Food ready quick and friggin tasty, pasta sauce taste like home, and pepperoni tastes like heaven omg

We went here for dinner a couple of weeks ago. Had the chicken bacon ranch pie. Really friendly guys, down to earth location, and great pizza!

These guys are always spot on and never disappoint...😋👍 Great crust.

Live around the area for 20 years but this is the first time I tried this place. I ordered 2 pasta dishes, good portion and both taste good, the meatballs are huge, shrimps are overcooked though. I think I will order their pizza next time.

We had such an amazing experience with Outta Hand yesterday. We were first time customers and ordered for delivery. We live in Edison and they mentioned it is out of their territory, but the owner himself agreed to have it hand delivered to our house. They were very punctual and refused to take any tip since he is the owner. Apart from such great customer service, the pizza we ordered tasted great. One of the best pizza experiences we had in a long time. We will certainly order from them again. We appreciate the owner’s Hospitality.

Edit: I ordered again recently and had another bad experience with Slice which is the app they use for deliveries. They delivered my pizza to the wrong address but yet never even marked my order as delivered. When I contacted them they acted like it was no big deal and couldn’t process my refund. Instead they told me they would escalate my concern and if receive an email within 24-48 hours. So I called the restaurant and they weren’t much better. Instead they gave me the delivery driver to speak to who insisted he delivered the pizza and refused to acknowledge the mistake. I love their pizza but won’t be ordering again due to their horrible customer service. I didn’t get get an apology for the mistake. Very rude! Plus the Slice app sells your info apparently too since I noticed that while looking through the app. Edit: I did just recently get to try the pizza and Slice delivered it so they seem to be improving. I changed my review to reflect that and the pizza was delicious. This was my previous one star review from when the restaurant first opened and Slice never delivered my pizza: I was thrilled to discover a pizzeria that offers vegan pizza but I was very disappointed when I never received my order. I ordered on Google and selected Slice as my delivery service. I called Slice after an hour to find out where my pizza was and they told me it would be here shortly. After another 15 minutes, I noticed Google said my order had been delivered so I called them again. They told me they would call the restaurant to find out where my order was. They told me they were going to call the driver and call me back which they never did. At this point I was furious. I called the restaurant again and asked for a refund. They hung up on me! So I called yet again and asked to speak to the manager. He finally told me that the driver had been in an accident and didn’t tell anyone and that they were making me a new pizza and that he planned to deliver it personally. I told him I was very sorry to hear the driver was in an accident but I still wanted a refund. I got a cancellation notice via text and never got to try the vegan pizza. Very disappointing!

Outstanding thin crust pizza and great Sicilian. I'll have to try some more items next time

Recently placed an order through the Slice App. Half of the order arrived, with the pizza arriving smashed and the garlic knots inedible. We had it reordered through the app to get the same exact inedible garlic knots, as well as an uncut whole pizza. The dry overcooked buffalo wings sealed the deal.

We got door dash and they forgot the beverages we ordered. The caprese salad was good. The tomato's weren't super fresh or vine ripe. The mozzarella was good. The grandma vodka pie didn't have much sauce. Also they charge a premium $25 for the pie and they shape it where you only get 8 narrow slices. Most pizza joints do a grandma the size of a box and cut it 9 slices. The dough and crust was excellent. The pizza wasn't anything amazing. The tiramisu was only $4 and tasty.

Our favorite pizza place in Westfield now. We have tried a few, including a place on Central that we typically visited. We didn't really love any of them, so had actually resorted to settling for Dominos. That all changed when we tried Outta Hand. The Margherita in particular is amazing. Great crust, good cheese, and really loved the basil that they used. The pepp was decent as well, although a little too salty for my taste. Price I think is a little lower than the places in DT.

This place was a home away from home while working in Westfield last month. The guy who runs the place is top class, and treats you like an old friend. On a particularly stormy day, he even offered to walk my takeout order to my car. Seriously, if I could give them six stars, I would.

Not the biggest place to bring a party of 6 cause the location is tight (small) yet the staff knows their stuff and is HELLA helpful when you order at the business. ~~~~~~Let's GET TO THE GRUB THO~~~~~~ As you can see from the pics ordered the VEGAN PIZZA and GARDEN SALAD and NO GAS NO BS both were a HIT like Barry Bonds in the Early 2000s. TheMadScientist was kinda act'n like a HE WAS WATCH'N HIS WEIGHT and got the VEGAN PIE cut in 16s yes you heard CORRECT 16 slices. And to tell you that is HIS BOP is an understatement it feels like your EAT'N A LOT yet you only have like 2 reguar slices when you ate 4 pieces of pizza. The crust and sauce are the two things that stick out when you have a SLICE like TOP TIER ROCK'N (good) The GARDEN SALAD is a great I need VEGETABLE with my meal choose (NO FIBS). Its nothing too EXTREME just the regular degular salad yet its a HIT wit the (VEGAN) PIZZA so don't miss out on that combo. Decent pizza. Ordered two pies and one had a better under carriage versus the other. Flavor was good but the soft chewy and undercooked plain cheese left a poor impression. Def need a second chance.

Absolutely delicious pizza with excellent hospitality and service! But its really some of their pasta dishes and generously proportioned salads that I was blown away by... bring the family or order take-out and you won't regret it! Its a few towns away from me, with a hundred pizzerias in between, but it's worth the drive every time!

Great quick bite in downtown Westfield. I tried the regular slice and grandmas pie slice. I liked the regular slice better because of the crispness. There's not much seating inside so it's more of a place to grab a bite or takeout.

Ordered pizza for a kids bday party. Delivery showed up on time and the pizza was hot, crisp and tasty with fresh ingredients.

One of the better pizza places in Westfield nj. Recommend as a go to spot in the area for pizzas.

BIg menu including the best Roman-style thin crust pizza in the area. Sicilian, calzones, al forno dishes, hot & cold subs, cauliflower/gluten free pizzas, and more. Make-your-own-pizza kit where they give you the proofed dough, sauce, and cheese all packed separately for $10. The fixins will make a nice thin crust 16" pie, but, if you have never tossed a pizza crust before, you only get one shot. Make two fists, and stretch it on your knuckles. If you don't do it properly, maybe you put a hole in it. You cannot ball it up and start over again like a fruit pie. The gluten seizes it immediately into a useless lump of rubber. I think I can do it successfully next time. Oh well, I made a good baked ziti with the sauce & cheese.

Tasty pizza! Just ask for extra sauce! Also, hubby had the gluten-free pizza and loved it. The gluten-free pizza is a seriously thin crust pizza.

Great local pizza shop with an extensive menu which extends beyond the usual pizza shop offerings. We had a pizza 1/2 cheese and sausage and chicken calzone--both were tasty. I've seen some negative reviews which I must disagree with. Our pick up order was waiting for us at the time specified and hot for the ride home. Nice thin crust and perfect sauce to cheese ratio--the sauce is very flavorful--the marinara that came with calzone has the slightest kick with pieces of tomato. We are heading back this weekend so stayed tuned for the follow up as we experiment with the menu!

This spot blew me away!!! It's a small little pizza joint, which also has some parking spots - a nice bonus, and inside while there isn't any decor or anything it serves up some great pizza! No menu when you walk in, would be nice to see what you can order without picking up a paper menu. We ordered a slice of sausage pizza and sausage pepperoni pizza and gobbled it up!! The pizza was thin without being too thin and flat and it wasn't too doughy. I loved this marinara sauce!! It was just the right amount of sweetness and this is one of the top spots in the area to grab pizza. Just came in to try a slice and taste what this place is all about. I'm definitely looking forward to ordering a full pie from here!! The manager said they do delivery as well!! Came out to $7 for our two slices which was a little high but so worth it! Not sure the prices on a full pie but can't want to get delivery from here. This is definitely a hidden gem spot! Go check them out or order delivery from them, you won't be disappointed!

Third time this week i have visited this place, and i love it. I had a cheese slice, chicken parm, and chicken ceaser salad and obviously fresh food with fresh ingredients is a cocktail for success and im a sucker for a great slice of pizza. And as if the food quality wasn't enough for me to come back, the staff are extremely nice and very very funny had me laughing the whole time. If your looking to just eat a simple slice of pizza or if you want to sit and eat a great Italian meal i extremely recommend this place. Will not disappoint.

I have ordered their gluten free cauliflower crust pizza 3 times now and I loved it more each time. Hands down one of the best cauliflower crust pizzas I've ever had. Tonight we ordered the buffalo wings which my fiancé thoroughly enjoyed, myself on the other hand couldn't eat them as they were a little too dry (I'm a bariatric patient and can't have dry meat or it comes back up) so I didn't want to risk it. We will definitely be ordering from them again!

If I could give this place 6 starts I would. Efficient, friendly and delicious! Super fast delivery and their pizza is amazing! Not to mention the best customer service in town! From the person answering the phone, to the delivery guy. Same great service I used to experience in person at the store (before pandemic). First time ordering and the food, delivery & in-store customer service was excellent! Everyone loved the variety of pizzas I ordered as well as the wings & calamari. Issac was very helpful and couldn't have been nicer. They will have a repeat customer in me for sure!

Delicious pizza, nice people. We had the traditional crust with pepperoni and onion. Our friends has the margherita with the cauliflower crust. The salad was fresh too. Super quick as well. Highly recommend.

Was loving this place. Easy online ordering. Very reliable. Food was good. We had our first issue on Halloween when we got our single pizza 2 hours late with no updates. Was willing to let that slide since it was Halloween. However after ordering a single pizza tonight and having it not arrive at all with no update and no one answering the Phone, I'm done ordering from them.

Tried their thick crust Sicilian pizza tonight for dinner , it was one of the best Sicilian pies I've had In years . It wasn't greasy at all and the sauce was very fresh . It was not your typical pizza sauce . The crust was also very good . I ordered it off of Grubhub and it came early so that was another great thing about this place . Looking forward to try more pizza and meals from here !

Delivery was very fast but the pizza was almost impossible to eat. Incredibly soggy in the middle and it wasn't hot.

Yummy thin pizza, sells slices and they're so friendly! It's small so there's only a few tables but I noticed they're running deliveries & pickup orders too. It's my go to pizza place now.

Just got back from dining in at Outta Hand - what a great experience! There are just a few tables since it's your typical pizzeria, but the owner made us feel right home, opening and chilling our wine, bringing free garlic knots, and giving us all-around five star treatment. We almost invited him to join our impromptu ladies night! We ordered three individual pies, two vegetarian pies with no cheese (one vegan, one lactose-intolerant) and one chicken ranch. Amazing! The crust and sauce were great, and the topping to crust ratio was spot-on, with the crust still staying crispy. The spinach was my favorite. To top it all off, the owner insisted on sending home a free slice for my sister to bring her son. We will be back soon!

This is amazing pizza... and I'm a pizza expert! And it's wonderful calling a business when people are so pleasant on the phone! Highly recommend.

Hey outta hand! Just wanted to say thank you for your food drop today! I am from the urgent care you came to that some kind customers sent pizzas to. I just a wanted to say thank you to everyone for all of their donations. The driver told me today that they have delivered over 450 pizzas to over look and I could not be more thrilled to hear such a thing. The hospitals are in great need of many things but food is always necessary and as health care providers sometimes food or hydration is simply forgotten about. So thank you and thank you kind residents of Westfield for your support.

A friend told me that Outta Hand has a vegan offering and being vegan, I couldn't wait to try it out. All in all it was a good pie; decent vegan cheese (Violife brand if I had to guess) and a really nice thin crust. It's only offered in medium size and with three toppings it came out to $24 and change; add a four dollar tip and it's $28 and change for a three topping medium pie. Again, good pie, but 4 bucks a slice, pre-tip isn't getting repeat business from me.

Too much Caesar on the wrap. Also didn't know it came with fries. Wouldn't have ordered the on the side if it said that in the description. Chicken was good though. But the fries were tasty.

Was tipped off by a friend, came down from Essex County, and worth every mile. We had a cheese pie. The crust is sublime - perfectly done - and the sauce and cheese were at the right ratios. I'm picky as hell about my pizza, and this is some of the best I've had. They'd get five stars from me for quality alone, but their philanthropic outreach into the community is worth at least a sixth. They feed people in need, including right now a special outreach to furloughed federal workers. TL; DR: he pizza is amazing, and the people even better.

I think the pizza is ok but I don't see the difference between this place and most other places around town. Only been there once and I love pizza so it was enjoyable but I don't get the knock your socks off reviews received. My other thought is that we got a large pizza and if this was a large, I have no Idea what the smaller sizes look like.

Ordered a plain pie and an order of garlic knots. Guy on the phone says 30-40 min. An hour and a half goes by and I call. It's being prepared for deliver, which translates to its not ready yet. I said a plain pie and an order garlic knots they apologize. I let it go. My bell rings and before I can answer the delivery guy is running out to his car. I look at my pie in its box on the doorstep where everyone stands and walks past to get in the house just sitting there. I asked the driver why on earth he would put it there on the ground outside instead of handing it to me. He said it's safe for you. I said I didn't ask you for contactless delivery. He couldn't answer. I called the restaurant back to complain about the service related to the time it took and the delivery method. I was hung up on after the "co-manager" some 16 year old high school student couldn't handle my heat over the phone. I decide to bring the pizza back to them and ask for a refund. I should mention the pie was cold and floppy once it arrived. They look at it and say yeah it's cold and promptly return my money. While I'm leaving I told the "owner" that the manager should learn to deal with those calls especially if they needed up. The kid, smirks at me from afar and then some old dude walks out. Says you know who that is, pointing at the kid, he is co-owner. I said to him I don't care if he's full owner or customer get some thick skin. Remember you messed up not me. He then started to raise his voice in protest of my words. Ultimately some guy (the only smart one there) named Burim came out and apologized to me telling me he realized how bad they messed up and wanted to make it right. I said, I'll leave and you won't hear me say a peep I just want an apology from the other guy. He said he isn't even the owner he just tells people he is. He works for me. I said great, your his boss. Order him out and ask him to apologize, if he does it's done. I'll leave it alone. He said he's old he won't. He is stubborn and he won't apologize. I said to him that's fine, I'll post my experience over and over again. The only constant thing he kept repeating was that they were busy. I asked him if that was an excuse to sell, serve, and deliver sub par pizza and then get upset when they are called out on it. He said no but I'm here talking to you. I agreed and understood his position but nonetheless this was terrible. Their service and response was abhorrent. Their carefree attitude (except Burim's) was a show of exactly the type of business that I would never patronize. Sad. Today, the only thing that was "Outta Hand" was their piss poor attitude and crappy pizza.

Best crust and quality ingredients. Their garlic knots are so soft and doughy. Truly an amazing, consistent pizza shop.

First time i ordered a pizza for pick up, i called it in and asked for a large pie with meatballs, instead i got a pie with mushrooms and was cold only after 15 min. From ordering it, i thought well maybe ill give them another chance, so this time i got 3 large plain pies Delivered, and all 3 pizzas were litterally ice cold, i think the delivery kid must have been joy riding for a while before he delivered the pizza after waiting a hour and a half.......Im done with this place.

Ordered take-out for delivery on a blustery Saturday. 6 garlic knots with marinara sauce and a large pizza with mushrooms. Order arrived in 20 minutes and was delicious! Thanks Outta Hand Pizza!

We ordered delivery and we were very pleased! The margarita pizza was delicious. The pepperoni rolls were amazing!!! I would order again and again just for those pepperoni rolls!!

Outta Hand Pizza is a very solid NY style pie. It's one of my favorites in this area for delivery. The plain cheese pizza is delicious. There's some fresh basil nestled in the sauce that gives it a nice subtle flavor. Fresh ingredients and nice crust. The owner, Burim is a great guy who gives back to the community and has a program to get meals to veterans. That elevates my rating from 4 stars to 5.
