The staff were very friendly and attentive. We got a lot of food but the problem was that it was a bit salty. We requested less salt but it still tasted a bit salty. The drink was delicious. Make sure to check the bill. Ours had the game app charged even though we never used it. I pointed it out to our server and he corrected it.

I dined at Outback in Yonkers, NY, yesterday evening for lunch with my significant other. The service and staff were really great, and we appreciated the friendly atmosphere. However, we had an upsetting experience with our food. While my partner was eating, they began to itch and break out in hives. We soon discovered mold growing on the outside of the sweet potato, which was very concerning since my partner has a mold allergy. We had to go next door to purchase Benadryl immediately. While the staff did offer us our meal for free, the situation was quite scary and upsetting. I hope the management takes this seriously to prevent such incidents in the future.

First time here, and sadly, it’ll be the last. The floor was both sticky and slippery — not sure how they even managed that. The service was unprofessional too — the waiter mistakenly placed someone else’s used chicken wing bones on our table. The steaks were poorly cooked. My ribeye was extremely salty, and the prime rib was just average. I’ve been to Outback before, but the quality has really gone downhill.

I came here on Veterans day to celebrate two of my cousin's birthdays. We all had a terrible experience. I understand it isn't easy to serve a big group, however, the simplest tasks were overlooked apart from the most important ones. Despite the server trying her best to keep us all happy she failed. First, drinks took way too long for some people in our table and very quick for others. A simple bottle of wine took an hour to get to our table but 2 cocktails took only minutes. A simple request of water took longer than asking for a cocktail. Most of the utensils were still dirty despite being rolled up in a napkin. As for the food we all had patiently waited a very long time for was lackluster at best. Most orders were wrong and most of the food was cold when given to us. I ordered a steak medium and my wife ordered a steak well done. The steaks were swapped. I ordered a baked potato and got mashed potato. Out of everything I ordered the only thing that was good was the chili. I understand that Veterans day may have had an impact on the restaurant, however, if they cannot accommodate to a big group after the fact then they shouldn't let us have such a terrible experience. I will not be spending my money in this establishment ever again.

Service here sucks arrived at 4:30pm and We Ask the Hostess for a Booth Instead of a hightop table and it was only a party of 3 And She Said it's a 10 Minute Wait Mind you There are 7 Empty Booths when i mentioned that to her her reply was they don't have enough Servers in today if that's the Case Then This Location Should Be Shut Down Any Other Outback Steakhouse I've been to Never Operated Like This

Customer service gets five stars here, but I cannot say the same about the food. I asked for a wedge salad and it was a very pretty display on the menu - instead, I received a piece of wedge iceberg with toppings on it. I’m not paying to do your job - Chop up the salad and place it on my plate. I also ordered shrimp - which the seasoning on the outside was very salty and overcooked while the shrimp however were cooked just right and they were actually deveined which is not common in a chain restaurants .. the mashed potatoes I received were ice cold, not even warm. I ordered a croctale, yes, it’s a mixed drink with a cute crocodile on top, but it was ultra sugary and you couldn’t even taste the alcohol. I drank two sips of it and left it behind. I was supposed to get a piece of cheesecake in the end, I didn’t even bother staying to get it . I seem to remember outback steakhouse being much better in the past. 4/13/25 Noon

Where do i begin, first we arrive there(party of three), we received our silverware wrapped in the napkin. Upon opening 2 or the 3 silverware was dirty, they replaced those the second batch of 2 we received had food still on them, as if they never washed them from the previous useage. Now lets move to the food, the Bloomin Onion was deep fried so long is was dark and burnt. For our main dishes, wings, which was fried in old oil and taste like many different types of food that they fried, I told manager the best part of this meal was my Dr. Pepper, celery sticks and blue cheese, felt like a White Castle burger would have been a better food choice. Then my son had the Outback steak, medium well, hard, burnt an chewy, like it was well done, fries and broccoli, which was cold. Now the manager took off the wings from the bill and insisted on making a new batch of wings, great gesture, but at this point i couldnt trust anything at this place. So my wing proffessional son who took a bite out of the first batch of wings and immediately spit it out, dared taste the managers version of wings when we left in car, and his comment was at least that batch was edible, but he has definitely had better in other places. Long story short, unfortunately this place has gone way down to the bottom of the barrel in food quality. Save your money go to Arbys or Wendys next door.

I will never come to this restaurant again. Me and my family used to love coming here, but we had a very bad experience which makes me not want to return to this location. Our waitress, Jaiden, was very rude and condescending to our entire party whenever we asked a questions or for a suggestion. We tried to lighten the mood, but her sarcastic and short tempered attitude just ruined the night for us. The food was great, but I will not subject myself to that service again. Such a shame.

I was instantly greeted while I was walking inside where the wonderful host Warren opened the door for me and escorted me to a table. He took the time to speak to me and explain all the new specials. I actually ended up ordering the Reef & Beef because of him. My server Samantha was amazing as well. Continuously checked in on me and made sure everything I had was correct. She brought my wine over as soon as my entree came out. She noticed something was missing in my meal and I didn't even catch it. I used to go to another Outback location for lunch often so I am very familiar with the food and this location matched my expectations. I enjoyed my meal. If I ever have a craving for Outback I will come back here just for the excellent service.

It took over one hour to get our food, we request to speak to the manager (Kevin) and for 30 mins he didn't come to the table. Then conveniently came over as I was getting the check. My burger and fries came out warm, terrible dining experience.

This was a huge waste of time and money. It was so bad that this is my first time ever leaving a review for anything, especially a restaurant. Seating took an hr and 30 mins. Then waited over an hour for our food to then have a piece of hair in my food. I asked to speak to the manager and he never came. Couldn't find our server. Requested more bread, never received it. Requested water, never received it. Request steak sauce, never received it. Mind you all these requests are to whoever passes by because I couldn't find our server. After they remade the food I was no longer at ease to eat it as I was already disgusted. It wasn't even hot, it was warm and came back within 10/15 mins. I couldn't help but think they just took the hair out and brought back the same plate. I am highly disappointed I should have told them to forget it after I sent it back. Truly a waste of money.

I love outback, the blooming onion and the steaks and the sandwiches. The staff are usually very nice and the setup of the restaurant is like a restaurant on one half and bar on the second half. Bathrooms weren't necessarily clean but it's a busy location so what can you expect.

I went 3 months ago, and service was fantastic. I returned April 12, 2025, and it was TERRIBLE. I filled out the Outback survey because I'm a dine rewards member with a request to be contacted. Nobody from the restaurant called so I'm posting my review here. Maybe management will read this review. "T" was the waiter. I call him a waiter because I had to wait for service. I entered around 2 pm when the restaurant wasn't busy. I was seated near two booths filled with six people in each. I was by myself, so I expected lousy service. I ordered steak and asked to substitute vegetables for the potato. He said, "Yes. Would you like your potato fully loaded?" Clearly, not paying attention. I had to say I want vegetables instead of the potato. He understood that. I gave him my AARP card for discount. He brought the check before I got the main course. My iced tea came out warm. The runner asked if I wanted a cup of ice. It took 20 MINUTES to get ice and more butter for the bread. I ordered ice cream and said, "you have to add it to the check." I'm looking forward to moving to Long Island where I know I'll get consistent service from Westbury, Merrick, and Lindenhurst locations.

A waste of time & money. You know when they're waiting for a crowd & have things ready? Not always a good thing. When the soup is heated until the seasoning is gone, the bread is warmed until it's a large cracker, & the steak acquires the texture of lesser cut of meat. I ordered the Ribeye with an onion soup. Sounds simple enough, but when the bread arrived, it had finger imprints & was hard as a cracker. The translucent tiny ball of butter only added to the foreboding. The steak was sizzling on one side, & damp on the other. The onion soup was depleted of flavor. I'd already sent the bread back, & didn't want my returning food tampered with. The waitress, was ninjalike, even the young man seating people noticed, so he came over to ask how things were. He apparently notified the manager, who came by, but was unable to make anything right. I actually had to find the waitress. She was doing double-duty at the bar. Which, by the way, had a putrid smell. Not sure if it was a mop, or rags, but unmistakabley putrid. I've been going to the Outback for many years. This was one time to remember, & not for anything outstanding. Have to ask...what's with the ethnic/urban music ? Not top 40, not pop, but a sort of afrocentric hip-hop. The staff lacked maturity & experience. It's been clearly demonstrated. Realize though, the greater risk in sending your food back. Remember the scene in the movie WAITING..? Who wants the staff to mess with your food? This was NOT a good experience. It was a waste of time, money, & food. Food, Service, & Ambiance...Less than one star.

So it's a quiet Tuesday night and we decided to come for dinner. We came in at maybe 645pm. Not busy maybe 6 tables being used. It took about 10 minutes for them to come ask us for drinks and at 7:35pm the blooming onion came out. Salad came out and so did my daughters food. But nothing else. I can't even say who are waiter is because he never introduced himself. He never same back to ask if we needed anything or if everything was ok. Freddy the manager came over and apologized and said he justbdropped the servers down to 3 tables because we are not the only one having issues.

Everything went well! I just returned from a wonderful evening at the Outback Steakhouse in Yonkers. The Outback looked newly renovated. The ambiance was warm and inviting. Our server John, the bartender, was extremely friendly and accommodating. All the staff members were hard working and dedicated to making the experience outstanding. We really enjoyed the food and excellent service. It didn't hurt that the Outback has drink specials for Happy Hour 3pm- 7. I definitely will be returning!

I just went with my family for the first time to this location. The service was above and beyond from the minute we walked in. The door was held open for us, everyone was so nice and welcoming. Our waitress Tatiana I believe was her name was the best we have had in a long time while eating out. She explained things on the menu, checked up on us, she was very nice. Even when we explained my son's allergies, the cook personally came out to go over them with us to make sure my son was able to enjoy it. He explained the process of cooking and the ingredients they use. I have never had this happen at a restaurant before. Usually a mention of his allergies are just met with "okay." But the fact this cook came out made us feel so safe and seen while eating here. Thank you to all the staff!! The food was great too! But what really stood out was how we were treated here and why I had to come and write this review. Thank you again! We will definitely be returning.

I Use to love this Outback, food and service was always good and the prices were reasonable, Ordered delivery thru DoorDash last night and I can't believe how far this locations food has gone down , Everything was fine with the Delivery from DoorDash, but the food was another story, I ordered a cheeseburger and the Alice Spring Chicken and was really disappointed in both, Was expecting that char grill steakhouse flavor on my burger , no char grill flavor or char marks, tasted like it was fried on a greasy grill, And my biggest disappointment was the Alice Spring Chicken, bland and flavorless, used to be my favorite item on the menu, but not anything like I remember , also specifically asked for my baked potato's to be loaded and asked for extra toppings but naturally they didn't put any of those in. With the order, They don't even prepare the potato , they just wrap it in foil and I guess it's up to you to split it and add the Condiments, salad was off also.. This location seems to have a serious problem with its employees caring about the job they do and you can taste it in the food, Will not order from them again or go there in person, I could have had better food if I cooked it myself, lesson learned.

I just ate in the Yonkers Outback Steakhouse in Yonkers N.Y. Terrible would be an understatement. The service was less than poor, could not find our waiter and the silverware was dirty. We had to ask different staff as they passed by for water, bread and condiments. I ordered the ribeye steak, for that type of cut the meat was tough chewy and of poor quality. I would sooner recommend eating at a hotdog stand than go back to another Outback Steakhouse Restaurant.

Ordered the Sirloin and Coconut Shrimp through DoorDash today for dinner and they forgot to include the shrimp with the order. Wasn't worth the time it would have taken to receive it so remember to check the order before the delivery person leaves.

This restaurant was amazing. I now a-days try baby back ribs at every diner our restaurant I go. This was definitely in the top 3. The waiters were nice and took our orders as soon as we were ready. Food came out pretty quickly. The place was nice. One light was out but that's ok.

Please save yourselves the trip. Our waitress Lilian was the rudest server I've had in my life. She should have just told us to leave because she was clearly offended that we were even eating there. Her attitude was absolutely disgusting. We would say thank you and no response. She would suck her teeth when we would ask for a simple request like napkins. With so many unemployed people she should be happy she has a job and be more grateful of it. Our food took so long and was practically burned. We waited forever to be seated when the place was essentially empty.

I came here during the week in the evening with my sister & sister in law & it was nearly empty in here, however very slow which was odd. Our server was attentive, which is why I gave two stars instead of one, but the restaurant itself is worth one star or no stars. My table ordered steak, ribs & Fettuccine Alfredo which came with chicken & shrimp. We were waiting quite awhile for our food & to make matters worse, we were able to smell the cleaning product Fabuloso while we were waiting for our food. My sister told me when she use to order this particular alcoholic beverage it was pre made however now they make it & each time she has gotten it, it taste different. Once we got our food, everyone was satisfied with with it. After we were done eating & just finishing up our drinks, another smell started to come around but this one smelled like a dirty wet cloth smh. There's a wall that separates the other side of the restaurant, so I'm assuming the cleaning was happening on the other side, however while people are eating (there were other people in the restaurant) there shouldn't be any cleaning smells in the air. This is was my first time here & I highly doubt I would return.

I ordered 200 dollars worth of food from here, I ordered my steak well done no pink! My steak was so raw and bleeding I could of puked ! I will be going to the health department this steak wasn't even healthy or cooked rare for a person who eats it rare ! My kids could have been affected by this !

We ordered dessert they brought it to the table, but they refused to pick up any of the empty dishes that we had from dinner.. my husband asked how he was supposed to eat his dessert if there was no room left on the table. The girl responded with an attitude That none of the dirty dishes get picked up till after we pay. So he asked her if he could please take some away to make room for the desert. She then grabbed her tray and put it in front of us so we could put the dishes on it. This is by far the worst service ever. Most of our food was cold. And when I asked for the hot sauce, they got me a filthy Tabasco bottle that looked like it had been forgotten somewhere at the bottom of a table. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere to eat....

Table of 3 ( 2 adults and a child) Went out last night for a drink and food after my work shift and it was the biggest regret of my life. The bathroom was beyond filthy. No running hot or warm water ONLY COLD. The waiter came to us 5 minutes after being seated and came back 10 minutes later ( it's okay because we were figuring out what we wanted). The waiter came back we ordered our food and drinks. However, we sat at the table with nothing to drink food came out 30 or 40 minutes later. OUR FOOD ( 2 steaks medium well which came out medium rare broccoli and loaded mash) WAS COLD NOTHING WAS HOT BUT THE BROCCOLI AND SALAD HAD ICE IN IT LIKE IT WAS IN THE FREEZER. 6 minutes later we got our drinks. People that was walking in after us already was eating and was served their drinks. We had to literally stop anybody that was walking by for things the waiter was all over. I normally always use to come here in the past and never experience nothing like this but I definitely wouldn't be back wasting none of money.

My family and I decided to go for a quick meal one Saturday night to this establishment. We waited for 15 minutes to get a table and the waiter came to our table about 10 minutes afterwards. I ordered a fettuccine plate with shrimp and small steak bites and a Margarita flight drink. My fettuccine Alfredo was disgusting; the pasta tasted soggy and old, the sauce tasted like it came from a can, the shrimp tasted manufactured and the steak tasted like an old piece of meat that was cooked 10 hours so. In regards to the Margarita flight drink; it's like 4 shots of flavored Margaritas. Out of the four shot only one tasted like it had liquor and the other ones were just fruit drinks. Save your time and money and avoid going to this place at all cost.

It's unfortunate. About two months ago, during the week, we ordered steak and salmon for pick up and was presently surprised how nicely the meal was prepared. Fast foward to last night, we were happy the restaurant was open despite the snow so we picked up steak/ shrimp combo and ribs. The food was horrible; the steak was burned and only three little shrimp with few fries and a large slice of bread. My rice was tossed on top of poorly prepared ribs. Why would they let this leave the kitchen? A waste of money and of course they lost a customer.

I came to Outback Steakhouse for my birthday because I was really craving a steak. Our server was not attentive to our table. She passed our table about 3/4 times to ask us if we were okay. Until we got it and they gave me a steak that was Rare when i asked for MW. It was practically mooing back at me. We sent it back and 5 minutes later they came back out with the same exact steak. It was literally a joke. I will never come back here. The manager this shift didn't even take the steak off the bill.

Please re-do this location. It is old;, rundown and in desperate need of an overhaul. Also know that the food is not good. It is "cookie cutter" franchise food that is tasteless and overpriced. The blooming onion needs a grease mat and anything that comes out of the kitchen needs to be heated again. The best thing that can happen to this Outback is to take it out back and put it to rest.

Our salads were basically thrown at us and were wrong.We asked for sugar and lemon, Never arrived. I asked a passing waitress if she could get our waitress and she snottily said "I'm off the clock. We waited, nothing. I got up and walked to the hostess, the waitress was just standing there made some crappy remark.Finally our waitress came over.took the salads away, no dressing & wrong salad. In the meantime we were still waiting for sugar & lemon. We were entertained by the waitstaff walking by us constantly to go in the little room.it was a lovely view of one's underwear as his pants were below his butt cheeks. Our food arrived before the second salads. My steak was the size of a small meatball and my husband's had so much fat that it was disgusting. Fix your restaurant.obviously you need to be there.

The ribs are great but the curbside service in Yonkers, NY is TERRIBLE. If you prefer to call in your order, be prepared to wait at least 10 minutes for someone to pick up and act like they care that you waited that long. All you will get is a "Sorry, we're busy" as if YOU are not a customer and deserve to have your call answered. Oh and if you're a member of their so-called rewards program, it's up to YOU to remind THEM to add your points. God forbid they would have a system where they ask if you're a member! Then once you get to the restaurant to pick up your food, Outback will leave you waiting OUTFRONT until they fly to Texas to pick out the perfect cow for your steak or ribs. Management needs to get it together!

This is disappointing to write because the last few experiences were very good. I took my husband here yesterday (Saturday) around 5pm for his pre-b'day dinner. I know he mainly picked Outback because he knows how much I enjoy their food. We walked in to find the hostess area filled with wait staff & the hostess huddled together engaged in conversation, joking around... Which is not a problem really but it was a little awkward making me feel like we were interrupting them... After we were seated it did take longer than it should've for the waitress to finally make an appearance. Ordered appetizers (mac & cheese bites, really good I will say) & our drinks. So they eventually brought the bread out but no plates. Upon arrival of our appetizers - we still had not put in our main course order yet - we had to ask for some plates. We finally got the plates & then as we finished our appetizers the waitress finally came back to take our order. My husband ordered Prime Rib with an add on of Lobster Tail & after the fact he ordered the sauteed mushrooms on the side which the waitress brought very quickly (surprisingly). I ordered the Filet Minon & honestly the quality has really taken a nose dive. Recently we ate at a steakhouse/pub & the Filet was about that quality. Not terrible but nowhere as good as it used to be. My husband also said the Prime Rib was not great. And the sauteed mushrooms used to be more of a button mushroom which came with onions in more of an au jus type sauce. This time he got what appeared to be canned mushroom swimming in some brown sauce. It was not good at all... It was actually so bad that he didn't bother taking them home with our leftovers. Attempted to order coffee & dessert but was informed their coffee maker was down so no coffee. Things happen so not knocking them but maybe they should have a backup plan? I also asked for some steak sauce when the food arrived but the person delivering the food looked distracted & never came back so thankfully the waitress popped by a little while after & I had to ask her for some steak sauce which she did bring quickly. When we ordered dessert we asked for the check as well because we did not want to get stuck waiting endlessly for the waitress to show up again. When it came time to pay... AWKWARD... I placed my credit card in the with the check as I normally would & the waitress produces a portable CC machine. What made it really awkward is that the server is pretty much standing over you while you're applying their tip (if you're not leaving cash, that is). The choices on the screen are 18%, 20%, 22% and other. I was giving a cash tip but I never used this payment method before so she had to guide me thru. I told her I would give cash for the tip but it was just too much with the waitress hovering right over you as you're making the payment. My husband & I were very put off by this & it did make me feel some pressure which both of us did not like at all. The fact that they're almost guiding you to not make less than an 18% tip is also not cool in my opinion because the prices have gone up so much & the quality, all around, has gone down. The food is now mediocre & the service the same so there should not be added pressure of what we should be tipping. The waitress was sure to put a heart around the tip suggestions on the check so it would stand out. All just a bit too much so due to all of this, Outback maybe going to the back of the line in the future. Pretty much a disappointing experience from start to finish.

The lobster tasted nasty and I got sick. And then on the way out I had seen this couple walk in with their dog. Dogs don't belong in restaurants. I think I'll be staying away for a long while!!!

We took my Mom here for her 85th birthday because she loves their blooming onion & rib eye steak. The disappointment at our table was palpable. The service started fine to start but then they disappeared. It was not that busy. The food was cold, overcooked, undercooked, oily.

We had something to celebrate --Our Future son in law came to ask our daughter's hand in marriage-- we had a good time - We saw party of what it turned out to be 15 waiting- another party of a larger amount followed - The place was packed. Saturday Sept 30 2023. We ordered our entree and meals right away- I had salmon others members had steak chicken combo. We used to come here but life happened - Glad it became a special Memory.

Decided to come here since it is right next to chuck e cheese but was very disappointed not only did my food contain hair in it so did my sons two different textures at that the waiter was nice and attentive but when i asked for containers to take my kids food home he held on to them while having a conversation with other patrons and kept fiddling with them in between his fingers the steak was bland tasteless and chewy ordered a strawberry kiwi margarita and the drink was good I will never come back to this place I rather have eaten chuck e cheese pizza.

Appetizers: Kookaburra wings + cheese fries Wings greasy/undercooked. Fries lukewarm w/ minimal cheese house salad w/ tangy tomato dressing: Heap of shredded cheese on top (perhaps what was skipped on the fries?), and dressing that tasted exactly like glorified ketchup. Entree: 6" sirloin (w/ bacon bourbon glaze) w/ grilled shrimp. Steak perfectly rare w/ cool red center, & the bourbon glaze packed an unexpected + delicious kick. Grilled shrimp overcooked and lacking seasoning. Asparagus very tender and fresh, but similarly lacking seasoning. 3.5/5 overall, skip the salad and apps, get the sirloin w/ bourbon bacon glaze

I went there today it was busy and my service was amazing. My waitress and the rest of the staff was on point with everything. I had drinks coming to me, bread was served immediately, appetizers when it was the appropriate time and the meal came out at the perfect time. Oh yea and the food was great as well!

My plate came out great. But my cousin and his friends didn't receive there other plates till they finish what they received. The restaurant not being busy for a tuesday they perform bad. missing plates and my cousin ordered a medium state and got a rare stake. This restaurant is not worth coming too, maybe try longhorn for an alternative

Kingsland pasta w steak ordered for pickup. How many R's are in HORRRRIBLE? Bad steak and worse pasta. Pasta overcooked. Alfredo sauce like oily butter, no hint of Alfredo flavor. Bad. Really, really bad.

Thumbs up to the night Manager for his customer service skills . Reduced the check and comped us our wings for our trouble . He also gave us gift cards. Thumbs up to the cook that prepared my Porterhouse perfectly med rare and our burger perfectly medium. Thumbs up to the French fries. For frozen fries these were excellent and they kept hot for quite sometime . Thumbs down to the line cooks that plated cold mashed potatoes and refrigerator cold creamed spinach in a hot skillet. Creamed spinach is a dairy item which can cause many types of food borne illnesses by not being brought to the proper temperature. The waitress? Delivered the food and went MIA . We were the only table. *** Since when do line cooks not carry thermometers in their top pocket? That used to be a BOH regulation.

I write this review with sadness. The staff in this place is overwhelmed and severly undertrained. This could have been a wonderful meal if not for the obvious problems this Outback seems to be stuck with because management cannot seem to fix this place.

I have been to this Outback many times so I didn't think anything of it when my family suggested we go again. Never again. When we arrived we were promptly seated - there were five adults and one child. Our waitress came over to take our drink and food orders and we figured so far so good. My son ordered an appetizer, my daughter ordered a soup with her meal and specifically requested that it be brought out in advance of her meal, I ordered a salad as part of my meal. My son's app came out right away, my daughter asked for her soup repeatedly - she must have waited about twenty minutes or so for it and my salad came after I had eaten my entire meal. This was just the beginning. Our entrees came.....my son asked no less than five times for steak sauce for his steak - by the time he finally got it his steak was cold. Then he realized that his steak was burnt so he couldn't eat it. My son-in-law ordered lamb chops and they were undercooked - he had to send it back, my daughter in law asparagus was burnt as well and my steak was medium rare although I ordered it medium. We were trying to have a good evening so we decided to order dessert. Three of us ordered.....a slice of cheesecake, a slice of carrot cake and the brownie dessert. The person from the kitchen that brought out the desserts literally THREW the plates in the middle of the table together and walked away. No asking who ordered what, no acknowledgment whatsoever. We were in complete disbelief about what just happened and was fed up with our service so I asked to speak to a manager. A lady came out from the kitchen, I explained everything that we went thru and her response was that she'll find out who brought out the desserts and walked away - no apology, no nothing. No wonder the service is as bad as it is if you have managers that respond like this. So while we're waiting for her to come back (she never did), I spotted the man that finally brought my son the steak sauce and as it turns out he was a manager as well. Explained everything to him - he apologized and took several things off our bill. I am HIGHLY disappointed with the service I received and will not be going there again. Longhorn Steakhouse is about five minutes away and has just gotten a new customer.

First time here, I did have some issue with the food not being cooked to the temp. I specified but other than that it was a good experience. Our waiter was excellent, prompt and very sweet. We told him about my food, and he got a manager for us right away. The manager was super polite and pleasant. This visit idealized customer service. I would be back to give them a second chance or for some Wings. Great customer service overall, and hopefully better food prep in the future.

Horrible service. Horrible wait times to get anything. Came last night for dinner. Took over 15 minutes for any server to come. We had a female server who brought our bread and said be right back. 15 min pass no water. I complained then we got different server. Ordered the rib-eye sandwich which was okay. Fries were stale. My wife had hamburger she didn't really eat it. We agreed that this our last visit for dinner due to everything take so long. Our waiter came to us only one time to check but it took long time. Took long getting check too. Never again.

Had lunch here today. Our waitress was Tatiana. She was great! Attentive, sweet as can be, adorable, and a good server! I recommend that if you go here, try to sit in her section. You won't be disappointed. The food was good. Fast, and hot. The ambiance is typical Outback. Again, thank you Tatiana for making our meal a good experience!

This is for the Yonkers location. Very disappointed. I ordered the 1/2 rack of ribs. Very small portion. Baked potato was cold, mixed vegetables were water logged. The iced tea came and the ice was completely melted so they just poured a hot tea over ice. My husband asked for some horse radish sauce and ketchup. Took 10 minutes. By the time he got it, his burger was cold. Never again.
