Beautiful building. Ive never been inside but from the outside I can tell you this building is amazing. They have their own car fleet yacht for residents. The security onsite is on point and the property is VERY well kept.

Pacific Gate is the condo building offering the best selection of amenities and services, no doubts. The only tower with a true concierge to handle resident requests. Also offering a luxury car fleet and a yacht for residents to use. The floor plans are spacious and nicely laid out. Definitely a top three building in downtown if not the best.

Having just had the pleasure of walking through the model homes on the 22nd floor I can tell you no other condo building in downtown San Diego has walls of glass this wide. This building does not have any exterior walls (ie concrete or drywall), Pacific Gate's exterior is wrapped in glass, so everywhere you look you have a view. The expansive views here are extraordinary, the floor to ceiling glass panes bigger than most buildings. The finishes in the residences here are the highest quality a developer has ever installed. The finishes in the lobby cost $3 million and I cant wait to see the finished lobby. I walked through the lobby space in Sept 2017, the ceiling height appears to be about 25 feet and its going to be the most spacious lobby in downtown. If your looking for the best residential condominium West of New York City, this is it. Pacific Gate is the first "Super Prime" building west of NYC.

Beautiful! If I hadn't checked, I would've assumed it was the tallest building in San Diego. From here, you can not just have a great view but also walk to the waterfront. There's a trolley station a block away that will take you to the USA-Mexico border. Santa Fe Depot is right there too.

Pacific Gate is one of the most luxurious buildings in San Diego. The staff is knowledgeable and on top of it. I had a great experience working with Cheryl on a recent event at the building. I highly recommend Pacific Gate to all my clients.

I have a unit in another Bosa Building, The Legend. They refused to fix my problem under warranty claiming it was not a structural defect. My kitchen counter is slowly falling. There is a 6 foot crack in the granite that is up to 3/8 " wide in places. This is not a separation from the wall. It is a crack in the granite. It is slowly getting larger all the time. I reported this to the Local Bosa representative within the 10 warranty period.(SB800 California's Construction Defect Law. They sent a construction person out to inspect it. A few days later they sent me an email saying that is not a construction defect. What else would it be. I certainly didn't cause a 5 foot crack in granite. I am extremely disappointed in Bosa. This problem along with other problems in the building is a nightmare.

Nothing luxury. Residents paid to serve HOA (Action Property Managment) and all Board members including HOA Chair. Just say YES to all proposals dicussed and approved by the Board in Executive session. APM and HOA staff are in full agreement with meaningless discussion in open session. Management staff lacks basic service in serving high end clients..General Manager is in non-transparent mode since Day 1. No leadership equals incompetence and no total lack of training in basic luxury hospitality service. Don't expect any improvement in management and HOA in the near future. They are not here to serve you including all the HOA Board members. In fact, residents paid to serve them at all times. All that glitters is not GOLD here!!
