P. Terry's Burger Stand

I am sorry, I love this company but have given this feedback so many times I am bringing it online. For the LOVE OF GOD, please just put the dang sauce inside a lettuce wrap! Every time I get it, I beg and pleaded for them to put the sauce inside the lettuce wrap so that I can just eat like a normal person who doesn’t have a gluten intolerance. At least the last five times, even though I was assured the sauce would be inside the lettuce wrap it continues to be on the side, and when I ask about it, I am told it’s because if they put it inside the lettuce wrap, it is too messy for a client. Well, I ask you, if you were a client who really wanted sauce on their burger, but couldn’t have bread what is messier? A fully wrapped burger in lettuce that already has the sauce inside of it? Or unwrapping the sloppy lettuce, adding the sauce and trying to re-wrap it yourself? And half the time I don’t get the sauce, like tonight! Tonight I drove home the point in the drive-through and said, “would you mind repeating in front of my husband that you will not put the sauce on the side and will instead put INSIDE the lettuce wrap like you would a burger, because I do not want to order this if you will not put it inside the lettuce wrap?” To which we were promised, twice! Nope, even the receipt says on the side, which I assume is automatic. At least they got the Diet Coke right on the receipt (even though we were served a Dr Pepper). Please change this at the corporate level! Those of us with gluten intolerance spread the word when we can find an alternative like you advertise here, but it sucks when we can’t get the same ingredients others get when they can have bread. Please, I promise I am trying and failing to support this local business!

Locations I visited give mediocre service. Items always missing in orders, how hard is it to take an order and read a ticket. I have visited 6 locations out of 38 and they are the same, the fries here are terrible. I’m headed to In-N-Out next time I want a burger. All the chicken patties, bacon, sausage, veggie patties are pre cooked. They advertise they don’t have freezers, now you know why, and how the food comes out quickly. Cheap prices go along with cheap quality.

I used to live right next to this P. Terry's and definitely took it for granted. Where I am now there are two other locations closer to me and they just do not compare. This one is so fast, efficient, and they ALWAYS got my order right. I'm realizing since I stopped visiting this one that not all locations are created equal on those three fronts. The staff here is also so friendly and always puts a smile on my face. I wish every P. Terrys was up to this ones standard 🥲 (even though I will definitely not stop patronizing the other ones just for not being as reliable, it just makes me miss this one).

Good burger and great fries!! My hubby and I are from Pennsylvania and we are traveling through Texas on vacation, and we love to try new restaurants that we don't have at home. We split a burger and fries. The burger was good, juicy, and large. The fries are hand cut and probably double fried - exactly the way they should be - delicious!!

So a lot of the other P Terry's when they only have one lane open they don't just put out a sign that is on the opposite side of the driver they also put cones in the drive so you don't go into the second lane so I had said that y'all need to put a cone back there in the beginning so that people don't go into the first Lane and she was very rude and her response it was not necessary. She said oh well there is a sign. And I said well obviously I didn't see it and she's like well I don't know what to tell you there was no empathy there was no nothing there was no I'm sorry we can definitely look into something to make sure that this doesn't happen again none of that none of that people like that shouldn't be working the drive-thru like put her on the grill. So when I was driving away I noticed the sign again it's on the passenger side not the driver side and I clearly didn't see it or I wouldn't have said anything so obviously some improvement is needed. But I know that P Terry's gives better service than that and so some coaching needs to happen because I have to be very honest I almost snapped back and I'm old school

I love P. Terry's! I usually go to the location near South congress and Ben White at least multiple times a week. The food is always super fresh and affordable I eat both breakfast and lunch. Silvia is the one that usually takes my breakfast orders every morning, she is always so kind to me and she makes my day a million times better, she deserves recognition for that! I appreciate the freshness the affordability and the convenience and I will always be a supportive customer!

I have an issue with the practice of keeping my credit card out of my site and closing the window, and/or walking away with it and keeping it out of my site for several minutes. This really pisses me off. (Get a mobile point of sale system like Chic Fil A and other fast food business) It should be charged, while in sight the entire time and immediately given back, not hidden from view for several minutes, and especially not in the employees hand while they walk around the restaurant giving them ample time to capture personal info to charge for personal use later. Do better.

I had a horrific customer experience at this P. Terry’s location. I ordered two veggie burgers, one lettuce wrap and the other regular. When my partner bit into her lettuce wrap veggie burger, it ended up being a beef patty. We are vegetarian, so this was especially irritating. I went to return the burger for a veggie burger and upon arrival at the window the employee told me they could remake the burger (I had the receipt and original burger), then the drive through-boy tried to get me to leave. I told him the window-help had told me it was covered, no biggie. Soon following, they forced the window employee to pay out of pocket in order for us to receive our correct order. SHAME on P. Terrys! Forcing an employee to pay for a burger that the cooks made a mistake on.

These guys kill. Even when its crowded, these guys kill. Can't recommend enough fr. 85 character limit

Of all the P Terry's I've been to this place has the tightest drive through and parking lot. It's easy to bend a fender in this tight loop. Nonetheless, for six dollars the double cheeseburger was well worth the wait. I just wish they had onion rings.

love p Terrys and the taste of their sandwiches but what a flop this dear location is! I requested ranch, I paid for ranch, ranch was on my order and listed on the receipt yet I recieved none, absolutely nothing! Absolutely shocking foul play. Cheers!

Messed up my whole order. Burger was made wrong, missed my extra special sauce that I asked for, and my milkshake that I asked for. Both people taking my order in the drive thru could not understand what I wanted even when I corrected them multiple times. By far the worst experience I've ever had at a p terrys, which I very disappointing because it's one of my favorites.

Oh the long term joy that P. Terry's has provided me with. I recall my first chicken burger from their S. Lamar location that became my obsession. Many years have passed since I called Austin home but one thing that stays with me is my love of P. Terry's and on several recent business trips to ATX I've been able to grab lunch from the Ben White/S. Congress location and it is just as good as I remember it having always been. This location is a drive-thru only set-up that offers double ordering lanes. Easily accessible from the Ben White service road, P. Terry's offers quick and easy in-and-out for your lunch rush allowing for access back onto S. Congress by cutting through the neighboring gas station. Then menu is pretty straight forward: burgers, chicken sandwiches, and veggie burgers but what I really dig are the customization options, again few but mighty. My go to: A #5 on a wheat bun, add pickles, grilled onions, and jalapenos. Service has always been fast and friendly at this location, even when there's a bit of a line the team here keeps it moving and they are always more than accommodating (and accurate) when it comes to customized orders. Short and sweet, this P. Terry's location has become a go-to spot for a grab n' go lunch when work has me back in Austin and I look forward to many a return visit to get a #5 while in town.

I ordered dinner here in the drive through tonight & enjoyed it. Esperanza was working the drive through line & she was not only hard working, but also very friendly and personable as well. As for the food, it was solid. Their fries were delicious and the burger was freshly made as well. Prices are reasonable too.

I swear this P Terry's is a prime example of racing whataburger to the bottom. I have had my order done wrong so many times here that i have resorted to going to in n out for a quality burger that is made how i pay for it to be made. I swear its like Whataburger and P Terry's what to be known for not being as solid as In n Out is.

I've heard a lot about P. Terry's and was always told to try it when in Austin because it's usually the late night spot to go... but I was disappointed :( I did really enjoy how it was open late but the inside was closed so we had to eat our food in the car and on the benches outside. The Cheeseburger was nothing special and very mediocre - would much rather have an In N Out burger for a cheaper price or any other fast food joint. They are very generous with fries though and they were pretty good! The Lemonade was also not bad. Overall, very average fast food & a little disappointed because the expectation was so high. Probably won't come back unless nothing else is open late at night.

P Terry's .... well they definitely have speed and food is on another level at this location. Craving the and I was hungry... They fixed my hunger burger and fries on a Saturday night. The burger was hot the fries were hot. The staff got my order out fast and accurate. The price was just right. I was very pleased with this visit. If in the area again I WILL stop in as they definitely can fix hunger and cravings. Thank you for being in the right place at the right time! We need one in OKC! P Terry's is usually always good, but this is the 2nd time at this location in Austin that they add a stupid amount of Salt And Pepper . This was absolutely Disgusting all that black is pepper.

Sorry, there's my bag. That's all I took a photo of. Why? Because I 1. Always get my burgers here lettuce-wrapped (because why NOT skip the extra calories on the buns here- I tried them bunned initially but was underwhelmed & probably never would have come back here, and the lettuce wrap also makes it hard to operate a camera since I need both hands to hold the burger together), and 2. I went paleo & this local spot was on some paleo blogger food-maps for Austin due to the grass fed meat & lettuce-wrap options. Thankfully I came back & tried the double, lettuce wrapped with no cheese, all the veggies (don't forget to add onion, picke & jalapeños if you want to kick it up a notch)... and I fell in love! The veggies are all fresh af & the fries are fresh cut & excellent too. Food is always fast & generally as-ordered, and I always get some extra "special sauce" (aka ketchup, mayo & relish) on the side- makes a great fry dip too. Their milkshakes & OJ are also very yummy, my mom (picky strawberry milkshake fanatic) approves! The oatmeal cookies are also always fresh & a big hit with my son, as are the complementary dog treats for my fur babies when they're cruising with us!

We love P. Terry's. The burgers are simple and classic. The ingredients are fresh and local. This means we can eat a burger and not feel like crap afterwards. The French fries are always hit or miss based on the cook, time of day, etc. they can be a bit softer, or rock hard, or anywhere in between. It's definitely their most inconsistent cook experience. The milkshakes are a treat every now and again and they're always perfect and classically simple. All in all, there's really nothing bad to say. If you want a burger and fries and you've been going to in-n-out or whattaburger then you're going to LOVE p. Terry's. This location is my very first p Terry's. We have fond memories of trying to walk up to the drive through and being turned away to then promptly run across the street home and drive back only to park and get out and eat on the back of the car. We love you P Terry's

I picked up a double cheeseburger combo meal. When I bit into the burger after I got home, my mouth was immediately on fire! Jalapenos!!! I do not like hot or spicy food; my body cannot tolerate hot or spicy food. Yet, here is this burger - hot and m'f-N spicy! This has happened to me (and my daughter (and my daughter) before resulting in wasted food thrown in the trash. Listen folks...you P Terry workers: whether you wear gloves or not, if you handle jalapenos and don't change your gloves or wash your hands, you are going to transfer that hot & spicyness to whatever you touch whether you put jalapenos on it or not! You can't even touch your face or eyes after handling jalapenos without it burning so what makes you think you can prepare food with an assembly line of people cross-contaminating and mixing foods that people have not requested OR WORSE may be allergic to???!!! The upside is I called them as soon as I got home and they offered a refund and the gentleman was very polite on the phone. I was happy and somewhat shocked that they even answered the phone, especially so close to closing. I've yet to collect my refund but I appreciate how they handled my complaint.

Drive thru heaven here at P. Terry's especially when other burger spots (or chicken burger spots) down the highway are super busy and lacking in local flavor. With 2 drive thru lanes that are (seemingly) always open when I come is pretty sweet too and cuts down on wait time. Orders are made-to-order so if you have a little wait time that is okay! Your food will come out piping hot and delicious - trust me. My order is always accurate and the nice teenagers who come out and greet me after taking my order are always nice & fast. Be ready with your card or cash after you order as they are going to be right there at your window ready for payment. Cookies are delicious and always $1 and pair very very nicely with a shake. Check out their Shake of the Month (small sign under the drive thru speaker) as they always have great and unique seasonal flavors.

TLDR: If you're passing by and you've got a hankerin' for a good old-fashioned hamburger, this is the spot for you. I'm a fan of P. Terry's and this is one of my favorite locations. This spot has a very retro feel with the architecture, the neon, and the drive-through focus. The standout here is the service - whether high schoolers or veteran P.T. workers, they've always been upbeat, smiling, and great about getting your made-to-order food to you promptly. As for the food, here's the best way to describe it: I invited a friend from California to try a bite of the double-meat hamburger and he immediately said, "That's just like In-N-Out!" So, if you've tried INO and like it, you'll like P. Terry's. If you prefer a thicker burger or one with a brioche bun, then there are other spots in town. Make mine a double cheeseburger from PT! This place scores a 4 out of 5 on the 'CTJ Scale', as noted below. 5 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Jesus good. Would be OK passing away after finishing a plate here. 4 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Mary good. Would be OK being seen eating here by Mother Mary. 3 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Joseph good. Would be OK having a beer here with Jesus' Dad. 2 out of 5 stars: Come-to-the-Apostles good. Meh. Wouldn't have my last supper here. 1 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Nobody good. I wouldn't have my penultimate supper here, either.

Major shout out to their veggie burger which I tried this week for the first time. Wow, is it delicious and of course the fries and lemonade are darn good too. Anytime I have been there, there has been a line, but the food is worth the wait, plus it gives me more time to listen to my podcasts!

This is my local P. Terrys and I cannot recommend it enough. Even after I moved closer to a different P. Terrys I still come to this one. It's the best. I've never had a bad burger here, everything always tastes so fresh and delicious. The employees are super nice and always positive. The line moves fast. Honestly I love this place. I feel like the burgers are made with care lol. Thank you P. Terrys

Stopped by to pick up lunch to go, 2 burgers, fries, drinks, strawberry milkshake and a cookie. Service was quick and accommodated our last minute requests for the milkshake and cookie at the window. The burgers were really good, taste like one you'd grill up at home. The fries were...different...still can't make up my mind if I liked them the way they were cut and cooked. But obviously didn't hate them since I finished them off. They were cut thin but weren't overly crispy. The lemonade was delicious. I was hoping for fresh strawberries in the milkshake but I think it was a syrup (not 100%) but it was really good still. The oatmeal cookie was really big and only a dollar, worth it to finish off your meal.

I was very disappointed to learn as someone who is plant based that P Terry's veggie burger includes the ingredients cheese and egg. I love supporting local businesses that offer plant based alternatives, and wish they would consider replacing these with dairy free alternatives. Burger King even has more options and that's a pretty low bar to beat. I felt the need to write this review because it's not that transparent unless you look online. Other than that I have always had great service at P Terrys and don't have anything negative to say on that end.

I never thought I would enjoy a veggie burger as much! I always missed the experience of going through a drive thru and getting a burger as a vegetarian. But P terrys burger was delicious and so affordable. The veggie patty and the fries was one of the best!

Just tried for the first time through DoorDash and had to leave a review after seeing that god awful review saying In N Out is better. First off this place wraps their burgers properly so they stay warm, fries are better, spread is better, burger is bigger and tastes better, and their milkshake taste homemade unlike In N Out which tastes like a machine McDonald's milkshake. I am from the north east with no biased to In N Out. If you want a good burger, fry, and shake for a good price I would HIGHLY recommend this place over the insanely overrated In N Out any day of the week.

I have now been living in Austin for 18 months now and have been seeing these P. Terry's Burger Stand all over. Never been in one until I won a $25 gift card. Finally, I went. Glad I did. Delicious. Double burger with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes. I always ask for onions to be added. Fries and coke. Solid meal. The burger is very tasty. Melted cheese; yummy. A very balanced level of ingredients. Bread to meat to cheese to veggies. Damn good. Fries are really good. Thin julienne cut. Cooked crispy to perfect. What impresses me about P. Terry's Burger Stand is service. At this location always outstanding. Its a combination of high school kids with adults. They are always friendly. Have a smile. Thank yous and everything else to make a happy customer. P. Terry's Burger Stand is perfect for a quick meal. Around $8 for a fresh double burger with cheese, fries, and coke. CC friendly. Dog friendly. Always offer my Stella Blue a treat. Awesome. Thank you for being open during these hard times.

P. Terry's Burger Stand shakes and burgers really hit the spot after a night of drinking!Fast and friendly drive through. The vintage-inspired aesthetic reminds me of a 1950s burger joint. I had the caramel shake, and the soft serve and caramel were so thick and creamy it didn't want to go up through the straw. Grab yourself a nice spoon. And those burgers... Perfectly-priced and really tasty!

While vacationing in Austin, my family noticed a number of billboards advertising P. Terry's as "Texas' secret," which put it on our must-try list. One neat thing is that every location seems to boast its own unique and imaginative architecture. The one we went through was a drive-they only location with no indoor seating, but there were places to park as well as a couple picnic tables to eat at outdoors. The drive-thru had two lanes, but it wasn't busy when we arrived so only one was open. They were reasonably quick and efficient in preparing our order. The food was delicious!! Lots in common with In and Out, though their fries are more shoestring style (and the best fries I've enjoyed in awhile!!). The lemonade was also refreshing and the chocolate oatmeal cookie was HUGE-- my mom and I had to split it. They managed the perfect mix of chewy and crisp, which is hard to pull off. And only $1! We stopped back again to buy more cookies for the road before leaving the Austin area. Next time I'll be sure to buy one of their t-shirts cuz let me say: I'm a fan!! If we move out here, P Terry's will definitely be a regular vice of mine.

There is no shortage of good burgers in Austin so I was excited to try this place. I ordered a cheeseburger with pickles and onions on a wheat bun and a side of fries. They make the food so dang fast you will not have to wait for a minute in the drive thru. I tried to be healthy by ordering the wheat bun but I think that was a mistake because it was a little dry and didn't really conform to the burger. Everything else about the toppings and burger itself was delicious. I don't think much more would have fit between the buns with the cheese, mayo, lettuce, tomato, pickle, onions, and ketchup. You can also imagine how messy this was but worth every bite and crumbled napkin to wipe my hands off. The bag of fries is enough to feed 2-3 people but I managed to eat almost all of it by myself. They were a little too greasy so they got hard pretty fast when the grease soaked up into the fries. Nice one-of-a-kind Austin establishment perfect for any burger craving day or night.

Love P Terry's , food and culture , perfect package. I was very excited for this burger stand odor in gin our neighborhood however the quality of the food is not as expected. Fries are really salty and multiple times had an issue with my order. Anyway I trust you guys are gonna better service that's why I'm giving you 5 stars.

For how cheap it'a good , but no outside seating even kinda made me sad‍ And the meat was so thin, I had it wrapped in lettuce and I had more lettuce then meat cheese and onions combined. Didn't feel like driving extra 5 minutes to in & out but next time will drive instead

I got stuck in a lane they had just closed after waiting in the drive thru for over 20 mins. They refused to take my order and ignored me. If you know this location, it is tough to go back especially when cars pile up behind you which makes reversing impossible. There were probably another 2 cars behind me that had the same issue. Did I decide to stay and wait again in line? No. I went to In-n-Out.

First time at P Terry's and I am impressed! I was hesitant to come before because I wasn't sure if they could lettuce wrap a burger for me so glad I looked online and on r/keto to make sure! He burger was a little messier than I had expected, but it was delicious. I had hem do a double burger and single cheese ( I'm not a sure fan of American cheese) and it came out perfect. The mix of onions tomatoes and their secret sauce was a great complement to the overall flavor. I will totes be going back to this location as the staff is so friendly and helpful. Also, it is easy to get in and out of that location as well. Well done P Terry's for helping out the carb conscious people!

My last trip to Austin was for work and I noticed all these P Terry's popping up and the street I was on actually had 3 locations! So, of course I had to try it and see why and how they are opening so many locations. Don't be fooled y'all, when they say it's a stand they mean it! There is no seating, the whole place is a drive through, and there is not a picnic table like Sonics for you to eat at or spots for you to park at either. We were passing through on our way home from Fredericksburg and wanted to stop in and eat but ended up eating in the car due to no seating. With that being said, the burgers are supposed to fresh, Whole Foods quality, and their aim is to do right what fast food is doing wrong while still being fast. Does that make sense? If not look up the Pterry history that started with a married couple and is now expanding to San Marcos area. The burgers are pretty cheap and I was able to finish a whole one and didn't hate myself afterwards. I can never finish a whataburger and I still feel disgustingly full afterwards. The shake was really good and the fries are ok. I felt that they could be crispier but they are fresh fries.

This place really makes me think of In-n-Out Burger with its limited menu, cheap burgers and fresh fries. PTBS buildings look like buildings from the 1950s. Each location on the website looks unique. The chicken burger was good, but was a bit bland. It reminded me of the turkey burgers from Costco. My daughter liked the burger and fries. I like the fact that this place was busy, but they worked two drive thru lines at a good rate. PTBS has locations all over Austin. I would probably visit PTBS again if they came to Houston, but I would not rank them above Whataburger.

Drive through local Austin burger joint. Note, when they get busy there are two different lines (yes please use them so we can all get food faster). I think the burgers are great - no hormone, no antibiotic, vegetarian fed beef. Chicken burger are also house made patties, good but I'd pick the veggie over the chicken. The veggie burger (not vegan) is exceptional (my favorite in town). You can also get your onions or jalapenos grilled if you want. Also a big fan of the lemonade. French fries are fairly thinly cut Idaho potatoes (skin on) - no trans or hydrogenated oils used here. They're still a bit on the oily side as they cool (but really good). They're open late at this location too!

Stopped here for a veggie burger and fries. I couldn't believe the price for the veggie burger, less than $4. Overall it was a good burger for the price point, the only drawback was the patty was pretty mushy. The French fries were really tasty, thin, and well cooked and were also a steal at less than $2 for a rather large portion. The staff were friendly and overall I'm very thankful to have a convenient, fast food option for grabbing a veggie burger, as this does not happen often.

Standard P Terry's menu with same quality and service. Note this location is drive-through only with no seating. If you walk-up, they'll take your order, but you'll be precariously perched on a ledge among their motor traffic--much like one of their servers. I'd hate to be their underwriter. This part of town is booming with adjacent high-rise condos and medical facilities. It would be Austin cool if P. Terry's could come up with a less perilous way to service foot traffic via a walk-up window or simply from one of the several empty parking spaces. It seems pretty pointless to drive one block just to satisfy their customer service model.

Great fast food burger made with fresh ingredients. French fries are cut daily by hand! Cookie are deliciousand the burgers are always great. Check out their milkshakes of the month, they usually have done great, different flavors like red velvet, chocolate peanutbutter, and cinnamon toast crunch.

Wow! This little stand was pretty busy on a Thursday night at 9p. I have never seen a P. Terry's before and while I don't usually go to chain restaurants, I figured I'd give their burgers a shot. When we first pulled up, I noticed that their burgers were very reasonably priced. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and was not disappointed in the least. The burger was delicious and although it looked small, it really filled me up and I actually was unable to eat all of it, which was such a shame. The staff at P. Terry's was really nice and got us our order immediately. This location is a drive thru only and was a tad confusing getting into it that we had to circle, but we figured it out. The line seemed long, but the staff was pushing out orders that the wait actually wasn't too long.

I understand businesses are understaffed but last night we tried to get burgers at 1:45am. Their sign says they're "open late until 3am!" The manager lied to my face and said "we have a system with our problem." If you would've just said we don't have any more burgers or something more honest it would've been fine. Don't shut down before your hours say so. Offices can't do that so restaurants shouldn't either...

P terry's is one of the best burgers in town ... of course in my opinion. I personally think it is tough to beat a Whataburger double meat cheese burger but P Terry's gets pretty close. The ingredients here are fresh. I love that at this particular location they have huge windows that look directly into the kitchen and I can see my burger being made. I can see then also cutting up the veggies and taking the whole potato and putting them into the fry cutting machine. It some how gives me a sense of peace and satisfaction being able to see the process ... nothing to hide here. The burger itself is so good and cheesy. It is juicy and simply delicious. The fries here are a little different than most places, but I am definitely a fan. They taste like they are fried in a good oil or something. I like that they have the skins too. Oh and if you haven't tried their fresh squeezed lemonade you are missing out! Get it with your meal! FYI - on Friday and Saturday nights this location is open super late ... like 3 am.

I mean, just a great burger that's not expensive at all and is exactly what you're looking for. Can't go wrong with this staple. Good prices, good food, and somewhere you can eat fairly often without getting tired of it.

I don't understand why you have insisted upon your order takers and food delivers to not read back the full order, I've had discussions with your employees the last two times I've been there and they say it's the new policy. If a custom order is messed up over and over, why would you insist on people not re-reading the order? Their fries are the best things going for them, they do use Angus, and they are local, and they do do a lot of philanthropy... but a restaurant in America that doesn't have cheddar cheese for a hamburger is a bit crazy to me. And when I ask for no cheese and you put the worst type of cheese in the world on there (repeatedly), it makes me not want to come back ever again.

We haven't been eating out as much, and when we have, we tend to stick around the Southpark Meadows area, but last night we decided to pick up P. Terry's because I felt like enjoying a traditional homestyle burger. Then I remembered how much I used to enjoy picking up veggie burgers from here for lunch. I ordered online for the first time, and I recommend it if you're like me and panic when you get to the drive through, feeling an irrational internal pressure to decide and not take too long, haha. Or maybe that's just my issue? Ordering online was great especially for this pandemic era because you can just pay online, and pick up your food. You give them your name at the speaker, and your order is brought out to you by their awesome employees. I've always noticed great customer service at this location. The Veggie burger was good as always. I like to add pickles to it. My husband got the double w/cheese , and we were intrigued with the new crispy chicken burger we noticed online, so we got one to share. I almost accidentally ordered the regular chicken burger but caught it before I submitted . Husband thought the chicken burger was "alright", and I liked it because I actually really enjoy chicken burgers. I usually go for spicy chicken burgers so next time I should add jalapeños to it. Anyway, I was impressed with the capabilities of ordering online at P. Terry's, and glad to have checked it out after being away for over a year. Did you know they're open until 3am! So if you get a midnight craving, or are pregnant, keep that in mind ;) I know I will.

Every time I go here the people are friendly line is long but you are not in it for long. Burgers are great! Have only had them mess my order up once. Love this place!!!

Got home to find my burger poorly wrapped. The lettuce and tomorrow were in the bottom of the bag UNDER the ketchup packets. How does that even happen? It tasted good but prob would have been better w the veggies I paid for. UPDATE: been to PTerry's multi times since and every time good service and good food. I think it was the late night crew that was just tired last time (midnight 290 Ben White crew).
