I recently purchased a sectional and had a great experience working with Mo. He was extremely professional, friendly, and easy to talk to from start to finish. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free, answered all my questions, and never made me feel pressured. His personality really stood out he was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the right fit for my home and budget. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service and would definitely recommend asking for Mo if you’re shopping here!

They are amazing when they want you to buy things! I spent a lot of money and the delivery guys were good but I been calling for my rug that was supposed to be ordered with all my things and still get the runaround. On top of that they forget about you and don’t call or follow up you have to call them and they still lie! I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody customer service is big and after you buy it’s non existent to them

They were very friendly and helpful. Large selection and very reasonable prices! Beware though, you might buy more couch than you were intending! Haha! Update: Sanjay and Natalia both really went above and beyond with resolving an issue I had. (I bought too much couch for my living room). I was able to swap it for another at no extra charge for delivery, and they did it the same day! I wholeheartedly recommend them!!! -Darius

Please don’t pay any furniture from this store. This is a bad store I seen in my life. First it is one year or more than that they put everything in sale because they will close but they are big liars just they want to sell their furnitures in a very high price. Like they sold a bed on my for $2000 but it is $800 in other stores. They bring all furniture from floor like old and used. The staff are big liars and just the want to take money they do not no any thing. Please check they pictures and do not go to this shop. I paid $2100 for this bed. I furnitures broke after two three months very low quality.

This company was difficult to work with when I bought a desk. I bought a desk for my son for Christmas. When it arrived it looked fine. I wrapped it. At Christmas we opened it, and the desk had a broken drawer face. I contacted Overstock immediately, sent pictures, and a detailed description of events. They were slow to respond. Each response came from a different representative. Eventually, they strung out the solution process so long, the window to return the desk had expired. The company refused to replace the broken drawer face or work with me on a solution due to the lapse of time. Very poor company to work with, very disappointed. I am reminded of their poor policies and service every time I see the broken drawer.

Ishmael and Enrique did a flawless job delivering and installing my furniture. They were timely, thorough, respectful and kind. Mo, my salesperson, was honest, ethical and gracious when helping me select my furniture pieces.

Even after all my comments and concerns they were able to give me a great deal and amazing customer service. They genuinely value their customers and your feedback. So much selection I was able to furnish my whole house without needing to go to another store which was amazing! Great management and products.

If I could give them lower I would. Avoid this store. We were sold a leather couch and a 5 year warranty only to find out the couch is not leather and started falling apart in a few years. The owner even sold us leather conditioner because "Its important to take care of leather". Warranty claims were all denied because the couch falling apart is apparently considered normal wear and tear and not covered. Having a $2500 couch fall apart in two years is a scam. My advice, stick with stores that stand behind their products. I have sent messages back and forth with their manager...he makes no excuses for their VERY low quality products. He says "I don't buy the furniture, I just sell it". I have text messages that the manager doesn't stand behind their products. DM me if you are interested.

Moe was very helpful and patient. Enrique and Ishmael delivered my sofa the next day. They were extremely friendly, and efficient in putting the new sofa together and showed me how to take the pieces apart and open the bed. They were early getting here too. I recommend this business!

This place is totally a mixed bag. Perhaps a money trap. I came by on 3 different occasions just to scope the place out. I live in the immediate neighborhood, so I thought I would support the place. I found a couch that looked attractive, and it felt fine sitting on it. Regretfully, I did not pull apart the couch before I decided to spent $550 on it. Now, I am having back issues, lost 3 days of work because the couch has a large unpadded wooden beam that is hidden between the cushions, so every-time I sit back on the couch my lower back hits it. Be sure to fully take apart your couch before you decide to purchase. All pillows should be removable. Check to make sure all beams are insulated...or you may end up with an injured back and miss time off work. Their products may look good, but be meticulously and discerning when shopping with your hard-earned money at this sketchy place.

I wish I loved my couches but I don't. Within days of purchasing cushions went flat and there's several snags in the fabric. I called the store and the gentlemen was extremely rude and unwilling to help. Never again. Ripped off

BUYER BEWARE! DISCRIMINATORY PRICING We were looking for a king sized beauty rest black ice hybrid. We were told they had them all of the time. We kept calling and after the third call with no return call we took another drive down there. Original quote was $999 but "the boss would reduce that price". Once they learned we lived in Penn Valley the quote went up to $2,000. Or maybe it was my gender and ethnicity? I said but we were quoted $999 and I had their business card with the mattress name and price written on it. The manager said oh but that's for the floor sample which it was not. Then he went down to $1499, and ultimately $1299. Please be careful if you choose to buy here. Be sure to pick up your merchandise to be sure you get what you paid for and watch the pricing.

I absolutely had a great experience with this guy! When I first walked in it was very cold and he immediately warmed it up. I was hesitant to buy anything because I thought it was cheap. Boy was I wrong! He sold me a beautiful serta sleeper for my she shed and thru in a bean bag that tied the decor together. He also got on it right away for a driver to deliver for me the same day. The guy that delivered it was so amazing! He was only supposed to bring it to my door because of COVID. He brought it all the way in and not to mention while he pushed that heavy thing he fell in the mud and it was his birthday. I have to go back to the shop because thru all the excitement I wanted to tip him. I will probably buy something when I get there. There furniture it beautiful and not expensive.

I saw a sectional couch that I was interested in. The original Costco price was on sale for $1,800 and free delivery. Unfortunately it is out of stock in my area so I was thrilled to see this exact couch offered for only $799. I called to make sure that it is still available and was told that the $799 price was for each two pieces, not the 8 pieces shown in the photo and included in the set. That's $3,200 total. Bait and switch. They basically get "new" returns from other retailers at a great price but then to try to charge much more than the original price is so shady.

Horrible. Great customer service when I came in but after my deliver and purchase and using this dresser one time- the handles came loose and screws were falling out. I can't even use it because the handles are broken. The nails stick out and almost cut my little one. When I sent pictures to Sanjay he said he would take care of it. Days later I reached out again and nothing. I wouldn't buy ANYTHING here again. It's cheap asf. I would have at LEAST thought the customer service would have came through and they would have fixed or replaced the item especially because it just happened! So upset with this business. P.s. I am happy to leave an updated review of the problem gets resolved...but I won't hold my breath.

Initially I was impressed with their ability to find the furniture I was looking for. I went into the store on Del Paso Blvd with a friend on 3/15/2020 and was able to select a queen bed frame, dinette set, and nightstand. None of the items were in the store, but I was told they could order anything in their catalogues and they would arrive within a week. I noticed the prices were high, but with delivery and assembly and a quick turn around I figured it was worth the investment. In total I paid $1675.00 for the furniture items and the delivery/assembly. With the purchase date being 3/15/2020 the original delivery date was scheduled for 3/20/2020. I had cleared my afternoon and called the day before to make sure the delivery was still happening. I was assured everything was going as scheduled for the delivery and to expect them sometime between 3pm and 6pm. Come delivery day I wait, and no one arrives by 4pm so I call in. I am told the delivery is still happening and they should be there soon. I get a call back about 20 minutes later and am informed that my items never arrived from whoever the store ordered them from. Understandably I was upset and I was informed that due to the slowdown of businesses in every sector there was a delay in deliveries. I pointed out to the manager that they could have communicated that rather than having me wait and initiate communication. I was told the delivery would have to wait until the following week, on 3/27/2019. Come delivery day #2 I call in and I am informed that once again the items I ordered were not delivered and at this point I inquire about a refund. I am informed that there are no refunds, and any returned items have a 33% restocking fee. I remind them that this is the second delivery attempt and I still did not have my items, and was discouraged by their lack of communication, having spent another few hours waiting for a delivery that did not happen. I was told they had been in touch with their supplier and would go and pick up my items directly to speed up the process. A third delivery date was scheduled for 4/1/2020. On 4/1/2020 I was expecting delivery between 3pm and 6pm and I waited the entire afternoon, only to receive a call at 9:30pm from someone who identified themselves as the delivery manager, stating he had been called in to help with the deliveries. I informed him of the time and said that it was far to late in the day for a delivery because I had to work a night shift at 10pm. He said he understood and the following day they would follow up with me. Today is 4/2/2020 and I was informed the delivery would take place around 4pm. At 530pm they arrived, and I finally received part of my order. They were able to assemble the queen bed frame and I am very satisfied with it. They also did a great job assembling the dinette set. However, the nightstand I paid $275 for arrived broken. The nightstand had mirrors lining the drawer and sides and there were cracks all over the front of it, so I refused delivery and contacted the store manager. The manager asked to be texted a picture of the nightstand and I informed his delivery guys. I also let him know that they had told me they could deliver another one the following day, and the manager told me that they would have to order another one and delivery the following day was not possible. Given my experience with them so far and the issues with delivery I am no longer interested in doing business with them and essentially stated that I would gladly pay the %33 restocking fee for the nightstand (approximately $75) to never have to deal with them again. The manager started lecturing me on how I was lucky they did the delivery and assembly for such a low price and that I was actually getting a deal and at this point I lost it and started punctuating my sentences with F bombs. I looked into contacting the Department of Consumer Affairs, and If I do not hear from this guy tomorrow I will lodge a complaint, as they are at this point in breach of contract and have not provided the merchandise or services that I paid for in full. This probably is not the experience most have had, but for me it has been one headache after the next. I think I could have literally gone to any other furniture store and had a better experience, and I know that any other place would have already agreed to a refund. This guy says due to Covid-19 regulations they are only seeing people by appointment, and he refuses to schedule an appointment with me. I wonder why.

I went in here after looking on Amazon. Jay helped me out. I found the same Ashely set for cheaper. Amazon sold everything individually but Jay had the table, 4 chairs, and the bench for much cheaper. Dude has books with all the brands cheaper. Hit this guy up and he will take care of you. Help out and buy local.

This place is awesome! Was looking for a Queen mattress at a decent price and J was helpful, friendly, and honest. They have a great selection and want to do honest business. I'll be shopping here for all my furniture needs. Stop by and see for yourself. You won't be disappointed!

We used to buy kids mattress and dining set previously from Roseville store Overstock Outlet US, so we trusted this company and decided to buy our next NEW mattress here. Since store location in Roseville was closed, we had to go to their second location - in Sacramento. We ordered the NEW queen beautyrest mattress for $786.00 on September, 9 at Overstock Outlet US on Del Paso blv, and it was then delivered. Packaging looked fine, although we noticed a small stain on the top, but didn't pay too much attention, as we bought from reliable company, what could go wrong? (as we thought). Unfortunately, during our moving, hardware from our bed was missing and we couldn't test mattress with a bed frame right away. When we finally received hardware September 17, we put the bed together and placed the mattress on slats, and slept on it overnight, we woke up with a back and neck pain. This issue remained the next day, too, so, we reached out to the store manager regarding this issue - the mattress was too firm - (it was on September 18, which was Friday), but didn't received any answer. Over the weekend nobody called or contacted us back either. Painful mornings continued with this mattress which apparently was too firm (and we were looking for medium soft one). Later we decided to check the mattress manufacturer's white label, to see if this mattress could be used without foundation at all, but we were surprised that all labels were missing from the mattress, which means we didn't even know what the exact mattress we bought, or couldn't contact the manufacturer for any warranty questions if any in future. After more careful check, we noticed more stains on the bottom of the mattress when we flipped it over, which clearly indicated the mattress was long way in use by someone, who probably removed all the labels and returned it back to the store, or the mattress was used as a demo item, which is probably worse... So, we rented a truck and took the mattress back to the store ourselves (which was on Tuesday, September 21, 11am). We spoke with sales representative at Overstock Outlet US Sacramento, who was very rude and rejected to pick up mattress back at once. He mentioned first that they do not take things back, because of COVID, later he replied that all sales are final and no refund could be made. We were very surprised, since nobody mentioned it before to us vocally upon purchase, and no signs of any kind that sales were final and no refunds would be issued - neither on the windows, or at a cashier counter or even on their website - no info on return policy! There was not a word about that, that's why we assumed it was standard 30-days mattress warranty. We carefully reviewed out receipt as well, and yes we noticed in one very unnoticeable place that sales are final (under the signature), but it looks more like a scam and desire to hide this information from customers. There are bullet points on the back of the check with detailed information about AS IS and final sale items, but we didn't read that side and our initials not present there (clearly because nobody ever pointed our attention to that since we were purchasing a brand new item, not a final sale item). Near entrance to the store, we noticed owner Mr. Sanjay Sharma, and we tried to talk to him and describe the situation. At once, he replied that we were lying and we removed labels ourselves, later he replied that it was OKAY to not have labels, since mattress was new (although he couldn't identify it with missing tags) and he can show invoice and stuff like this(but never did). Finally, he rejected to take it back, even though we already unloaded it at the store, and just said to pick it up and left us unattended. So, as result we see three unlawful actions from this company. First they are hiding information about non-refundable items from the customers and not fully inform customers about such important things as refunds, warranty, exchanges, etc. Second, they sell used mattresses claiming them NEW, with all tags removed, even manufacturer's tags, which shouldn't be removed under penalty of law, and making jokes about that in public. And third, by California law, mattress should be fully refundable within 30 days by retailers if refund policy is not clearly stated on the website of the company or in the store (which is the case).

I was really rooting for this place. The staff was friendly and I believed the owner to be a genuine hard working man. Reality is at the end of the day they are smooth talking sales men. I bought a floor model couch that I was told by Jaitin, was delivered to a customer in the the wrong color. It was not in use. As the conversation went on, the story changed to it sat in a garage. Nonetheless, I only needed this couch for my office and I purchased it. This couch had scratch marks, juice stains, and all kinds of issues not seen until it was turned upside down. Clearly this couch was completely used for a period of time. I took pictures and brought the pictures back to the store. The owner told me the sales guy should have told me the truth, he was sorry, blah, blah, blah. Then stated he would reorder the couch, take the $200 loss if I brought him referrals, pick up the dusty couch and deliver the new couch. None of that happened. I ended up in a dispute over the phone with Jaitin asking for status. This prompted me to go back to the store and speak with the owner. The owner did his smooth talking thing. He even told me he would give me $100 for a furniture referral purchase and $150 if I sent a referral that purchased a bed. He said my couch had been ordered and was still going to be delivered. Its been a couple of weeks by this point, but I take him for his word. I believe him so much, two days later I bring in a referral that purchases a bed. He now offers me $100 off an item I wanted or replace the couch. The terms clearly changed. He does not stick to his word. I gave him an even bigger referral that he just lost and I look forward to the first grand opening in March to show him the opportunity his just lost out on. Please look at the floor model stuff closely before purchasing.

On Thursday December 6th at 8pm we walked to overstock outlet furniture to finance/purchase a bedroom set. The owner showed us what he had in stock and in boxes and told us it was ready to be delivered. We went ahead and and said yes. We purchased a bedroom set for $1379.00 that was financed by SnapFinance. That was going to be delivered on Tuesday December 11 2018. After coming home and rethinking on the purchase order we decide on canceling the order. December 7th around 6pm less the 24 hours of the purchase order we called to cancel the order and asked that we did not wanted it due to Financial reasons. Mellisa the front desk referred us to calling Snap and have them handle the situation so we did. After being on the phone with Snap they were able to get a hold of mellisa from the furniture store and told snap that the owner does not want to cancel the order and that there is a 33% restock fee and that California state law keeps the sales taxes. So he wanted us to be responsible for a restock fee for something that was never delivered to us and that we canceled less then 24 hours and wanted to keep the taxes of the furniture. I tried to contact the owner he's name is Yogi and has been very disrespectful over the phone and keeps assisting in not canceling the order and wanting us to pay. He told the SnapFinance that the Sales are Final and that there's a restock fee on the receipt that was given to us. I have the copy receipt that was hand written by the owner and no where on the receipt of the copy of the paper that was given to us does it say final sale or a restock fee. He goes on and telling the Snap finance department that we asked for an urgent delivery and that he had to go to a different warehouse to obtain the bedroom set.., that is a lie, we never asked for a ASAP delivery and he walked me and my wife and two of his employees in the back of the furniture store where he had the bedroom set in a box and said it was on stock. So at this point he is lying and trying to take out money. I have contacted BBB have reported this situation. All because he won't cancel or withdraw the order that we did on a Thursday night at 9pm and we decided to cancel the very next day around 6pm. Did I also mention when we were there Thursday night there was another customer in there very pissed due to her not receiving some furniture that she had purchased. I thought I could of given them the benefit out of the doubt here and I can't believe I'm reading all this amazing reviews about Yogi Sanjay. He must of pressured this customers to do those reviews because on yelp it's a different story. Educate yourself before buying from this place and make sure you save all the receipts and ask questions.

Three days ago I went to Overstock Outlet to purchase a bed frame and mattress. I was helped by Sanjay Sharma, a very polite and friendly gentleman. I gave him my budget and he showed me in store and online options. I am very picky with styles and my comfort but it wasn't a problem with Sanjay. He was very patient and didn't push me to pick something that I didn't like just to make a sale. He was very kind and when my phone died, he gave me a charger that he wasn't using. After a lot of talking, he gave me a great deal on a bed frame, mattress, and pillow. I was even able to load everything into my SUV that night so I didn't have to worry about delivery fees and waiting. Was an all around great experience. I will definitely go again!

This is my go-to furniture store. Everyone here has great customer service and knows a lot about their products. I went there to purchase my new bed set and was surprised by the amazing prices and selection! Sanjay is awesome as well as everyone else there. Don't let the location fool you! They care about their product and customers as they offered me very reasonable financing options too. Check them out!

I was looking for a compact couch and chair set for my new one bedroom apartment and Sanjay and elaina were very helpful and patient in walking me through their options. They were happy to know I was shopping around at other stores and made sure to give me the best price in town! They have a great selection of living and bedroom sets, a huge warehouse, and quick ordering turnaround. My wife and I had been in the market for new living room furniture, and just happen to be out n about on our old side of town , and while talking we were passing what we thought was still Cooks furniture and hardware , but now is Overstock outlet , We are very impressed with the many choices, and different styles, Very friendly and courteous , and some of the best prices I've seen in the whole of Sacramento, and The Quality of there is awesome as well , highly recommended

I stopped in as I was driving by because it was around the corner from our house. Sanjay was friendly, helpful and gave us great pricing on quality products. He helped me with every step of the process and treated me like family. Great Furniture, great prices and fast delivery. I couldn't be more happy!

One of the worst experiences I've ever had, I'm a 73 year old women and a worker yelled at me for where I parked & there wasn't even a no parking sign then got out of his car throwing hands up in the air so parked somewhere else and went to get my money back but there was a nice African man who is the only reason I purchased from them then they come a whole day late and was extremely rude when I tried asking them if they would bring it in & I would not shops there or recommend to anybody

I purchased my didng set with 4 chairs and cant be happier. Its solid wood and the price is very reasonable. My wife is happy . Recomend this store ! Ty was great sales man he helped to choose the one i really like.

I'm did not have a happy experience with this store. Looking for a queen size bed. I went upstairs to look and see what they had. The two beds I like didn't have a price so I took a picture and went to talk to a lady and the guy name Sinjay. I told him what I like then he ask me did I move the bed and check it out. He said my size wouldn't hold on the bed. Then smile and told me another bed to sell me another bed for more money. If Ikea pine bed I had for five years can hold my overweight self then I should be fine. Dont waste your time here. I just feel other ways to sell me the furniture without talking about my weight.

This is great place to buy furunte. I furnished my whole apartment in one swoop. The prices were great they beat all the other stores advertisements of furniture. They delivered my furniture fast, then also set up my whole home within an hour.

Scammer. Unprofessional. Rude. Issues written receipt, he'll forge anytime. If you can't find the right item in the store, he'll give a catalog and that's where the nightmare starts. If its not in the store, get out and move to another store. Has no proper refund/exhange policy, not even stated on the receipt. Refuse he's "helping" ideas, it' will go back to you in an ugly way. Will charge you restocking fees and assembly fees from an item you did not order, or the item he loaned to you. And you are not signing anything about loaned items. Refund is not his game, he prefers to make you dissappointed and pissed. He's such a liar. He accused me of buying a wrong item and tells me that I forgot what I ordered. Hey, I ordered one thing, no way I wont forget it. You deal with more than one customers, you tend to forget. He even adviced me a very moronic and dumb advice to cut the legs of bar stools so I can get the desired height and he will pay for the cost and equipment, like where did this guy came from? What kind of stuff is he sniffing? Just be careful. Keep your wallets closed on this store.

Extremely horrible business. My good friend bought a bed set from this place and was waiting for her purchase to arrive. Not only did they send the wrong bed set, it was also the sample model that was displayed on their showroom floor. The owner told her to use it until the right one came in the following week. She declined and the bed set stayed at the house. He avoided her phone calls for days until she was so upset that she had to go back to the business to speak to him. He then tried to recommend a different mattress set which was supposedly "way better quality and more expensive" to her and she declined again because it was not what she wanted. After bickering back and forth she was so upset and exhausted and just wanted to leave, but not without what she was promised. He ended up manipulating her into signing a contract that she would write a good review for their shop and would not be able to make any negative comments about them. He even set up the review for her to fill out!! What kind of business is this??? And to top it off, his delivery drivers were caught illegally dumping his business' trash at her work place!!! This is a bad businessman running an even worse business. Do your research before you ever go here! Remember, you get what you pay for and great customer service is what you deserve as a paying customer! And guess what? She drove their with the bed set and was sent back home with the same sample model set!

Furniture is and mattresses are trash cause they buy them off the back of a truck. Sell used and floor model mattresses as "new" and say they don't make money of there sales. What a joke. When you confront them about these issues they start to speak in punjab talking shit about you. What they didn't know is i also speak this language lol. Well this whole store and the other ones they own are just garbage furniture and mattresses that the factory's don't make anymore so if you buy something and need it fix might as well just throw it in the trash and buy it new from the manufacturer..wish you could give negative star ratings on here

Go somewhere else, Careful they sell dreams not furniture. They gave me the run around on an item I ordered which was supposed to be received in a week, a week goes by and then says the item is no longer available but will check other stores for the item but will be an additional $50 for delivery along with hearing two different stories. I had no time for this and wasted no time arguing. Welp you better bet I went in and got my money back. Found the same item on amazon for $10 cheaper and received it within 5 days!

We ordered bunk beds for our kids in August, we were told they would arrive in the first week of September, after checking with them they said the beds were delayed. In mid September we received a call that the beds had arrived, they got delivered. After checking the boxes, we realized those were not the bunks we ordered. We called to call the store for about a week going back and forth as to what happened. Moe finally told us to go in and we would receive a refund since it was their mistake in ordering the wrong beds. We went into the store about 6:40pm and when we arrived he told us we needed our original receipt in order to get the refund. Since it was close to closing time, we told him we would be back the next day. When my husband went back the next day, they told him that a refund couldn't be issued that they could order the correct bed and it would arrive November 27. I called that day and Moe informed me he would call me back because he had to check on them. We called him back and he informed that due to Covid and beds coming from China that now the beds were delayed until January 2021.. I told him we have waited too long and what our options were. He said he had to speak to his boss and call me back on the following Wednesday. Didn't hear back, so I finally called on Thursday, again he told me due to Covid they were delayed. I told him he wasn't answering my question as to what our options were. He said he couldn't talk to me because he was with a customer and hung up on me. The next day my husband got a call saying the bunks would now arrive next week. A couple hours later he received a call from Natalia saying the beds would be delivered that day. Hmm. How can these bunks suddenly be in their store when they told us they would arrive until January. Do not shop there!!! We finally got our beds on December 4th.
