But we’re here to tell you that “latest thing” is a fantastic Vietnamese and Cambodian restaurant residency at Outerspace. All summer long, pop-up projects Ha’s Đặc Biệt and Kreung will be serving food outside in a backyard space with picnic tables, cocktail pitchers, and psychedelic pop playlist. Bring some friends, and order the minty herb salad topped with roasted peanuts and a half roasted chicken covered in lemongrass-chili juice had us sending impulsive “you need to try this” texts in the middle of dinner.
