Hands down THE BEST RIBEYE I've had in a very long time at a restaurant...& I've eaten at some great restaurants! I usually start my reviews about the ambience & whatnot but I'm starting with the food this time.
I ordered the 18oz bone-in ribeye (medium rare) & it was cooked AND seasoned to perfection! It was juicy, tender, & delicious! I cannot rave enough about this steak. Kudos to whoever the chef was tonight! For my sides, I ordered the sweet potato & the blue cheese wedge salad. Sweet potato was small but very tasty. The first (yes, I said first. The one in the photo is salad #2) blue cheese wedge salad was delicious UNTIL I tasted the mound of salt someone added to it. OMG it was awful! The salt was too much & ruined the salad. I had to send it back & order another one without salt (which you have to apparently say). Who puts salt on a salad?!? Yuck! FYI Outback, let the guest add their own salt.
Our waitress, Shay, was fantastic!! Her personality was A+! Thanks, Shay, for the amazing service tonight!!
As far as the ambience... it's Outback Steakhouse. So... there.
It has been a very long time since I've been to Outback, any Outback, & I will be back to this location soon. I will probably order the same thing I ordered tonight.
