"Ozone’s is a white and bright warehouse-like space a two-minute walk from Cambridge Heath, and brunch is what they do best. Expect big booths and a tonne of great options like rich lamb mince and a crispy egg on toast, or smoked fish nasi goreng. Even simpler dishes, like miso granola, are delicious at Ozone. The airy, oat-toned London Fields spot is all lofty, warehouse-like proportions and draws a crowd of young families and east London types. If you’re planning a weekend visit, know that it’s walk-in-only. But if you’re lucky—or organised—you’ll get one of the gorgeous plywood booths. The food is excellent and creative, like miso granola with turmeric pear compote, or comforting, rich lamb mince on sourdough.
