I am so disappointed I want to cry. I was so looking forward to this 3 day reset. I don't eat meat so I got all vegan broth. It smells like the cleaning stuff they use in hotels. I can't stomach to look at it. The shakes are super gritty. I followed the instructions to a T. I made it a day and a half and I had to throw in the towel. I would not recommend the vegan broth or the shakes on taste alone. Customer service was great and free shipping is great, but sadly I would not recommend this product to anyone.

The Owl Venice Reset is truly amazing. The research and mindfulness behind every part is apparent in the way you feel while and after you are doing it. I cannot recommend this enough. It’s like magic with bloating disappearing and feeling so much better. I’ve tried to make it a monthly routine to stay on track and feel my best.

I cannot live without the Owl Venice Bone Broths. I have purchased them as a cleanse package or just to drink on a daily basis. They help me sleep better at night, and contribute to an overall better feeling. I have since gotten two of my co-workers addicted to them. If you are looking for a way to reset your gut and feel better, you must try Owl Venice Bone Broths. I like to add a little lemon , sea salt and cilantro.

I ordered a 6 pack of vegan broth for sipping. Overall, service was great, aside from being inundated with constant messages (had to unsubscribe). But honestly, the flavor is just dreadful. I’m questioning if it’s bad or not? It’s really acidic like too much vinegar. I was hoping for something herbaceous and comforting. I am sad that I spent so much money to have it be basically undrinkable. If you want to try, but one to start with.

I have been getting sick from regular food like pizza so I decided I needed a digestive reset. I bought the 8 day cleanse.Prior to buying it, I was worried it was going to taste gross because of some of the reviews I saw online. I’ve gotta say that the people posting about the taste being bad are really exaggerating or downright lying. The stuff tastes good. I was glad I drove down and tasted it prior to purchasing. It dispelled any fears immediately. I’m halfway through my 8 day cleanse and have been pairing each days portions with one clean meal to ensure I get the caloric intake I need to function at work and the gym. I like the results so far. I feel physically better and am enjoying the convenience of these broths and smoothies so much that I subscribed to continue having them for the foreseeable future. Legitimately a fan right now of OWL.

This is the best bone broth you can get! I love that the ingredients are super clean, as they should be! The taste is wonderful, shipping is quick, and broth has helped heal my gut issues tremendously. I love starting every day with a cup of broth. It was also wonderful to have during my pregnancy. I typically order the beef broth and recently tried the vegan broth and think it may be my new favorite.

Have been a fan of OWL for a couple years, especially on my infertility journey. The broths and shakes are delicious & healing and I trust that they use the very best quality ingredients. Now that I'm pregnant, I'm reordering both products for continued nutritional support.

It’s not terrible, but I had very high hopes. Since I am out of state I received my “smoothies” in powder form. I wish I would have realized before I blended them that 32oz of water is entirely too much & they were going to turn into cardboard flavored water. The vegan broth is really good. I’m probably just going to pitch the water jugs I made & use the broth for cooking…. So not an entire waste. Just wish I had more packets to try with oat milk or other variations of fruit/veg to make them edible. The amount of powder in the packet was also very little.. maybe 2 tablespoons? They might be better when blended in house.. they look a lot milkier in the images online & they have great reviews… but those could be bought 🫤

I love the broth in the morning as a meal replacement. The matcha shake is my favorite product! Ordering and delivery was really easy! Pickup is also very easy Really love what you guys are doing! Keep it up!

I purchased the 4 day reset. This was my first time trying OWL and overall I was happy with my experience. I couldn't give all 5 stars because there were some hiccups along the way. From initial sign up to communication, I wasn't sure what process from ordering to pick was. When I visited the address, the doors were locked and the location looked like it was closed. But then I called a number and they called the location and someone walked outside. Flavor-wise, I didn't love the flavor of the broths, but the shakes were. sugarless delicious. It almost felt like there was more to consume than I wanted to- one broth + one shake per meal (BLD) was a lot even for me. The effects of the cleanse were very positive. I didn't realize that I curbed a lot of my sugar cravings and I felt like I was never hungry. I tried to cleanse to reset my gut, and I truly felt like this happened. I had so much energy during the day and my body felt like it was functioning better. I would definitely do this again. But I would see if I can switch around the flavors. If you're considering trying this out, I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND you do :)

Wow exactly what I needed post-thanksgiving, pre-Christmas/New Year's. I was feeling tired and blah and this helped eliminate my sugar cravings and brain fog, improved my digestion, increased energy and improved sleep. I feel so much better! I loved all the broths/shakes and plan to add some into my regular routine until my next reset, especially to stay feeling good through the holidays. Can't recommend enough!

The taste is HORRENDOUS!!! I tried using banana to make it better. Intolerable. Complete waste of money for me!

I am hooked on the Owl Venice Reset! Not only does it taste great, but it keeps you satisfied (a welcome change from 'starving' on a cleanse). I've done it twice and have had great results both times like reduced bloating and inflammation, clearer skin, and an appetite/sugar craving reset, it makes me feel good. I'm into it! My Experience with the Reset (I've done a 6-day and a 4-day): After the initial discomfort of starting a cleanse (which is typical as your body detoxes sugar, caffeine, etc) you start feeling pretty great: reduced appetite, no more sugar cravings, clearer skin, and (my favorite) a very noticeable reduction in bloating and inflammation! The Reset's also allow cleanse-approved foods which makes the experience far more comfortable than others I've done. This helps particularly on days coinciding with important meetings or deadlines, because it helps maintain fullness and enhances mental clarity. Customer Service: My experiences with the Owl Venice team have been exceptionally positive. I was scheduled to pick up my second reset when I unfortunately had an accident, resulting in a concussion and a broken collarbone. When I contacted Owl Venice to inquire about shipping my order instead of picking it up, they offered to waive the delivery fee and hand-deliver it to my apartment, ensuring I had my mylk elixirs ready-made. Went to Owl for the first time and i sampled some of the products. Amanda the lovely woman at the counter was patient and very knowledgeable about the product,she actually made sure i understood how the systems works and i was impressed .I made my first order thanks to Amanda's help.I recommend the product because is high quality and good for you.

This product is garbage, but it's really my fault for spending more than $400 on broth and powder. Really, it's broth and powder, and one needs to purchase other ingredients to mix with it. If I did this on my own, it would likely cost less than $10. The flavor is absolutely awful. I read some other reviews and the business quickly responded with the "everyone's tastes are different" excuse. Don't buy their b*lls**t, it literally tastes like garbage. On the positive side, I may come of of this slightly cleansed and a few pounds lighter, but I will always remember the gag reflex at every sip. I feel stupid and suckered. Ignore the "5-star" reviews, they may be either fake or paid for. This product is expensive and just horrible.

The OWL RESET is great !!! I've compared blood lab work after before being on the program for over a month & while on the program the results were amazing, including; my AIC was normal & all thyroid levels were normal first time in 8 months!

Just finished day 1 of 4. Loved it. I love bone broth and hemp milk! I also really love spices and earthy tasting foods. My experience of picking up the jars was very pleasant. I tend to have a sugar addiction so I really appreciate that the smoothies are not sweet-- it feels helpful to recalibrate my tastebuds. Such a privilege to have access to this option of prepared nourishment.

These broths are the best! Highly suggest the 4 day reset. You'll feel great. Energized, more focused and proud!! Owl is worth every moment!

I ordered for the black Friday special, my first round came cracked. I reached out and they sent an order. I think they have really good customer service. Unfortunately, I have to agree with some other people that have tried their product at home, It is a little bland I don't like making the smoothies at home because it's not the same as in person. I wish they sent them premade. That being said having it made by them and picking it up was a much more delicious experience. I find the staff accommodating and kind. And I love the bone broths.

Such a comforting, phenomenal store, this company has the very best broth and smoothies in Venice. It's much easier than just making it myself. I just love OWL

I would give this business 0 stars if I could. For some context, I never leave reviews, but felt completely ripped off by this product and compelled to warn others. For some background, I am a huge fan of broth, I make my own weekly, have made broths professionally and understand the implications of mass producing broths. I really wanted to love this product and was left completely disappointed. Calling Owl's product "bone broth" is undeserved. It tasted like water with apple cider vinegar at best. It is extremely watery and does not have any fat layer. When it is stored in the fridge, the broth does not become solid at all which is a sign of its lack of collagen. If I had to guess, the number of bones used to produce the broths is extremely scarce to create a greater profit margin. A healthy ratio should be 5lbs bones to 1 gallon of broth and it feels like Owl's broths are perhaps 0.5lbs at best. I had to throw all broths away and absolutely do not recommend this product to anyone. I wish I could get my money back.

I recently picked up a 4 day cleanse from the shop in Venice. The shop itself has great ambiance and offers a variety of wellness products. The team is very kind and took the time to go over the cleanse with me as I was picking it up. Unfortunately, my body wasn't reacting well so I ended up not being able to complete the experience. But, overall, I really value and appreciate OWL's holistic approach to wellness. They encourage you to listen to your body and honor it - which is the most important thing when embarking on any type of cleanse, detox, or program. 5 stars for the attentive, kind, and knowledgeable team!

Well, this was a very expensive mistake. I just paid $280 for a four day cleanse and I can't even choke down the vegan broth. I'm super confused by the shakes... You would think if they were going to charge this much money they would definitely figure out how to make it taste semi-bearable after I attempted the first broth I posted some thing about it on my Instagram I swiftly received two replies from people that had done this exact same cleanse/reset. One for four days like me and the other one did six. Both had the same sentiments unfortunately the one with the six day cleanse says that, she just poured it down the drain and didn't even finish it. I poured mine out this morning as well. I reached out to the company and they are pretty snippy on the phone and recommend putting other things in it. If you don't like the taste... It's not convenient it's really over priced and even if they are quality ingredients, they should work harder to make it appeal to more people. I wish I could get my money back. I feel so stupid. Well, I just tried, adding bananas to the Matcha "shake" and it's pretty gross. I don't know how I'm going to get through the rest of these or if I am going to. I just can't wrap my head around throwing this much money down the drain , literally! They don't even offer a half of a refund when you're expressing how horrendous this is. They just keep talking to you like you're an idiot and suggesting things to add. I didn't spend this much money to have to doctor up what was sent to be able to get it down.

I'm joining those people who tried this product and says that this is garbage. The customer service is so so bad that i am so surprise that this crap is still in business.

Im on day 1 and ready to quit. As many others others have stated, the powdered shakes are just undrinkable. I spent a good amount of time steaming beets and pumpkin, only for it to taste like ASS. Unfortunately I'm being dead serious. I really wanted to like them. "matter of taste" is bullshit. I literally like ANY food. Can't think of anything other than duck liver that I don't like. The shakes are just disgusting. I haven't successfully been able to finish even one of those, but as a result, the hunger is making it easier to drink the mediocre broths. I'm definitely hungry and the list of foods you're allowed to consume is ... scarce to say the least. Starvation nation over here. Do yourself a favor and go for a juice cleanse or something else.

Absolute scam. Garbage. The smoothies are powdered and the soups are a joke. I could have made my own bone broth that is so full of collagen it gels. It would have cost me $35.

Loved the reset! I felt so energized and could really feel the health benefits from both the shakes and the elixers. The broth is delicious! I'm on my 3rd order and will keep them coming :)

Best reset! I love doing the 4 day every 2-3 months. My fave broth is the bison & beef. The new immunity elixir is also so lovely to sip in the sun or when I am feeling a tad under the weather. Do not sleep on the moon glow or sun potion!!! best serums to do with gua sha!

I love that people love this product. It's just not for me. Or maybe it is but with modifications. And frankly I should have known better. For example, the beet shake. "Ewwwwwwww, David!" If I do the last two days, I'll definitely substitute the beets. The other two shakes aren't so bad and much better when they've chilled in the fridge overnight. *Pssssh use banana.* The bone broths are where it's not for me. I hate the taste and smell. Anyway, I've done a lot of dieting/cleanses. This is just too green for me. You can totally do this yourself for a fraction of the costs. Even if you didn't want to DIY it, it is really expensive for what you're getting. The labels are pretty and so is the brand name. Love the Instagram pics. Very inspirational and right up my alley on mindset, etc. They help to make the reset appealing. But for the peeps that want to know what it really looks likes for me...

If price isn't an issue, these are ok. For the price, I expected high protein broth. These are watery, but tasty.

I recently did the 4 day cleanse. Drove to Venice and they brought it out to my car. Love the mylkshakes. Filling, nutritious and not a lot of calories. The bone broth was a bit of a challenge. There's different kinds with different flavors but I'm not a huge fan of it in general so I still have some left. Body loved the cleanse and will do it again soon.

This cleanse is horrible! It's not edible. Tastes disgusting. Definitely not recommended. I'm into day 1 out of 4 and it's just a torture!

It's rare that I ever write a review but the experience I had with the customer service at the storefront was horrible and quite surprising. This was the first time purchasing the 4 day cleanse. I love this product, I've been drinking their broths for a while. I wish I looked at the reviews first because they are all validating the same experience I had with the costumer service and what felt like a very disorganized company. The person helping me could care less about any of my questions or my overall well-being. I really thought this brand would offer a healing and happy environment. She seemed angry and had no patience. I decided to take the product home and call the next day hoping to speak to someone who was a bit friendlier and invested. NOPE! I asked to speak to a manager and she told me she was the manager and again I got the same arrogance, disregard and as if I was bothering HER. it sucks because I really love the product but after this experience I don't know if I'll go back. It really makes me wonder about the intention in making this product. I believe in energy and the energy in that space did not feel good or remotely healing at all, which makes me think about the energy going into this product that's going into my body. I'm so sad to have to think twice about this product now :/.

Found OWL about three weeks ago. I was looking for a reset that wasn't a juice cleanse or an elimination diet, when I stumbled upon them online. Why I chose the 4 Day reset: I am an athlete, with severe GI issues as a result of some medication I have to take. I can't do severe caloric restrictions. The 4 day reset allots for 1200 cals plus whatever else I eat on their approved list. Things I love about the shakes: hemp is a complete protein, so I get all my amino acids in addition to magnesium, iron, zinc, etc, all great for my endocrine system and recovery from training and less than 2g of sugar. Here is the deal, Hemp is earthy and nutty, and the base of the three shakes. Its a different flavor, but for me, my stomach has never felt better. Cost: for those people complaining about cost, Erewohn, around the corner has increased their juices to 16.50 and you get no where near the same nutrition , and every one of those bottle has added sugars. My stomach is always bloated and Im hungry after I have one. And outside the PB one, Ive tried them all. There's a time and place for those and a reset isn't one of them. Each of Owls' mylkshake jar is 25.00 and good for two "meals". So at less that 15.00 a pop on the west side for something that is made well, on Abbott Kinney, sign me up. Service: I have only had positive experiences here, I decided to keep the shakes after the reset, and even when I messed an order up, they are quick to respond to an email and kind when I walk in. Is every body different? Sure. But I have yet to come across another reset like this, where I am satiated and able to work, train, and study without feeling depleted. At the end, I lost 4.3 lbs was a shocker to me too) and my whole GI system just felt, good.

I bought the 21 day cleanse. very misleading product with a disorganized company. only comes with a four day cleanse of supplies. they provide alot of digital content that isn't very good the broths are fine but 4 days worth of supplies for $460 is almost criminal go with another product. costumer service is poor as well.

To say Owl Venice was disappointing is an understatement!!! I feel completely RIPPED OFF! I placed order for a 4 day reset on January 4th hoping for it to arrive at least around a Monday, but received it this last Thursday, January 12th. Since the order arrived with absolutely NO instructions and couldn't start reset until Monday, I placed broths in freezer. I noticed the glasses were shattered and broth spilled all over my freezer the next day. I notified Owl venice and this evening they finally got back to me. I was treated very rudely, and even talked down to as if I was dumb. I was offered a discount to buy broths again (which I do not believe is enough) the 4 day reset costs $280 + tax!!! That's insane to have to buy the broths AGAIN!! The package didn't arrive with a single piece of paper or instructions of any kind. I was expected to know that there was a QR code on box. If I am not notified of this, how am I supposed to know what to do... The "manager" Holly or Molly was rude, spoke over me the entire time and argued with me basically implying I was stupid. This is the first time I purchase this product!!!! If I make a mistake due to lack of instructions, a little understanding and good quality customer service is the least they can do, that was not the case at all. Will never recommend this product, based on customer service ALONE.

The staff at the store was very slow, blasé and indifferent to say the least. They did not seem to care about the notes you left in the email either regarding ingredients restrictions despite seeming to care in emails. Totally would not recommend. Btw, odd that their google page "can't be reviewed".

My husband and I just finished the 3 day Owl cleanse. Our past experience with other cleanses have been tough and left us feeling hollow all day. We both felt "puffy" after our spring holidays. WHAT A JOY the OWL CLEANSE was!! I don't have enough great things to say about this company. From the moment Amanda picks up The phone you get the feeling that she is SO happy to help and to take care of you. I was having a time crunch and couldn't drive across town to pick up the product. No problem. Amanda had a solution! I received my cleanse here in the valley within the hour! I called back for explanation. No problem! Amanda walks you through. She let me know that the store was closed the next day. Amanda explained everything In great detail. We felt so amazing the whole 3 days. We both exercised and enjoyed our days. This cleanse made us feel light and happy. You'd never hear me say that about any other program where I could not cook or not eat food for 3 days. Yes! We both lost weight and continued to lose weight as we added back in our regular foods. There is definitely something special about this company and their product. Id recommend OWL Venice to anyone.

I placed an order on a Friday at about 11:30am and opted to pay $30 extra for 3 day delivery so my girlfriend and I could start the reset early the next week The items didn't arrive until the following Thursday (6 days). When I brought this up to Owl they said that UPS "notably" doesn't do weekend deliveries and it's a 3 business day delivery. Two issue: 1. the website does NOT say 3 business days, it says 3 days, and 2. It was very unfair to presume that I would have known UPS doesn't deliver on the weekends and I should have known that. As if that is a notable fact that everyone knows? This is an expensive product and meant to be a white glove experience. They should have refunded me the $30 for paying for 3 days delivery and getting my product on day 6. But they didn't. i expect high end products charging high end prices to come with high end customer service.

Unfortunately felt that this bone broth was more watered down than similar priced brands.

I felt this cleanse left you feeling like your system has been recharged - gave me clarity and energy and assisted me to get back on track with my healthy eating. The taste was overall goof and you never really felt starving. I did sleep really well while on it. I would do it again. The price was steep.

the 21 day program is bs, only give 4-7 day drinks and recipes for rest, not worth it

I really wanted to like it but the broth is really terrible, it taste like dirty lemon chemical water. Anyone who says the broth is yummy is insane! I don't think it's worth the money they are asking. The shakes are very blah no actually flavor or beets, ginger or mucha tea. Also the shakes come in powder.. just FYI it's not what they shown.

This is specifically for the gut cleanse. I tried it hoping that it would help clear my blockage problems and I read great reviews about it online. While it did have some of the touted benefits, I found it to be just okay. Pros: -I did experience mental clarity and sharpness, and felt less weak than with other cleanses. -The broths did taste delicious and being able to add veggies and/or chicken was a huge bonus (I only added veggies but it was nice to know I had the option) -It was more filling than a typical cleanse, and I wasn't starving. Cons: -It didn't fix my problems, and in fact probably had the reverse effect. I was slightly boated the entire time and post-cleanse am continuing to have issues. -I didn't like the taste of the mylks very much, ESPECIALLY the beet one. The other two were okay. -Overpriced (?) but probably normal for a cleanse. But it came in these huge glass jars that were hard to take to work and not portable at all. It was nice since they were recyclable though. It would have been better if they were in single serving sizes. Overall, it was nice doing a cleanse where I wasn't starving, but it didn't fix the problems I was hoping it would solve and overall maybe made my gut a little angsty.

The staff was bitchy, not accommodating, I expected to walk into a philosophy of healing, no smiles, no concern, really just plane rude customer service ....A little kindness goes along way...

I have wanted to try Bone broth forever however, being allergic to onions left me without options previously. Owl Venice does not add any onions or garlic and the bone broth is still so flavorful. One bottle and I'm hooked. I'm so happy to have finally found a bone broth for me!! You can also get owlvenice through Postmates. I am looking forward to trying their cleanse in the near future.

I ordered the 4 day cleanse. Based upon the pictures on the website, I thought I was getting the smoothies already made. Instead the smoothie powder comes in a little packet and you need to make them yourself. That would be ok if it were made clear. But all of the pictures, etc., infer that you receive them all made. After hunting around for the directions on how to make the smoothies, I finally found a tiny label that you have to open up on your phone. And even then the whole thing is confusing.....way over priced and you DO NOT get what is pictured on their website. BUMMER!!!!

We have done the Owl gut "reset" cleanse a handful of times & feel incredible and amazing afterwards, every time. This most resent cleanse was to "reset" after a super fun 2022 summer and also for our second wedding. With the "approved foods" list and the broths, and shakes -- we felt so much better and had more energy. Not to mention our skin looked great, and we looked healthy. The cleanse is targeted for gut healing and great for anti-inflammation. I went off alcohol during the reset, it's really an amazing cleanse! I cannot recommend it enough. The 4-day is a good start, I recommend a 6-day or even better 8-day cleanse to maximize the reset, you are not deprived with eating approved foods.

Cleanse is very deceptive. Incredibly high in sugar!! The calorie counts and contents of these juices are complete fiction. The juices will cause huge sugar spikes and crashes. Do not recommend. There is no cleaning here just flooding your system with sugars and very thin, watered down bone broth. A rip off! Also they do NOT wear masks in the store and are not covid compliant. Hopefully we didn't get covid from the jars that they screw on so tight you can't even open them. Do not Recommend at all!

So I have mixed feelings about this cleanse. Price: there is no question that the cleanse is over-priced, but particularly the milkshakes if you're having them shipped. The package of dry ingredients consists of about ~2 or so tbsp of hemp seeds and a little powder - individually priced at $24/bottle but cheaper as part of the cleanse. I could honestly find a whole bag of hemp seeds at trader joe's for $8 and make the whole 4-days + more myself for a fraction of that. Also, if getting them shipped, you still have to buy veggies to make the shakes + I was too hungry and needed to add steamed veggies on top. So I have no idea why these are priced so high. I get the broth... but the shakes...? It's mostly water... Taste: mediocre, but to be expected as there's absolutely no sugar except the small amount from the added banana/squash/beets... I personally liked the vegan broth. My loved one ordered the cleanse to do with me but hated the taste of whole cleanse so much that she didn't get past day one. Results/feeling: this was honestly really tough for me to get through and I've done many a cleanse before. I was constantly hungry, low-energy, etc. I finished the 4-day cleanse and feel generally good now, good level of energy, not sure if I'm seeing/feeling any other results...I guess time will tell over the next few days. It really should be called a fast because it's extremely low in fat, carbs, and protein. Lastly, I want to add in some things I found questionable. I was recommended from a customer service rep that you can add ice/freeze the shakes. Freezing/ice is a BIG no-no in ayurveda. Also, everyone has a unique constitution, so perhaps these cleanses should be a little more tailored. I'm mostly kaphic, and I found the water content to be too much. I actually felt more bloated after drinking the broth + the shake and I was drinking the cleanse in the first place to get less bloated... I am proud of myself for finishing, but would definitely not do this cleanse again.

I could not say better things about Owl Venice. I was nervous starting my 4 day owl reset because I have such bad food intolerances and I will be doing this every single month now because the staff was so great and it was delicious. The staff was so helpful, chatted through every single one of my health concerns and took a genuine interest in getting me to feel better. I didn't realize the staff were trained health coaches! They were so kind and knowledgable it was like being in a personalized store- this was not just a checkout experience this was having people actually wanting me to feel better and interested in what my concerns were. The cleanse itself was a breathe of fresh air because it is the only cleanse I have ever had that actually has nutrients and makes you feel good. It was not about starving it was about actually giving your body what it needs- and it was delicious! I got extra smoothies because I like them so much. I will be returning many times!

This cleanse is really unique because it's the only cleanse I have found that focusing on elimination and nourishment simultaneously for people with digestive issues. I've done many elimination diets but never found a cleanse as a healing supplement I could use for IBS, Candida and food sensitivities. The best part is it's based of Ayurveda and Chronobiology which is what got me hooked. A big plus was not having to do dishes, grocery shop or cook during the 4-day reset so I could just focus on resting/healing from within. I love the matcha in the morning shake, but maybe you could incorporate cacao (another great tree fruit) for a morning shake option for people who don't love matcha or want a little less caffeine than 32mg from matcha/green tea.

Loved it, ordered again right away I loved it so much. when you make those shakes, you can feel the balance, broth is delicious!--- company service was exquisite!!

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the results of this "reset". I am a Health Coach myself and I was looking forward to this formulation as it sounded like it made great sense although some of their philosophy was a little different than mine regarding foods. I am very conscience of inflammatory foods and some of their foods listed for some of their recipes, even though they say they don't use foods that could case inflammation, they actually do. Really not a big deal but, I found the taste of the shakes almost intolerable after two days and, they did end up exacerbating some of my digestive issues. As they claim, and is true, everybody's body is different and although they may use good ingredients, herbs, etc in their shakes, some of those ingredients for me, did not jive with my system and contra indicated for some people with certain digestive issues. I did not finish the 4 days but I do have some of the shake packets left and I will give it a go again. The broths were quite bland but tolerable. They did respond to my emails, which I appreciated. The couple of phone conversations however, the girl I spoke with was little "flat" and not very friendly.

Probably the BEST broth I have ever tasted! No onions or garlic added and packed with a bunch of herbs so it's super soothing on the stomach. They also have super good deals when you buy more than one jar which is convenient because their broths are pressure canned!! so prior to opening they have a shelf life of 5-6 months. Awesomeness

Just Phenomenal!!! I absolutely LOVED their both broths and the mylkshakes were JUST AMAZING!! So refreshing and filling. I wasn't hungry throughout the day like other cleanses. I felt focused and less bloated on my first day. I bought their two day Reset Cleanse and can't wait to buy it again. Also, their customer service is just wonderful! By far the best cleanse I have ever tried.
