"Pachamama Cafe is part of the Pachamama Coffee Cooperative, a fully farmer-owned coffee company. The cafe aims to connect Sacramento consumers directly to Pachamama’s farmer-owners. It will offer espresso-based menus such as lattes and drip coffee, as well as seasonal specials like the cooperative’s maple brûlée latte. The cafe reflects a direct buying model that benefits both consumers and producers by reducing costs associated with negotiators and middle-buyers." - Paolo Bicchieri

Needed a pick-me-up before grocery shopping. Great espresso. Pastries looked good too. Extremely friendly counter staff. Cute shaded patio outside. I'll be back for one of those chocolate cheese muffins!

Coffee was hot and we enjoyed the taste although we do like a darker roast. Was nice to have the oat meal option to ad into our coffee. Staff were friendly and the treats looked good although we did not try them. There cold brew is cool the way it is made and I imagine it tastes quite yummy!

The Co-op (SNFC) has a new Cafe or Pachamama Coffee. They serve great, reasonably priced coffee and pastries. The pastries are baked on site at the Sacramento Natural Foods Cooperative. My only suggestion: please stop charging a 3.5% card processing fee at your POS system. It’s not cool! I may as well buy my pastries from the SNFC where they don’t charge any card processing fees at their checkout tills.

Pachamama Coffee is a farmer-owned roaster known for ethically sourced, high-quality beans. They offer diverse roasts and origins, ensuring a delicious cup that aligns with your taste preference. Customers appreciate their commitment to sustainability through shade-grown and organic beans. Overall, Pachamama is a great choice for quality coffee that prioritizes both taste and ethical sourcing.

This cafe is a bit messy and disorganized. I’ve been a few times since the opening and i have not seen much improvement. The staff is not very hospitable. I was in line once and the guy with the dark hair finished chatting w a patron in line before me. Once they finished their conversation he just walked away from the counter without acknowledging me. My order was taken by another barista who happened to notice me standing there for a while.

Probably one of the stronger espresso's I've had on the entire West coast. Very attractive and friendly baristas.

1st time customer, bought coffee beans for home use, was given a free cup of coffee for buying beans which helped change my mind about them (I started at the location inside Sacramento Food Co-Op but was told I had to go to the location on 20th if I wanted beans only?)
