my girlfriend and I met the chef in his garden. It was just a great time with pure exchange with plenty of authenticity. We booked for the 3 courses dinner BUT we the sincerity of the chef and his passion I gave my trust to surprise us by choosing the "tasting menu". The travel into our trip started at the terrace with a wonderful cocktail tailor made according to our taste. My gf choose to get her "tasting menu" in vegetarian all the way long which has please also the chef who liked to fullfil new challenges. We had our starters in the nice library , then the first dish in front of the chef and his wonderful team. The full story of each member of the team is impressive and so touching. The combinaison of the sympathie of the team members (chef, sous chef, waitress, head of the restaurant and sommelier) were just incredible. The full deserve highly to be consider by the Michelin Guide by being granted of a star and not only being recommended due to the high quality of the dishes served. From beginning to the end it was an absolute BLAST. Highlight for the Bolito and Parrotfish dishes, those two just a 12/10!
