From the very first moment, the welcome was simply perfect. Every detail was handled with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Kindness is everywhere — at the restaurants, in the villa, with the concierge team. You truly feel surrounded by people who love what they do and take pride in making your stay exceptional. The cleanliness is absolutely impeccable. Every space, from the room to the common areas, reflects the highest standards of care and attention. The Diving Center is without any doubt the best in the Maldives. Chiara, Ana, and Franci are wonderfully passionate about their work, and their enthusiasm is contagious. The entire Maldivian team shares the same dedication and authenticity, making every dive an unforgettable experience. The excursions are organized with flawless precision — punctual, smooth, and perfectly managed from start to finish. And then the House Reef: quite simply the best I have experienced in many years in the Maldives. Rich, vibrant, alive — a true paradise for snorkeling and diving lovers. In short, an unforgettable holiday. Perhaps the only resort in the Maldives where I would truly return again.

Amazing stay at Outrigger Maldives Maafushivaru. We visited this beautiful island from Japan, and from the moment we arrived, everything was perfect — the stunning ocean, the peaceful atmosphere, and the warm hospitality. We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to Joy and Mamdooh from the restaurant team, and Ziyad, who took wonderful care of our villa. Even though we do not speak English well, they were always kind and patient, making us feel relaxed and truly welcome. Their genuine smiles and thoughtful hospitality touched our hearts and made our stay unforgettable. We are deeply grateful to the entire team and sincerely hope to return to this beautiful island again someday.

This was my fifth time in the Maldives and the Outrigger did not disappoint. We came from a local island. The team from the resort showed up early to pick us up via their speedboat. That's when we met Jinah, who would be our butler for our stay. The team took care of all of our bags when we got to the island. Check in was a breeze. We had a tour of the island (which is small) and were taken to our overwater villa.|The room was spacious (not a pool villa). It had good views of the sunrise (looked northeast). The bathroom and storage areas were ample for our needs. We also discovered that the mini-bar was included in our stay.|The food was excellent. Honestly, the best buffet restaurant for breakfast and dinner that I've had in the Maldives. We also dined at the poolside restaurant for lunch, the Italian restaurant, and did the private dining experience on the beach.|The place was CLEAN - immaculately so. My girlfriend went to the poolside bathroom the first day, and was amazed at how clean it was and how nice it smelled. The staff all knew our names at every stop, and were always glad to help. Overall a great stay!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100/10 – Exceptional Stay! We stayed 5 days at the Outrigger Resort and we were more than delighted! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. Our host Jinah was absolutely perfect—professional, attentive, and always available. We were very, very, very satisfied with her service. The buffet was amazing, with plenty of variety and excellent quality. The servers were outstanding, especially Joy and Shashanka, who were wonderful with our little daughter. A big thank you as well to Adam, the housekeeping team leader, and his entire team. Our room was cleaned twice a day and was always spotless. The staff, the views, the hotel shops, the atmosphere… everything was simply fantastic. I 100% recommend this resort and I give it a score of 100 out of 10!

We spend two amazing weeks in 2024 at this paradise. Imagine picture perfect beaches, fresh coconut, friendly people, great service. Our concierge was great and we loved every minute of this trip. But there is one person who made our stay unforgettable. If you are a food person you will understand. Chandana the Chef made this my best holiday ever. He knew I was vegetarian and did not consume any diary nor gluten. He went out if his way and made sure I got vegan coconut yoghurt every morning for breakfast and even vegetarian/vegan dinner. He always made sure I had as many options as everyone else. It was so easy for me to eat healthy and delicous at the same time. He is such generous soul and a great win for the Outrigger brand. And then there was the guy at the coffee he made the perfect matcha for me everyday and was just a pleasant spirit in general. The people the service and the island made this feel like a very intimate signature holiday to us and this is why we will go again this year! If we could have one request it would be more hammocks in paradise please! 😍

AMAZING vacation. We had Stephanie looking after us and she went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Every staff member we met was amazing and we had the most wonderful time. Literally zero complaints. Oh, and the FOOD is incredible! Special shout out to the Maldivian/Indian section at the Cuisine Gallery :)

This hotel is a true paradise. Excellent location, near Male, excellent service, excellent food. We tried a couple of dives too, which were excellent and also went snorkeling to local reef, which was truly spectacular. The people who work there at the hotel are just A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. I cannot simply recommend this place enough. Every single detail has been taken of in this hotel.

We had a perfect vacation. We liked absolutely everything! The food was the most delicious we have ever had! Great variety and amazing quality every single day. The territory is very cool and stunning. The island is beautiful, well-maintained, and the beaches are perfect. The staff is super! Everyone is so friendly, smiling, and always ready to help. Big thanks to the team. We will definitely be back!
