Nice staff and decent coffee, though pricey. Focused on flavored offerings but they're creative and not too sweet. Almost always runs out of fresh pastries/baked goods before 9:30am-- wish they would stock to match demand (they don't stock very many) and frustrating when I show up most days and they're already out

This place is pretty good. I ordered an espresso here and it was easily the worst I’ve ever had; it had lots of coffee grounds in it and was really gritty. I’ve never had an espresso this low quality and it’s my go-to drink at coffee shops, I get them all the time. Second visit here I got their House Special and it was much better. Maybe the first espresso was just an accident? Four stars for now, I’ll move up to 5 stars if they can deliver on a basic espresso next time I try.

Great place to start your day! Selection of pastries, salads, and burritos is great, plus (of course) great coffee. They always have 2 kinds of espresso blends available, don't be afraid to ask the staff about them; they're super friendly and helpful. There is abundant seating in the cafe as well as the industrial-feel roasting lab attached.

I really love OZO's. Never have I been to a coffee shop where the staff really take an interest in interacting with and getting to know their customers. Within a few days of visiting, many employees already knew my name and the type of drink I like to order. This blows my mind considering that the coffee shop is in a pretty busy office park. In addition to their amazing customer service, they also serve really delicious coffee. If you're in the area, I highly recommend taking a little detour and paying them a visit. You will not be disappointed.

Great WiFi and service. Everyone there is nice and accommodating and very personable. The sitting areas is a little small but it fits. Good place to meet or to work. I was there for 2 hours and I thought it was a good environment. Plus! If you're there long enough you can slip over next door to the brewery for a sneaky pint.

I cant say enough good things about this coffee company. Every location consistently serves quality pours with a smile . Everyone is trained properly that is on the bar. From their amazing roaster to the interesting atmosphere. You will enjoy this place!

Love their espresso ( used Isabella). Good seasonal drinks menu. Love the lavender honey espresso. Service is good and all the baristas are friendly and attentive. Good place to get the morning cup.

The staff at this location is incredible. Walking into a coffee shop where they know your name and remember your order is such a comfort during stressful weeks. They have a great food selection and everything I have tried is great. The coffee is always top tier and I have never had a bad drink in the year I've been coming here. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! They go above and beyond.

They take pride in serving the best cup of coffee in Boulder and Longmont. Buying their beans for home use is guaranteed to be delicious due to the small batch roasting this coffee business does. Hang out at one of their locations or take it to go, always delicious!

During our CO trip, this was the best coffee I had! Granted, I ordered a latte, but the flavor of espresso was amazing! My only regret was not buying beans to take home with me.

This place has great coffee. Really, some of the best I've had in recent memory. There's no need for cream or sugar or any other addtive when coffee is as smooth and flavorful as Ozo's. The location of this branch is very conveniently located to my job, the service is always good, and the apparent shared arragement for space with Upslope seems to work swimmingly. Really, the only complaint I have is that this place really needs to put prices on the items in their refrigerated display. The items can be quite expensive and I need that information to make decisions. Really, I can't be asking about every item every time I come in. Prices, please! That's the only issue. This is a great place for a morning brew. I appreciate it.

Staff is arrogant, rude and needs to deeply consider their life choices that lead them to serve coffee for a living and not take it out on paying customers. But the coffee is good.

This is my favorite chai spot in Boulder. They do everything well and prices are lower than some other shops.

I appreciate good coffee. And Ozo has GOOD coffee. As in really good coffee. I live in Austin and I ma jealous. Every time I visit Boulder I stop by Ozo. I usually ask for the house special, which is much like a Cortado. Much more flavorful than a latter but not as concentrated and bitter as an espresso shot. The zucchini chocolate bread is fantastic.

Great customer service! Staff was super friendly and made me an amazing chai! They are quick when you only have a few minutes in your work day to grab a quick coffee. The sandwiches and salads are really great for a grab N go!

The staff is friendly and the barista knows how to brew a good cup. The ambience is cool and the music groovy. What more do you need in a coffee spot? The Central location is my fave. Definitely check it out.

Consistently excellent single origin espressos, sustainable filter coffees and people. These guys are true experts in Boulder.

A lovely staff is the highlight of this Ozo location. It's the break room for the whole office park. The baristas learn our names, they ask about our dogs, they care about us and we care about them. Jesse is the house special.

All the love for Ozo Central Ave. Awesome falls short of how amazing the staff is. I could fill a book with how great they are but I won't make you read all of that. Coffee is excellent, chai is excellent, staff is excellent. You can expect the same level of service whether they're quiet or slammed. I've been there when I was outside of the door in line and got my drink in less than 15 minutes. Don't be scared if it's busy, the rock stars will make sure you're taken care of!

I'm here almost every day! Really dig the atmosphere, and management is solid. All the employees know me by name, and I've even gotten to know some of the regulars. I'm usually not a coffee drinker but I can't seem to stay away from this place. If you have an issue with your drink and let the barista know, they'll always remake it for you with no questions asked, and at no extra cost! Customer service always seems to be a priority.

Screamo music at a coffee shop? Interesting. Bad service from a grumpy barista, and awful atmosphere with the blasting music. Never again...

They added a cafe to the front of their roasting facility. Great staff and service, and the coffee and chai are excellent. To top it off, they have shared seating with Upslope!

If you love Ozo, (and if you love coffee you love Ozo) this hidden gem of a cafe at their roasting location is just the spot. Never too busy and you get to see the cool equipment they use. Great place for a sitdown with the delicious joe and pastry you're used to, without the crowd at the Arapahoe or Pearl St locations.

Ozo's is the best coffee house and most environmentally and socially responsible coffee business. This location has upped it's game as far as service goes, and it is much easier to get a seat than the Arapahoe or downtown stores since it is in an out of the way location.

I love OZO, their beans, and their employees. Great locations, great flavors, great attitudes. And they KNOW what they're talking about. Coffee is their game and right now, OZO is winning.
