Oxygen Acton

I am extremely dissatisfied with our recent visit. Paying £16 per ticket for what was advertised as a full experience, only to find the park completely overcrowded and poorly managed, is completely unacceptable. Several activities were closed, leaving very little for paying customers to actually use. On top of that, the lockers were not functioning properly and had to be manually overridden with keys, which does not feel secure or safe for storing valuable personal belongings. I find it entirely unreasonable that maintenance work would be carried out during half term — one of the busiest times of the year — resulting in reduced facilities while still charging full price. The lack of supervision was also alarming. Teenagers were running into younger children, playing tag and behaving in a clearly unsafe manner. There were no visible stewards actively monitoring or managing the situation to ensure safety. To make matters worse, teenagers were sitting on the apparatus using their phones despite clear signage stating that phones are not permitted on the equipment. This rule was not being enforced at all, further highlighting the absence of proper supervision and safety control. Overall, this experience was chaotic, unsafe, and absolutely not worth £16 per ticket. It fell far below acceptable standards. I expect someone to contact me promptly to arrange a full refund. Please treat this matter as a priority.

We recently celebrated a birthday at Oxygen Acton, and I just wanted to share some feedback. We really enjoyed the atmosphere — there are a lot of comfortable zones for children, and also nice areas for parents to sit, relax, or have something to eat. There is plenty of space, and the environment feels safe and pleasant for families. The only disappointment was that the slides/climbing area were closed during our visit. My daughter was a bit upset because she was looking forward to them. However, there were still many other zones for children to enjoy, and even though she is now 14, she still felt comfortable being there with her friend. One small suggestion — we would love if the prices could be a little more accessible for regular visits. At the moment it is a bit expensive for us to come frequently, but we really liked the place, so it would be amazing if there were more affordable options or offers. Also, it’s convenient that visitors can either bring their own grip socks or purchase them on site — that’s helpful and practical. Overall, my daughter enjoyed it very much — thank you!

Climbing wall not open. Many things broken in the ninja area. Lack of sponges in soft areas for landing, and those that are there are so worn and used and look dirty. Only one reaction wall working. Airbag also closed, says to reopen in Spring. This should all be published on the site before booking as it is misleading. Half of the lockers are not working too, leaving you on edge if you can’t find a safe space for your belongings. Getting only half, or less, of what you pay for. Disappointing. Ive been coming with my daughter for over 5 years, including booking the holiday passes but won’t be until things are seriously improved or the price reflects what you [don’t] get.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Oxygen Acton is a fun place for both kids and adults. It’s great for birthday parties and group events. Lots of jumping, laughter, and a really good way to burn calories while having fun. The staff were helpful and the place felt well organised. Highly recommended for an active day out.

I paid £27 for a 2-hour free play ticket. We were wearing socks that we had previously bought from this venue, and I even showed the staff my purchase record. However, we were told that we must buy their latest socks with the logo in order to use the trampolines. I find this extremely unfair. I clearly saw many other people wearing their own socks, and although they had soft play tickets, they were still allowed to use the trampolines without any issues. The rules were applied inconsistently, and customers were treated differently, which made the experience very unpleasant. On top of that, there was rubbish in several areas, giving the impression of poor management and lack of organisation. This was a very disappointing experience. I won’t be coming back and would not recommend this place to others.

We had an amazing experience here for my daughter party. The venue was great and everything was well organised from start to finish. A special mention to Jake, our party host — he was absolutely fantastic with the children, full of energy, and made the whole party run so smoothly. He really went above and beyond to make it a stress-free and fun day for everyone. We would definitely ask for him again and would highly recommend this place to others.

Nice place for kids to enjoy and play. Also, it is a very good arrangement to organise birthday parties. The only drawback is that it has a very small parking. I went there last Sunday and had to wait for a very long time to find a parking spot. The staff were very helpful and treated us very well. Overall, it was a nice place.

We recently hosted attended a birthday party at Oxygen Jumping in Acton, and while there were some positive aspects, the overall experience left much to be desired. Parking and Accessibility: One of the most significant drawbacks was the parking situation. The lot is quite small, making it extremely challenging to find a spot, even if you’re willing to walk 15 minutes. The location feels isolated, which adds to the inconvenience. Entry and Staff: Upon arrival, we encountered a lengthy waiting time to get inside. Once we finally made it in, we noticed that the staff seemed overwhelmed and not very attentive. It felt like they were stretched too thin to provide the level of service we expected. Facilities: On a positive note, the facilities themselves are well-maintained and nice. However, they were incredibly overcrowded during our visit, which detracted from the enjoyment. It was difficult to fully appreciate the amenities when so many people were packed into the space. Overall Experience: Given the price we paid, the experience was quite average. The combination of parking issues, long wait times, and overcrowding made it hard to recommend Oxygen Jumping for events, especially if you’re looking for a smooth and enjoyable experience. In summary, while Oxygen Jumping has potential with its facilities, improvements in accessibility, staffing, and crowd management are needed to justify the costs and enhance visitor experience.

Oxygen Freejumping is one of the worst trampoline park that I've ever visited. I really love jumping but in Oxygen you cannot jump freely. They sell more tickets that they have places for jumping. If you want to leave you clothes in a locker you must by a lucky guy becouse there are only a few lockers (because they don't have keys to many lockers). There are a lot of broken trampolines in Oxygen Freejumping. And those that are functional are not so good like in Polish Trampoline Parks. I think this pleace is very dangerous because in one hour there are so many people and sometimes they are jumping together on the same trampoline - children are jumping on the other children. And staff don't care about that. The Oxygen Freejumping is one of the worst places I've ever seen.

We went to family bounce on a Saturday morning. Despite my error in booking the wrong date, the staff sorted us out and got us into the park at 0930. It is as you would expect: a lot of trampolines with a foam pit, basketball hoops and giant air bag. It was busy but not overly so (I think the early slots are quieter) with a good ratio of staff to customers. I disagree with the other reviewers who state there are a lot of broken trampolines (there was only one) and that no safety briefing is given (one was). After 45 mins we were all exhausted and the location meant we headed to Westfield after for food. All in all, a load of fun although you will ache afterwards!

As an entertainment experience, there is a lot of potential in this concept, however the disinterested staff put paid to any notions of returning. The facilities, equally, will leave blue foam in your lungs and your washing machine. Worst, however, is the lack of any safety briefings, monitoring, or responsibility to educate and prevent users from harming themselves in what is a high risk environment. Avoid.

This place was a lot of fun. I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but basically it's just a huge room filled with trampolines. There's an upstairs which is just trampolines, they have them going up the walls as well, and then downstairs then have an obstacle course area with tight ropes and rings and a big foam pit that's quite a lot of fun. There's also the 'running down a trampoline and jumping in to a big inflated cushion' thing, which, well.. I can't really think of a better way to describe it - it's a lot of fun. I've never been to a trampoline park before, but I love a good bounce and this place more than served that purpose. They give you special socks which get all weird in the foam pit, but they help you grip whilst running around. It costs around £12.50 for an hour slot and they have a countdown, so you know how long you have left. There's no food and drink inside, but there are toilets and a water fountain and that's all you need really! So, we went on a Thursday afternoon for my friends birthday. It was quite quiet, so that really was in our favour. I would hate to go somewhere like that on a weekend because it must get SO busy in there and I can't imagine that being a lot of fun. The staff were pretty nonchalant about what they were doing and a couple of times staff barged in front of me to have a go on the particular bouncy thing I was waiting to go on, which I thought was a bit rude. But yeah, in a place were, if you landed wrong you could quite easily break something, it would be nice if they seemed a bit more concerned with what's going on rather than standing around chatting. There are some lockers out the front, but not loads, so I'm not sure how they cope on a super busy day. A lot of fun, would go back, but would never go when it was potentially very busy as I think it would be a bit shit. NB; stretch your back out first. An hour of bouncing really takes it's toll on your back and I'm VERY stiff.

I don't usually write bad reviews however after my son's recent Birthday party at Oxygen freejumping I feel I have to warn others not to do it. Firstly we paid an extortionate amount for the party - and then the room was jam packed with as many as possible piled into the jumping area. It felt very unsafe, there were bored looking teenagers dotted around but not really directing anyone. My 3 year old was kicked in the head by another child, my 8 year old came home with a bruised arm-there were too many in there, no exclusivity for our party at all. After the hour was up a whistle blew and the children were allowed to wonder out on their own. I found a few of them looking bewildered by the front entrance, some of them made it into the party room, others were left in the jumping area. Our party host nowhere to be seen. It was so irresponsible, anything could have happened to those children. I waited to speak to the manager, he was too busy helping someone find a locker key.....I'm not impressed and I'll not be going again or recommending this place to anyone.
