Everything was great! Andrew is a great server. The food was fresh and hot. Atmosphere was refreshing.

I had take out curbside. The service was great. It was a late night order, like 20 minutes before close but it was ready at the time promised and packed well. Now for the most important part the taste....I had the steak and cheese dip and the fried mushrooms, both appetizers. The mushrooms taste ok . They have a well seasoned battered ( similar to the blooming onion) but the mushroom itself isn't season or fresh. It has the chewy texture of canned mushrooms. The steak and cheese dip is ok too. The flavor is reflected in the name...very beefy and very cheesy. Imagine a cheddar and roast beef sandwich with tortilla chips, thats the flavor profile. It looked just like the picture on the app. The picture posted is after mixing it up. The tortillas are thick strips, with a hardy robust processed flavor...typical of most chips. They are thick...thick...thick...thick..thick....so if that isn't your vibe...leave this for the others.

It was great and our server was great. I'm so sorry it's been a week and her name eluded me but it was 8/15 at about 1:30 pm. There were three of us and we got the soup and salad special. She was funny and was able to keep up with my comedic brother. Great customer service!

Really nice restaurant with great food and great customer service. It took us no time to be seated. We will definitely return.

Not sure what’s going on with this Outback restaurant. The place looked they are in the process of moving out (wall decorations and structures around booths removed) and there were very few customers there for dinner. Hubs ordered a 9 oz filet that was so tough he couldn’t eat it and it was not seasoned. My whole meal was prepared wrong, although server said she put everything in as ordered. Service getting food after ordering was slow and again when my meal had to be redone……odd because the restaurant was practically empty. The onion soup was different, more creamy rather than broth-like and it lacked the savory flavor we enjoy. At most restaurants if something is wrong with your meal prep, the manager stops by to apologize…..not at this Outback. The overall quality and service we typically experience at this location was greatly lacking this visit. Yup, we just threw $60+ out the window!!

Food is well, it's Outback - out steak was cooked as ordered and was very good! The atmosphere was a little too cool for my party but we managed. Our server though, was great!! I do not remember the young ladies name but she provided excellent service!

Today I had a very unpleasant experience. The manager is beyond rude. Today they left off a side dish and I called and asked them for it. The manager rudely rushed me off the phone and told me to “just come get it”. I then get back there to wait over 10’mins for the side dish. She needs to learn some professionalism when handling customers.. a simple I’m sorry and we will fix the problem. It could’ve been just fine.

I usually start my reviews about the ambience & whatnot but I'm starting with the food this time. I ordered the 18oz bone-in ribeye (medium rare) & it was cooked AND seasoned to perfection! It was juicy, tender, & delicious! I cannot rave enough about this steak. Kudos to whoever the chef was tonight! For my sides, I ordered the sweet potato & the blue cheese wedge salad. Sweet potato was small but very tasty. The first (yes, I said first. The one in the photo is salad #2) blue cheese wedge salad was delicious UNTIL I tasted the mound of salt someone added to it. OMG it was awful! The salt was too much & ruined the salad. I had to send it back & order another one without salt (which you have to apparently say). Who puts salt on a salad?!? Yuck! FYI Outback, let the guest add their own salt. Our waitress, Shay, was fantastic!! Her personality was A+! Thanks, Shay, for the amazing service tonight!! As far as the ambience... it's Outback Steakhouse. So... there. It has been a very long time since I've been to Outback, any Outback, & I will be back to this location soon. I will probably order the same thing I ordered tonight.

I should have checked reviews before we went to lunch today. The staff was polite but very very slow and food quality was just okay. The temperature was very cold for two people in our party, the music was loud, and we waited over 45 minutes for food to some out. We're not happy with the French onion soup or the steak sandwich but the wedge salad & the hamburger was pretty good. I probably won't go back to this location. And I do not recommend.

I'd give zero stars if I could. We walked in and requested one of the many open tables in the bar so we could see a TV. Host told us because of a server rotation rule he had to seat us in a different area away from bar. He said we were welcome to sit at the bar if we wanted, but there were clearly no open seats together. So we sat where we didn't want to sit, waited several minutes and never saw the server that we were forced in to that section for, left and went to Longhorn instead.

Please do not waste your time with this place. They take forever when you go sit down they take forever when you order to go. Customer service is horrible. Waited a hour just to get some food when I was there on time. Also had 10 other people waiting for their order. They do not care.

Service was a bit slow, but the restaurant was busy as expected on a Saturday night and Father's Day Eve. Our wait to be seated was only about 10 minutes. Our appetizer can quickly but the shrimp looked like it was thrown on the bread. Our server had a very large party and additional tables so I understood her slowness. The food did arrive hot and very well prepared. Our table was not cleaned very well but I always carry wipes so I took care of that myself. thus the reason for the 4-Star rating.

The host was great. Came to open and hold the door for everyone. We were seated within 10 min. The food came out fast even the people that brought the food out was pretty great. Our server just wasn't the best didn't have the best services or attitude just blank and not really there. I don't know I can't really describe it. And certain stuff you would expect her to do or bring she didn't but she might of been new and I might expect more then norm because I've been a server since 16 so everybody is different but other then that the vibes were great just a lil cold and our server could of done better but the food was great per usual. 10/10 for food.... service 8/10

Greeted right away by the host- he told us they were clearing tables and we were seated quickly. Our waiter, Dylan B, was super friendly and gave excellent service. Although the steaks were a little tough the sides were amazing- mixed veggies, baked sweet potatoes and of course the bread! It was a busy Thursday night but the restaurant wasn't loud even tho we were seated near the bar. All the staff seemed helpful and polite.

Great special! We always like the shrimp on the Barbie, comes with 2 sides and cheesecake for $14.99. Food is always fresh. Would recommend!

Food & Service were awesome! I ordeer's my food online for curbside pickup and it was on time as promise. Everything I ordered was there and at the right temperature. Great job Outbac!

I've visited this location several times as it is close to work, and the service is always outstanding. In today's economy it's rare to find a place that you can get a steak and a beer for under $20 with tip, but here you can :) I've sat at the bar and been seated at a table and the service is always amazing! It's a family place sometimes when I come to the bar! And they have wifi so you can get some work done (which is why I come here). Aside from beer and steak they also have fun cocktails, and a rewards program. The place is always clean and has plenty of parking! Pro tip: they keep it cool so bring a jacket or sweater if your someone who gets cold easily!

We stop at this place on the way to Florida. The server was amazing. My drink the jalapeño margaritas was delicious. After eating terrible food in GA this was Heaven. My mash potato was delicious and my steak amazing. The rest of my crew enjoyed their food. Down to the bread, the salad, & my actual meal.

Let's start at the door... we were properly addressed at the door and waited no longer than 5 minutes. We were seated by the bar with a waiter and a trainee (Mary). It's hard to get great customer service anywhere but this place has done nothing less than provide great customer service. Mary was amazingly kind and attentive. The prices of the food were decently priced and the options are plentiful. The environment is casual and the dim lights make for a nice date spot. It was quiet and clean.

Athena who works the bar is amazing! She remembers her regulars AND what they like AND their names. Great attitude and personality!

It was a windy early lunch well around 11:45 place was pretty empty. Service was honestly just a little slow but outback's menu has expanded with a lot. I had the fried mushrooms and it was a nice size portion to share. My outback burger was good with fries and a salad And the wings were good too. We didn't get offered any refills on drinks so I was a little thirsty and our server took awhile for a lot of things so I didn't even get to ask. A lunch that was suppose to be at least 45mins ran over to 1.5 hours. Bathroom was clean so were the tables and facility.

My Fiance and I ate at this location two days in a row. Kristen helped us today and his service was great. The food is definitely delicious. The steaks are cooked perfectly , baked potatoes is loaded and the value was more then we expected . Worth the visit and money .

UPDATE: Went back to this Outback Steakhouse recently and had a far better experience. Management has changed and the service, food, cleanliness, appearance, and ambiance had greatly improved! A good time was had by all!

I haven't been to this location since 5 years ago when I received probably the worst service I've ever had in my life.. my parents wanted to go so I reluctantly tagged along.. huge mistake.. we ate the kookaberra wings and now both me and my mother have had diarrhea explosions 5 times since we left the restaurant.. Thanks for the food poisoning, Outback!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

By far worse service at a restaurant I've ever had. I ordered a outback sirloin combo . First on the drinks , the server came out with our drinks and bread and walked around the entire restaurant with them. I ask for new drinks and bread and he had an attitude with that as well. He never came back out after that. It took over 40 mins for my food to come out. I ordered a medium well steak. My steak came out well done. It took 10 minutes to find the server to let him know. So my entire plate went cold before getting a new medium well steak I asked for a manager twice and nobody came.

I sat at the bar and ordered the bone-in ribeye medium well with broccoli and a loaded bake potato. The bartender was nice enough, but that's the only thing I can compliment about this visit. My steak came out medium RARE. The broccoli was cold, and the potato was barely warm enough to melt the cheese. Even though I was starving, I only took a few bites of each item before I paid my bill and proceeded to the Chick-fil-A across the street! Lesson learned. I should have paid attention to the Yelp reviews prior to wasting my time and money at this Outback location!

The Stockbridge location restored my faith in them....our last two take-out experiences weren't the best, in fact, they were terrible! But we went in, sat at the bar and had a pretty delightful dinner, the reason I gave 4-stars is because both of our orders of loaded potatoes weren't even like warm. The service was good too and the wait wasn't bad at all. I was pretty disappointed that there were so many open tables but we were told that there'd be a 40-minute wait....but other than that, all was well.

As a chain restaurant, there are different expectations... I ordered the ribs with mashed potatoes and a Caesar salad along with the kingsland steak & shrimp. They forgot the mashed potatoes... I guess they were busy (several cars waiting at the same time), but that's not an excuse to neglect my order and not pay attention to my order. The only reason they're getting 2 stars instead of 1 is because the young man who brought my food out was friendly and respectful

This location has definitely gone downhill. I used to drive all the way down here just because I loved this one. They need to fire everybody including the cooks and try again. Food was nasty and sloppily put together. The waitress forgets everything we asked for. The service was HORRIBLE. The ambiance non existent. The host are the worst and the lady manager just yells at the staff but has no actions and is LAZY! 2 words: Never Again!

While Peyton (bartender) was great (friendly, polite, professional), we are not so satisfied with the "manager" or "propiertor (Clarence?)'s handling of our concern. We asked for a reasonable adjustment to our bill (liquor charge) having been patrons/regulars of Outback for years on an almost daily basis. Even with proof of receipts of other Outbacks in the region, we were met with a non-apologetic, nonchalant and growing combative attitude. Will not be returning to this particular Outback. Perhaps even any. Tried to charge us 4 doubles and 4 singles for Maker's Mark and refused to fix it.

I will not be going back to the Stockbridge, Ga location ever again. This location has gone downhill. The main hostess was so rude to when I asked if we were next to be sat. We had to wait 20 minutes to get sat when only 1/4 of the tables were full. We never saw a manager and one never stopped at our table. The server never checked to see how our meals were and we had to ask for refills & our check. Management has changed in the last 5 years and I can see why there were so many empty tables. It's so sad that another restaurant in Henry County has gone downhill.

Alright, so listen...I'm typically not the bad review guy, but man I tell ya...Outback kind of forced my hand with this one: Soooooo we pulled up for my pops bday dinner amd was seated pretty quickly because my sister made a reservation prior. Thank you for that. Now that we are seated, we wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and finally someone comes over asking if we have been helped. Things just went downhill from there. From our appetizers coming after our entrees to not having the food prepared as expected to whispers of staff members quitting on the spot....WOWZERS!!! 'Twas a lot going on that day. I'm sure everyday is not that bad but this was my experience and I hate that it happen on my Dad's birthday dinner but it is what it is. I'll give you guys another shot though Outback. Keep it bloomin.

Tried to place an order online but was unable to without the App which I had to download. Checked in when the food was supposed to be ready but Had to wait another 20 minutes. Service was friendly but the food was below standard. The baked potatoes were under cooked. The ribs were overcooked and dry.

Ordered curb side and sat there waiting for a text to confirm our order being ready. Never got a text. I had to walk up to the door and get my cold order. The food was Horrible! My ribs were burnt and soaked in barbecue sauce. Steak was dry and cold. The salad was decent. Never going back!

they need to do better than that. Who's back there cooking the food? Steak was burnt and the food didn't come out with none of the toppings on it that come on the photos. Broccoli was undercooked and they forgot my mashed potatoes. They also brought me out the wrong dessert. People that work there seem unmotivated like they hate working there. This is the worst Outback in the whole country. I've worked in restaurants before I KNOW when something is wrong, where is management to make sure the food is coming out quality? Smh never going back

I rarely come here and I remembered why.... The food was mediocre. I ordered a filet and requested it butterflied and medium well. It was not butterflied (pictured). I also ordered broccoli and a loaded baked potato. The broccoli was not seasoned and when i requested it to be seasoned, they dumped seasoning salt on it and sent it back, cold (pictured). Our waitress, Breann P. was okay,. She checked on us and brought what we asked. One of my friends ordered Salmon and stated that it was not cooked thoroughly. She also ordered broccoli but hers was seasoned... she allowed me to taste hers.

The blooming onion was very salty and over cooked. I had the ribeye steak, grilled shrimp, Caesar salad and loaded baked potato. The shrimp was just ok (small and not grilled well). I had to ask for bacon missing from the salad. My husband had the seared prime rib with baked, grilled shrimp, baked potato and house salad. The waitress was awesome! Overall a very good dinner!

Food was alright but got seated by the lovely hostess rather quickly ans received my drink quickly also so was very surprised when the waitress McKay was rude n bitchy about me wanting a steak medium well and dessert to go along with that. I assumed she was having a bad night so I tipped 15 and she seemed more upset about it that she pushed a hostess to the ground and laughed...this place is ghetto don't come here. the whole mood of the place is just bitter.

Just thought we would go out for a good steak dinner at the Stockbridge Georgia Outback Steakhouse. Our server was good , my wife ordered the French onion soup with a loaded baked potato. The soup came with burnt cheese had to be cooked again. My steak was ordered just medium, it showed up medium well, sent back after several minutes it returned this time medium rare. It was sent back a third time it came back medium well again. Needless to say no steak this night. Will try Longhorn steakhouse or Texas Roadhouse next time. I'm not concerned with the price of my steak, however I do expect, for a $23.00 6oz steak to be exactly how I ordered it. Steve, Hampton ga

To-go order placed for today (happy birthday to me!). Picked up easily--the curbside was quick and efficient. Everything was accurate except that the dressing was left off for my mother's entree strawberry salad. There was no vinaigrette included. I've double-checked the order, and indeed two raspberry vinaigrette dressings were requested. I hate that my mother's salad didn't include a single dressing, not even the wrong one. The other minor complaint was that one loaf of bread was included for four entrees--a little on the stingy side, especially considering we tipped 20 percent and the total paid was around $160!--but again, this is minor compared to not getting a single dressing for an entree salad. That basically meant that the meal was ruined for one of us, and that makes me sad on my birthday. The salad with no dressing looked beautiful, the ribeyes and sirloin and coconut shrimp were fine, but we live far enough away from the restaurant that going back to pick up the dressing wasn't feasible. My advice to takeout diners: I know it's a pain, but given the negative reviews from others and my own experience, check every component of your bag before you leave the takeout space. This is something that would've been fixable if we had and not fixable since we didn't.

The service at this particular Outback was extremely confusing. They had servers and assistant servers or runner who were communicating with each other so my party kept receiving double food and drinks. My Mom order the steak sandwich with veggies. The veggies were rock hard as if they barely cooked them. The also didn't put her dipping sauce Or Horseradish sauce on her plate so she waited about 10 minutes for that before she could eat her food. When we first arrived it toke about 15 mins for our order to be placed. We didn't receive our drinks until after the food came. Different servers were then being sent to our table and because of that we started receiving double orders. Maybe they were training that night, I'm not sure but the whole experience was kind of bad. My food however (Blooming Onion Chicken) was ok, the baked potato and the Wings were the best part of the night. Maybe I'll give this location another try in the future.

Idk if the rating makes me biased but I've eaten here via takeout more than dine in and I actually prefer it that way. I stay 5 min away from the restaurant so the option for takeout is just more convenient for me. The staff is always nice and friendly over the phone and my order is always hot when they bring it to my car. I absolutely love the convenience of paying over the phone. It's always on time or earlier than the estimated time they give you. As the lady cane to my car to take my name and slot numbers she was wearing a mask, so it made me comfortable to see that they are taking the necessary precautions to keep the place running. I ALWAYS order the salmon Caesar salad!! You literally cannot go wrong with the choice, even if it is no longer on their menu...( I think) anyway... Good job guys! I'll be bk for sure!

This was a horrible experience. I ordered the petite Ribeye, and it looked good when it came to the table but I soon realized it was more fat than edible meat and my loaded baked potato was cold. After sending it back my cousin offered me a bit of her steak to take home for later. Sadly when I later went to eat it I found out that it also was an inferior cut as well, it had a tough scab on the backside that was also inedible. The cheap cuts of meat they use has my mind set. I will never go there again!!

I placed an online order for delivery, received a call from the staff advising me no delivery driver were available today, and if I was willing to pick my order up I'd be given appetizers and etc. I explained to the staff that I had surgery and would not be able to pick the meal up. I was able to use UberEats to deliver my meal. The Get Well Wishes on the bag brought a smile to my face. Thank you so much

Boisterous Australian-themed chain serving steaks, seafood and other hearty steakhouse fare. For my first time ever going to this establishment I really like it. This place is packed and yet they got us a seat pretty quickly. People are super attentive and great atmosphere inside. The bread is one of the best over here and the Caesar Salad is great too. My pro tip is to get the outback special steak. It is not heavily featured on the menu but it is cheap and delicious. Their $5 cocktails and free Bloomin' Onion with it were a major plus. I had a Sauza Margarita frozen with strawberry flavor and it was very nice and sour. Crab cakes were good and the sauce with it was even better. I am also a massive fan of coconut shrimp and huge delicious prawns which are yummy here. My food was hot and fresh and the drink I ordered was tasty and refreshing. I love the lamb chops, I order them single bone and they are always prepared well and seasoned to perfection. The grilled salmon is also always a good choice here. The staff is friendly and professional. Bathrooms are clean. The place is freshly remodeled look inside. The bar has great staff, friendly, professional and even the delivery or pick-up service is great too. Ample free parking in and around the restaurant. Definitely recommend this location at Eagles Landing.

I was so disappointed in the service and food yesterday. The food was horrible, drinks and service was mediocre. I normally eat here a lot and every other time the food isn't perfect but it's not bad either. I never wanted to do a bad review for them cause I thought eventually they would turn the service and food back around to what it once use to be... but clearly that has not happened. I definitely would not recommend Outback.

I was sitting at the bar and a roach crawled across the table I literally just told the server & manager. And walked out I'm so disgusted rn after eating & drinking there. This Outback needs to be closed.
