Pablo’s Bar is the perfect place to enjoy real Goan vibes. They have a good variety of drinks, and the surprising part is how tasty the food is! We ordered Hot Chicken Chilly and Korean Chicken Wings — both were really delicious. The flavors were spot on. It’s a great spot whether you’re with family or friends. If you’re looking for a local bar with good vibes, this place is a must-try. Definitely planning to visit again!

Recommended to me by a friend and it does give a proper bar vibes, not fancy, not too much decoration, very mininaly beautiful. The cocktails have variety and are amazing, especially the local Goan cocktails. Food menu isn't vast but that's a bar for you. Do approach the bartender for recommendations and he will definitely be able to awe you

Love everything about this! On our trip this time from Dehradun we decided to skoot by and were a little surprised at how this place has changed from few years back. But the vibe is still the same. It’s one of those few places from an older Goa time that are left and preserving that atmosphere!

Pablos was absolutely an incredible recommendation from my friend. Fell in love with the place. The vibe, the alcohol, the food, all of it- top class. Bonus points for cutie dogs lying around looking like they were the ones drinking. Must haves - Kokum curry cocktail and the Piccante. I mean they both blew our minds. We had the last piccante they had in stock and I still think of that nice spicy drink. Their chorizo fries and butter garlic prawns were awesome. Even the nachos were tasty and filling. It's one of those iconic places you do not want to miss. The owners are super sweet and the staff will even recommend stuff if you ask.
