Our Durango started having problems with the coolant temp getting high. Basically did the entire scheduling through email, website, and text message, could not have been easier. I was hoping it was something small, but I kinda of had a feeling going in it was going to be something big, I already knew we had to address an issue with the catalytic converter, but if it was minor I thought we might be able to squeeze another year out of it. We opted not to get the repairs done, not because of the quote, the quote was very fair, I had to have similar work done on another vehicle but had way less miles, but this Durango is a 2015 and has 205,000 miles on it. Their diagnostic was awesome and very detailed. their shop is clean, they were very customer service oriented. Even though we didn't end up getting the repairs done, they treated me like a long time customer and with nothing but professionalism and understanding . I will be back for sure, I think other repair shops (independent and chain alike) could benefit from how well Outlier communicates and delivers customer service.
