My wife and I generally enjoyed our first experience at Pacific Catch with friends, but our second visit has definitely locked it in as a favorite. The atmosphere inside is very fitting for the type of restaurant it is, but on both occasions the service can be a little slow (much better the second time though!) The plates are very full, and you can taste the quality and freshness of the ingredients. It's not quite "caught-off-the-boat-this-morning" fresh, but the restaurant is much more upscale than those types of restaurants typically are. All of the fish entrees and styles we've tried are delicious and well-portioned, but I'd say the highlight is the kimchi fried rice. It's worth ordering just by itself, but make sure you at least get it as a side. The sticky ribs were a new try for us, and they were a great starter. Over all, this is absolutely a restaurant to look for if you're looking for light, refreshing, and upscale without breaking the bank too much.
