Not only do they do great coffee, the kind of formidable pancakes that are so good they probably deserve their own star on a mythical pancake Walk of Fame, they’ve also got a heated outdoor terrace that you can book in advance so you won’t have any of that awkward waiting in the queue small talk. "We love Over Under’s Earl’s Court spot for its pancakes and small but mighty brunch options. But when you want a sit down brunch, you’re better off heading to their Ladbroke Grove location. It’s got a lot more space inside, a soundtrack that’s basically just AJ Tracey’s Ladbroke Grove on repeat, and the same, excellent pancakes you can get in their other locations." - rianne shlebak

TL;DR: tiny space, huge pancake potential. What this little coffee spot lacks in space it makes up for in a cool, slightly moody look, and their thick American-style pancakes come covered in greek yoghurt, poached fruit, and maple syrup. But the pancakes aren't even the best part. No, come evening, this coffee shop transforms into a date-ready bar with fun music, a fun atmosphere, and some very fun cocktails.
