Pachamanka Authentic Peruvian Cuisine

Came for an early Mothers Day. Isabel our waitress was amazing, very attentive and helpful. The place is nice close to the beach and just a nice quiet place to enjoy delicious food. The food amazing is all I can say. Thank you and we will come back for sure.

I visited over two years ago and was disappointed with the ceviche and the lack of fish. I’m back to try again with the family and I have to say that it was fabulous now. Fresh and generous portions. Highly recommended

Absolutely love this place! My fiancé and i dined here for the first time 2 years ago and we knew we had to come back whenever we are in the area. We had the ceviche mixto which my fiancé said was the best peruvian ceviche he’s had. I tried their pollo con arroz and it was amazing i definitely recommend! The service was attentive and very friendly :) we also tried their maracuya juice and it was super refreshing. Will definitely be coming back and i recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area!

To say a good meal is served here would be an understatement. The tender beef is one of the best I've tried in a long time. One word—perfecto!

Food is ok, i found something,but not sure if it is some special peru seasoning… the ceviche is quite salty in my opinion

By far the best Peruvian ceviche and beef lomo saltado I have ever had and the Papa a la huancaína was spot on authentic in taste. The beef in the lomo was so soft and tender that you could cut it with a spoon, hope it continues to be this good of quality. The bistec a lo pobre was good but not great. I highly recommend this place

The food was delicious and beautiful! The staff were extremely knowledgeable and helped us to try delicious foods! We loved the fish ceviche with the onion salad then fished our meal with a whole fried red snapper! Our servers were excellent! Please go and enjoy this food! We will be back before we leave Florida!

Excellent Food, so far my best experience with Peruvian food in SFL. I can't believe the flavor, presentation and quality of the dishes! We visit two days in a row. Very happy to know this place. Extremely recommended. Note: I am Peruvian, food lover and very picky, this place is great.

It's a small restaurant, they do have a lot of options. We tried 3 ceviches that were really nice. But the must was the lomo, with rice, grave, vegetables and fries. I tried the patchamanka and was ok, the lamb were a bit overcooked. The deserts for my taste was a downside, we tried the 3 leches and the other one that looks like a flan. Service was good!

This might have been one of the best dishes I've ever ate in FLL. The food itself literally made me feel like I was back in Peru. Service was okay and kind of slow but the dish I had was good! There are no free refills on drinks except iced tea

This place is the real deal! We were looking for a place with great seafood options and came across this gem. The staff is incredibly friendly and the service was fast. The food was freshly prepared and tasted great. The complimentary corn nuts was unexpected but a great way to start the meal. It was salty and crunch. The paella was packed with flavor and had every seafood item you could imagine. It is a pretty big portion so you should plan to share it. We also decided to get the small fried snapper. It was freshly cleaned and prepared and was fully of natural flavor. It does come with the onion and tomato salad so I'd recommend picking another side so you don't double order on a side. Overall pretty solid place for quality food at a great price! Can't wait to come back again.

Peruvian with a high star rating. Frankly it was not really impressive. Service was excellent and friendly but the food, on the whole was bland and dissapointing. Ceviche was only "ok". Fried calamari was great and it came with three interesting sauces that were fun to experiment with I had the paella. It was overall "ok". Compared to a spanish paella i had at a tradeshow the day before it was pretty bland and had very little seafood. Dont think i would go back

Recommend the pescado a lo macho if you enjoy seafood. It was excellent. Isabel did a wonderful job as server, was attentive and prompt with every request. Will return for sure

Fantastic food and exceptional service from our server Cilenia during our lunch visit today. We will definitely return. The Chupe de Camarón was flavorful and the Lomo was so tender! We also ordered the ceviche trio which was delicious and refreshing on a humid day.

As a local, this is one of the only restaurants I will eat at on Hollywood Beach. The food is consistently great and the service is amazing. Their ceviche is one of the best I have ever had.

This was one of the very best restaurants in Florida. From my experience, most food by the beach isn't superb but this was tender and juicy and well seasoned. I found myself craving this for the rest of the duration of my trip. It doesn't hurt that it's in the middle of the clamshell where all the fun happens and you can hear live music from the restaurant either! Lovely

The food here is phenomenal! I've now come here a couple of times when visiting from Toronto and anything I've tried on the menu has been excellent. Don't forget to try the Pisco sour!

Quality/Quantity - Complimentary roasted corn, too bad I already had two beers right before I got here. See Diplomat Beach Resort by Hilton Yelp review; another 5 stars. Seafood & Fish Marinated in Lime Juice - Glad we got the larger size for $25 versus the smaller size for $14, which is more like a seafood cocktail. Lomo Saltado Tenderloin - #1 seller, every single table ordered this! The only thing I would have done differently is to substitute the rice for noodles. I felt the sauce was a little too salty, but my wife liked it. Then our server said we were supposed to mix the sauce with the rice... I think I need lessons on eating??? Both dishes were of good quantities; we actually just wanted a light snack, but over ordered as usual. Atmosphere - Small restaurant. Indoor/outdoor dining. Service - 6 stars, our gentle giant was so professional, not just with us but everyone else. Very service oriented. Price - $52 + tip. Reasonably priced, especially considering we are in a tourist area. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success. I believe you have been here for over 12+ years.

Food and service is absolutely amazing! The Leche de tigre and steak is incredible! We've came here back to back days because it is the best in Hollywood!! Highly recommend!!

So happy we stumbled upon this place! My group of friends and I were walking by the beach and decided to try this restaurant out (we also saw the 4 star yelp reviews!) They were able to seat my large group of 10 and was super attentive to us. We ordered a few appetizers to share and then each ordered our own entrees. Everything was SO good! And in my opinion, the cviche was definitely the best thing :)

Best seafood I've had in Hollywood Beach. Best Peruvian spot on the entire boardwalk. The sauce in their ceviche is to die for. The fish is so fresh! We enjoyed every meal we had and kept coming back for lunches and dinners. My toddler, who is 2 years old and not a fan of seafood, cleaned her entire plate! The service is friendly and quick. I highly recommend for quality seafood and/or good Peruvian fare.

I came in, off the boardwalk looking g for tres leches cake. The menu was so inviting I ordered the marinated seafood and was blown away. Different flavors coming at you from different directions, just outstanding.The Peruvian corn was new to me and i will be making it at home. A flavor i never experienced and i traveled around the world for 15 years. Very clean resturant. The staff was very pleasant and personable. . The tres leches cake. I've had my share but this cake was absolutely perfect. 110% perfect. I have no words except WOOHOO!

LISTEN!!!! If you like ceviche, RUN don't walk to this place!!! Peruvian ceviche is the REAL DEAL and this place is its mother!!! The most delicious ceviche in the Miami/FtLauderdale area! I will come to Hollywood again just for this!! The service is great (server is quite handsome), the quality is perfect and the portion size blew me away! Full of flavor and freshness. EAT HERE!!

We had a large group come in during our vacation here. We are Peruvian and we're always on the hunt for the best restaurants that serve Peruvian cuisine, loved the fact it was right on the beach! All the local shops were around, and it was amazing! Our waitress was absolutely fantastic and so patient with us. I ordered tallarian verde con bistec! Meat was absolutely delicious and was not dry or over cooked, the noodles had a wonderful creamy flavor and the potatoes definitely were a nice touch to the meal. I can't wait to go back to this restaurant, it has become my new fond favorite.

You must go here!! I've been here several times now and it never disappoints. The ceviches are delicious. We had the vuelve a la vida and it was outstanding!! The meals are delicious. We had Lomo soltado and it was very flavorful. The pescado a lo macho is my go-to. Every time. Service is great! Try it !

Wow! Husband was craving whole fry fish, we found this place while driving around, it doesn't look like much but the food is out of this world, everything was fresh, fried to perfection, the green plantains were so so good. Our server was friendly and attentive with nice suggestions. The place is small, has some seating inside and outside.

I absolutely love this place! We came here for an early dinner and we decided to get a bunch of appetizers. I will say that it became an entire meal for us because the portions are very large. They have some outdoor seating but I don't really recommend this because it can be very windy. So we sat inside. It was air-conditioned thankfully. They have a small diner like tables and it doesn't look very upscale at all, but I will say that the food makes up for this manifold. We tried both ceviche is the Mixto and the other and they were outstanding in their own ways. I will totally get this again. I also decided to try the beef heart which was delicious and came with a really delicious lipsmacking sauce- a combination of spicy and tart and seller which was absolutely amazing. We didn't really get any dessert because we were so full from the meal. I will say the total bill was about $100 with an entire bottle of red wine as well. The wait stuff is really excellent and they recommended that we were ordering too much food when we ordered and entrée as well and explained that the appetizers were more than enough. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back.

Excellent! I love Peruvian food and had my eye on Pachamanka the moment we arrived on the boardwalk (near Margaritaville). I knew I couldn't leave Hollywood Beach without getting a bite from Pachamanka. While spending the day at the beach, I decided to stop by and place a to-go order. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My food was ready in less than 20 minutes. I ordered the following: Pescado & camaron ceviche $18 Pollo saltado $16 Yuca frita (side) $4 The ceviche was the best I've had in a long time. I devoured every single bite. My mouth is watering thinking about it right now. The yuca was also delicious, but I meant to order the appetizer one with the sauce. I would have enjoyed that more, but totally my fault. My son had the pollo saltado and loved it. The portions were very generous and filling. A must on Hollywood Beach!

This place is SOOOOO good! If you're in the area and want to try something delicious and different; I highly recommend it. I had the pollo saltado and their golden kola. Ask for Meto; he's the BEST! Great service and will help you pick out the right food for a fantastic experience.

Perfect Trifecta: amazing food, amazing location by the beach, parking garage directly across Wowwww did we step into Peru! The fish and shrimp ceviche was incredible. We got yuca fries too while we waited for the main dishes. Lomo saltado was classic and the sauce for the escabeche de pescado was great! Both the ceviche and escabeche dish came with a nice piece of sweet potato that they must roast with a special clove or spice that tastes incredible. We were so full from the amazing food, so afterwards we walked along the beach, and then had easy access back to our car in the Margaritaville garage. Really great experience, we'll be back, gracias!!!!

Found a lovely spot by the beach serving amazing Peruvian food. The service was excellent and super quick. And they make great ceviches!

We went there for lunch. Not a fancy place but the food was great, some of the best on this trip. We started with octopus and I had a stuffed avocado with shrimp. We will be back.
