food was amazing! Over the years and years of going to many Outbacks, this was definitely one of our best visits ever!

We had a good dining experience for dinner. BUT....... Why are they advertising happy hour M-Th 3-7? The happy hour price of cocktails $7 the happy hour price of beer $5. Guess what ----that is your normal price for beer & cocktails! So we didn't see any reason to put outside a sign featuring Happy Hour. I hope people catch on to the false advertising - or you actually take $1 off and make Happy Hour people happier!

Excellent dinner tonight. Perfectly cooked steak. And, our server, Stacy, was superb.

Our family had an great experience on a early afternoon on Sunday. The waitress was attentive, kind and food was great. My kids ate everything up from my plate. The type of floor is slippery as other reviews stated but it's because of the type of floor it is not because of cleaning. It was a very clean location.

My elderly father loved the Outback in Frederick, MD. The MD location off of Rt 40 was a regular spot for him until he moved to Sr Living in Virginia. As a surprise we decided to take him out to dinner at this newer location. I downloaded the app in order to be placed on the call ahead seating list early in the day. We planned to leave his place at 5 pm to get a jump on the Saturday night rush. When I attempted to book ahead, only the Sterling location would allow me to request seating through the app, first frustration. So, I call, and I am immediately placed on hold for FIVE minutes then when they answer, I am TRANSFERRED to the hostess stand, second frustration. We arrive, and they can't find my call ahead seating request, it takes two staff members to locate it, third frustration. Full disclosure: when we arrived, it was 5:36 pm on a Saturday (what I was trying to avoid). Note: the old BE waiting area was converted to a bar, and the only seat they have to wait is directly across from the hostess stand and is equivalent to one side of a booth. Knowing there is NO acceptable waiting area for anyone with any mobility limitations, they seated us immediately. To be fair, based on when I called, we were probably at the top of the list, but I am sure that left other people frustrated seeing that we were seated almost immediately upon finding the reservation. The service was extremely slow. So much that my father said "let's not come back here again." It was also very loud and for hearing impared with hearing aids I am sure he probably wanted to turn them off. We finally recieved our dinner at 7pm (last frustration) and everything was cooked perfectly. The prime rib far surpassed the quality that was served at BRG the week earlier. In fact, it was the best Prime Rib that we found in Leesburg (ordered weekly for the last month, at three other restaurants in Leesburg). The filet mignon was perfectly cooked, and all of the sides were great. The food, I can't believe (I am saying this) 5 stars (celebrate this win), the support staff, and logistics 0 stars. I hope you improve this part of the experience. We will be back, but not on a Saturday night. If you have someone with mobility issues, avoid this location in the winter as the best waiting option is to bring your own chair and wait on the porch. When I try to add my visit to the app, I am getting an error. I suspect there is a configuration issue with the app and this location.

I'm so excited they have outback now in Leesburg! Outback is the best and this location is truly unique! This used to be the Bob Evan's and they recently (in the last month) turned it into an outback! Ryan is the best server and the manager Cheyanne was truly amazing! She checked in to make sure everything was perfect! The drinks and specials were incredible as well! I had the wings for the first time per a recommendation from a friend and they did not let me down! They were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside! This is my new favorite location and I will certainly be back!

I went to the outback in Leesburg Virginia tonight in hopes of having something decent to eat I made a wrong decision to go there the service was ok and the food was horrible I ordered a Ribeye steak medium it was halfway cooked medium but the steak had no flavor after drowning it out with heinz 57 you could tell that the choice of meat was a bad quality it was tough and tasted like it came from an old cow. Needless to say when I signed the check I put on it everything that was wrong with dinner above my signature. Do yourself a favor go eat at some other place even McDonald's would be better than this Outback Steak House.

Got there at 8:40 and got our drinks and apps in. Ordered shrimp and chicken wings (as a former cook I am disappointed) shrimp takes 1m30s to be fried. Chicken wings 8-9 minutes. IT TOOK 40 MINUTES for just the apps. The chicken I was afraid to finish because it looked UNDERCOOKED. Ordered ribs and chicken tenders for me and my gf. The ribs were burnt and crunchy. My gfs meal was fine. The drink service was good. I'm never coming here again. The one in sterling is WAY better than this one. For being brand new. It's lacking.

It was our fist time at the new location. We came during Lunch figuring it wouldn't be too busy. It took us 15 min to be seated and that is because of two things. They were short servers however we were the only ones waiting to be seated. Another customer just walked right in and was seated immediately. While my wife and I sat waiting for a table. When we did get seated however we received excellent service by Nadine. She not only took care of us but the patrons at the bar that she was working as well. She was friendly polite kind and took our orders with no problem. She turned the experience around and made it a very enjoyable lunch for both me and my wife. We will return again thanks to Nadine and her excellent service and positive attitude.

We really enjoy coming here but this particular visit today was GREAT our waiter, Keaton was very attentive, always making sure we were comfortable and asked multiple times if everything was fine. Keaton made our visit a 10 s thank you, sammy !!!! FOOD WAS DELICIOUS
