Worst, and I mean surprisingly worst French fries I've ever seen and I travel the country for work. They were weirdly wrinkled, like a few percentage dehydrated or something weird. With zero salt. Just bad. Burger was meh. So im surprised this franchise made it 20 years. I've seen the weird looking locations but it looks like this will be my only visit.

Enjoyed a P Terry’s double cheeseburger combo yesterday! First time…but certainly not the last! Went through drive through on way to work and spent under 3 minutes from order to delivery. Napkins, condiments, a hot food was delivered by a smiling employee. Great jumpstart to my workday! Cheeseburger came exactly as requested and fries were HOT and salted perfectly. My drink held the requested amount of ice and had the right amount of carbonation. Fantastic “in and out” location (food WAY better than In and Out though). I love the vibrancy of the building presentation. Even the parking lot (not that I had time in drive through to examine) was impeccable! That’s my gauge…no pride in parking lot, no pride in food. Glad they welcomed me with open arms immediately when I pulled in for a bite. SO glad I gave it a try!!

Went for the first time with our family and a bunch of kiddos (lol) after just watching Minecraft at the movies - the person taking our order (Angelo - reddish hair) was patient with us and was even sweeter at the window! Thank you for offering needed condiments and extra napkins for the kiddos. As for the food: Everything was fresh and tasted AMAZING! Will be returning soon!!!!!! Thank you P. Terry

I had P. Terry’s for the first time today while visiting Round Rock from Houston. We don't have these there but I'd say the only other fast food burger joint to compare it to would be In-N-Out. P. Terry's beats In-N-Out by a mile. The burger patties are thick and juicy (that's what she said) and the fries were really good too. I ordered a double cheese burger combo with peach tea. Their fries weren't salty so if you want them to be, ask for extra salt. I also got their spicy special sauce on the side and I'd probably get it on the burger next time. The drive thru lady and guy at the window were nice and enthusiastic when taking my order and giving the order. I saw previous reviews of people saying they're rude or upset you can only go through the drive thru but honestly it was fast for us. Oh, and you can't beat a GOOD double cheese burger combo meal for $9.60 per person anywhere. Definitely 10/10 would recommend.

This was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. We parked and order from the window. The fries were like small tree barks, tasted like shoe lace which I’ve never had a shoelace in my life. But I think it would taste like p. Terry’s fries. Burger was ok. 3 star is for shakes. The shakes are always good.

Update: This burger place has become my family's favorite! They have improved in two ways, 1. Consistency, even with my family ordering burgers with different toppings, orders have been accurate every time. 2. Fries are better, they are not super crispy but have good flavor and are salted well. I also really appreciate being able to order online and have it ready when I arrive. Employees are respectful and pleasant. Prices are very reasonable and food is much better quality than other chain burger restaurants. Original: Better than Mc'Ds but normal burger and fries. They are missing some toppings, BBQ sauce, but it's good and quick to get food. I will say, check your order, they aren't great at adjusting it you add or subtract toppings and some times forget requested ketsup packets.

Omg! The veggie burger these guys have! Something to die for!! It’s so so so amazing! I visited Austin and this was the first meal I had. It was so good. They have a drive through and the waiting lines are really miles long! But it’s worth the wait! :) I was in Austin for 10 days. I had their meal pretty much alternate day! Haha!

Always a Must-Stop! P. Terry's is always a must when we're near one! This time, we ordered through DoorDash to our hotel at Kalahari Resort, and the experience was great--quick delivery, and the food was still warm when it arrived. What We Ordered: * 2 Double Cheeseburgers * Chicken Tenders * Fries * Soda Food Quality & Experience The burgers were delicious--juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. The fries were tasty with a perfect crisp. The chicken tenders were worth getting on their own--crispy, tender, and well-seasoned. Even the soda was great--nice and bubbly! Final Thoughts The prices are unbeatable for the quality of food you get, and honestly, there's nothing bad to say about the experience. Whether dining in or getting it delivered, P. Terry's never disappoints! Highly recommend!

I had some family friends come in from out of town. Naturally after a roadtrip people are hungry, it was about 9:30 when they arrived so we went to grab food for everybody. They wanted a local spot. We pull up at 9:50 tell them it is going to a kinda large order 9 sandwiches and fries and drinks. Order everything is great When we get to the window I notice it's a cashier we had had before and he usually gives attitude like he's better than the job he's at. Lo and behold guess what he does when we get to the window. The same old catty better than this job attitude. We asked him for a drink holder and starts to mutter something under his breath. We ask him what he said and starts to act surprised we called him out on his behavior. He then has a problem the rest of the time and walks away. I won't be retuning to this location and you definitely need to handle that guy. He had like blonde highlights in his hair and wore glasses, had pretty crazy 5 o'clock shadow.

Texas' version of In-n-Out and they have chicken too. No dining in. Oreo shake was good. I ordered cookies but they didn't hear me, so didn't get any :( Burgers were good, fries were good - actually edible compared to innouts. Would eat at again. Cool retro vibes. Staff were nice.

Fast and fresh food. Easy menu to choose from. Their fries are great. I always choose drive through, so not sure about the interior.

got my order wrong so I went up to ask if they could remake it. They handed me back the same burger. ridiculous it's a burger .

We were told this cool burger joint is the In & Out of Texas. The fries are delicious, and the burgers are decent, albeit not as good as In & Out. Their Lakeway location patio views are amazing. Staff did not greet anyone entering and it took some time to catch someone's attention to place an order at the counter. This location appears to be the local high school hang out and the staff seemed a bit put off by it.

It has become the closest P Terry's close to my place and every time I go it's always efficient, my order is accurate, burguer and fries are on point and the staff is friendly. Keep it up guys!

Never go to this location after seven..the quality just isn't good..you're given other people's orders..burgers are sloppy and thrown together..like the staff would rather be somewhere else on a Saturday night..wish I could give 0 stars

Terrible. Stale fries. Cold bun. Hate that I wasted calories here. Love that they offer jalapeños but this location has been consistently shitty unfortunately. If only in n out offered jalapeños.... Whataburger is seriously better than burgers at this location. No passion. No pride in their work. 3 strikes in a row. No more. Damn shame.

I'm glad this location finally opened in Round Rock and super cool design! It was fun watching it be built and now the drive-thru experience like going through a forest... A red forest. They could even be flowers but whatever the giant red things are they are super cool! Perfectly located right off the interstate with fast and courteous service. I usually get through the drive through line in about 10 minutes. The double cheeseburger is all you need to fill up and hit the spot!

I'm going to give this place 4 stars. Not because the burgers are the most amazing. Just a step above average fast food burgers. Their fries are very good and fresh cut. Not old frozen processed fries like most. 3 of us got combo meals for $23 and felt we got a good value. Very nice service , very clean and meal was hot and fresh. 1st visit, but will be back

Right down the road from Round Rock Sports Center, this location is perfect for picking up a fast meal in-between games! I needed a fast lunch and they got me thru the line in no time! The staff was pleasant and the food was great!

Solid ass burger this is what In n out used to be.. You can taste the quality ingredients. Coming from California this is better than majority of the burger spots out west. The service could've been better but I didn't come for the service I came for the burger didn't disappoint.

Really good on the weekdays, but crappy on the weekends. Someone should really check on this weekend crew. Before it was always the person taking the order missing stuff so now I always ask to repeat my order, but lately it's the cook that keeps screwing up!

I don't usually write reviews for fast food chains but in case there is any arguments as to which burger joint is better in the Austin area...P.Terry's is definitely the better choice (my opinion of course) :). I tried a few (those the we don't have in Miami) and P.Terry's by far was the best one that I tried. Maybe it was the location...maybe i was hungry, but their burgers and fries tasted fresh and natural. This will definitely be my go to fast food when I'm here.

My first time at P. Terry's and I'm not likely to go back. We were in the drive thru at least 20 minutes. Got two cheese burgers, two fries and drinks. I liked the bun on the burger but that was about it. The patty was quite small and tasteless. I had hopes for the fries but opened the bag and it looked like a clump of potatoes. They were a mushy greasy mess. Best part of our order was the dog treats. Thanks for those.

I like me some P Terrys but today it lacked hugely the drive thru was slow as was service and then they forgot my jalapeños on my hamburger. The double lanes were not efficient 5-6 cars came and went to us waiting in line. I finally asked where our food was if it wasn't for us asking he would of just stood there. I'm not coming back to this location. Too bad too since they are off of freeway this will be huge Let down for whoever tries them out.

I ordered delivery thru Caviar (Doordash sister company). I went for: * double cheeseburger w/ special sauce, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and bacon * crispy chicken burger, make it spicy * 3 oatmeal chocolate chip cookies Both burgers were great, they were hot, the cheese was melted, no toppings were missing, honestly no complaints. And the chicken patty was actually crispy! They were very satisfying especially for the price I paid. I mistakenly forgot to get fries which I still regret but hey I don't think my body needed that anyways. I got 3 cookies because they were $1 each and CLEARLY as a New Yorker, I forgot that everything is bigger is Texas. These cookies are huge and I would have been fine with just one. So now I am in abundance of delicious treats. For burgers under $5 and these gigantic cookies for $1 this is a really great deal and I'd definitely reorder. Glad my experience wasn't the same as a lot of the lower reviews here.

I like P.Terrys because they are consistent. I've never had a bad burger there, and my order is always correct. Friendly staff & always a treat for my pup!

First stop at the location. Drive thru only. Food was great everything was cooked to perfection fries were fresh and tasted good. Staff was efficient and friendly. Drive thru was fast but really no location to stop and eat.

Best quick burger place in or around Austin. Way better than In n Out Burger. Very affordable which is nice.

Came on a Friday at 2 pm. Only 1 drive through lane open, took almost 15 minutes to go through the line. Short staffed? Growing pains? Not sure, but sure so hope they pick up the pace in the future. Food was good

Best fast food burgers in Austin Area! As a Gluten Free person they do lettuce wrap burgers the best. Fries are always fresh and never to salty. Also best price for a full meal!! Service has always been kind and never been more than a 10 minute wait in line, 5 max at the window.

The drive thru service took over 30 mins even though they were not very busy. The got our orders wrong. Suppose to be no jalapeños, but they added them on there. My family couldn't even eat the food.

I would give every other location 4-5 stars but avoid this one, especially at night. Very slow service and inaccurate orders.

Most shitty service I ever had. They messed up my order 3 times in one visit. It took 39 minutes and they still didn't get my order right. And I got screwed out of a burger. When the manager wouldn't fix my order I said I would complain and she said go ahead like she couldn't get fired. Will never go back again. The people taking the orders don't listen too well.

Just like every other business, they don't hire or train properly and the employees couldn't complete my very simple order for door dash. Missing an entire burger. Is it that hard to train your employees to read a receipt and check the bag?!

Not a burger nut by any stretch,but if one of these was closer to dallas- I might be converted! cheesebuerger,fries,and I.B.C. root beer-o yeah...3 hour roadtrip I guess is doable now and then,but please come to Dallas!

I went to this location on 10/12/2022 @ 1:15 on my lunch break. I ordered food for my wife and I. After ordering a woman told me my order total would be $19.21. I get to the window handed the woman my debit card to pay and she says my total again $19.21. She asked "Do you need a receipt?" In which I replied "No." I get my order and noticed a receipt on the bag with the same amount totaling $19.21. I checked my statement on my account and the total was different $23.05. I didn't have time to check on the issue but I'm sure the woman overcharged me. I have the receipt and my statement which I will provide in this review. The server on the ticket who took my money is named Maria. Maria stole from me. I can't see myself visiting any of these franchises again after today. I want my money back! I will be speaking with someone who can do something about this. That server should not be employed at any location.

Holy crap I've never in my life seen such a mismanaged business in a great looking building. Order takeout ahead of time and they "lost" my order when I got there. Then sat and waited 15 minutes while the drive through lane was catered for them to get me a regular burger and fries. First and last time here for me.

Got my order wrong i don't know how you can do that when i order a plain and dry cheeseburger and theres only 4 things on the menu. Girl was disrespectful and rude had a horrible attitude and told me i was wrong and i said a number 3. place is so dumb never been so angry with a fast food drivethru server. So dissapointed

Hello P.Terry Burgers Stand . I am so disappointed on how my crispy chicken burger tasted , and not just that but the way my drink as well .

This place by far has to be the worst place I've ever got a burger from the service down to the disgusting burgers we got. Spent 30 bucks on 3 burgers and everyone of the burgers were wrong and just not good. I will never eat at this place again and anyone I know or see going there I will advise against it. NO STARS

There was an issue with my order (I realized it was my fault after the fact), and the manager helped correct it. Great customer service!
