If you're searching for desserts in Easton, MD, and you're craving French pastries, this is the place to be! I went here with my friends, and we ordered crepes, citrus meringue tart, and Mont Blanc. So far, all our selections were excellent, especially the citrus meringue tart – it pairs well with blue tea from Bonheur, the restaurant next door. The only drawback is the small space with only one available table. Fortunately, Bonheur, their sister company, allowed us to sit there to enjoy the lovely desserts from P. Bordier. We decided to order tea at Bonheur, but they only had paper cups; it would be a nicer experience with real tea cups. I'm interested in trying their afternoon tea, but I hope they use real tea cups instead of paper cups. Despite that, the desserts were fantastic!

I did not know desserts could taste this good. An almost transcendent experience. If I had more money, I would have this business cater treats for any and every event. The staff was very personable, attendant, and kind.

Delectable treats and a surprise for such a small town. A must stop if passing thru - if a local get to know your server’s name because you’re coming back again and again. We’ve been twice already and I know we will be back. Crepes were good, desserts are precious and delicious. A small desert could be shared by two if you’re sensitive to rich and sweet. Bring the kids for i e cream next door and have an adult dessert here.

The establishment excluded an exquisite & delightful ambiance. Each pastry is delectable & crafted with perfection. A hidden gem in the town of Easton.

Sweet lord Almighty. Do not pass, go in and get yourself all the pastries. We got a stunning blueberry tart, and the citrus tart with the torches meringue. The pastries were RICH and so velvety - but it's not so sweet you get tired of it after a few bites. We demolished the blueberry tart in a minute, because that creamy custard with the raspberry filling, and the insanely gorgeous crust and the tart/sweet blueberries? Stunning. I swear I died and came back to life so I could eat more. The calamansi tart was also delicious, but I wish the calamansi was stronger and more tart (and had more, in general). The meringue bit was so creamy and sweet that it needed more sour from the calamansi. But I would still eat the hell out of it. I wish we'd gotten there earlier so we could have bought one of everything, but then I'd die of diabetic coma and be very very poor in the wallet.

The teeny tiny shop with almost too-perfect-looking pastries, painfully elegant boxes and frankly WTF pricing just about turned me on my heel. But I figured in for a penny in for a pound, and...WOW. The chocolate donut-ring, filled with caramel and mousse was like a giant Godiva truffle. The raspberry tart was tangy and delicate, sweet and creamy. And both were visually stunning. Absolutely worth the price.

Incredible pastries on offer for such a small town in Maryland's Eastern Shore. A must stop if you have a sweet tooth - bring the kiddos and pop next door for some ice cream and plenty of seating. Service is with a smile, in cute uniforms and - for the crepes - made to order. We look forward to coming back again and again!

Warning this is not a traditional patisserie. It's a very small shop featuring a small rotating selection of high end unusual desserts. Nothing you'd expect at a true traditional French patisserie. I've tried them all save one and they are nicely made and well conceived but fairly pricey. There is nowhere really to sit so it's basically a takeout place. Who wants to eat edible art on an iron bench outside? I frankly don't see this concept fitting in with the local folks, even the well-heeled. I'm sure if you are a fancy foreigner from dc or nyc, like the owner, this dollhouse of a store would probably be a great find. I'd rather have ice cream at the Scotsman in Oxford or Storm and Daughters one block away and support a local entrepreneur who is equally creative and whose fare is far less damaging to one's trust income.
