i had the best experience. the food was delicious, especially the chicken was cooked to perfection. the head chef, leila i think? was so welcoming and friendly. 10/10

As someone with a hospitality management degree and food service background, I was incredibly disappointed by the poor attitudes of the staff here. While they may deal with high-net-worth individuals who are indifferent, that's no excuse to treat all customers with hostility. One staff member, a female who seems to be the head chef with a tattoo on her arm, stands out for her consistently unwelcoming demeanor--never greeting customers, offering cold stares, and rushing people out. This is far from the hospitality standard. Employees here clearly need retraining, if not replacement. Until the owner addresses these issues, I can't recommend this place to anyone who values good service.

Tater tots and the build your own chicken sando are a must

The food is what you'd expect from a kiosk in the airport. Unfortunately this is not in an airport. But at least it's priced like it is.

Super convenient location in the office park I was visiting for a few days. I ate breakfast and lunch both days. B'fast burritos were great! I had a grilled cheese with bacon for one lunch, and a weiner on a pretzel road with tater tots the next. Everything was very good. No complaints! Service was fast and the best thing was being able to eat outside in the very nice seating areas!

Nestled in a collection of office buildings is Pacific Kitchen. Obviously catering to the office crowd in the area, they are built for efficiency. Order on the iPad and you lunch is ready in minutes. The chopped salad and mushroom burgers were a hit. The tater tots were ample, (one order could satisfy two people). We sat outside under the heaters during a cold spell in April. Definitely a step up from fast food alternatives!

They used an iPad like machine to order your food with your cellphone number. They have your standard bars like burgers, sandwiches, wraps, grill foods, soups, pre made sandwiches, fruits, tougher, sweets and a coffee/tea bar across from the grill. Once you order and if you choose to make substitutions you pay by card or cash. A receipt prints with an order number. The chef will call out your order number when your food is ready. There will also be a text message sent regarding the status of your food.

Extremely high prices and mediocre food. Staff does not look happy. Went in one day and manager was visibly upset during a meeting, so I walked right out. Online ordering constantly freezes with no way to fix. Hopefully these issues will get resolved sooner rather than later!

Pacific Kitchen just opened up here at MacArthur Court and it's a great addition to the offices nearby. If you want to have lunch freshly made in front of you, go here! I've been coming about 3x a week ever since they opened. Their menu rotates weekly, and has a breakfast menu. There are kiosks in the cafe that allow you to customize your food and pay on the spot so you don't have to be in line. Once you're finished with your order, a receipt will be printed and they'll call out your # or you will see it ready on the screens inside the cafe. They don't have regular tv or anything, it's just a place for you to get your food, sit down to eat by yourself/colleagues and then you're out. They also offer croissants, bagels, lattes, sushi, pre-packaged salads and sandwiches. There is always a manager or two who can always answer your question and are more than happy to receive feedback. If you don't work in the buildings, then you will probably have to pay the regular fees for parking. The cafe is hidden within the middle building but there are signs to tell you where the Cafe is. The process here is efficient when you're in a hurry, affordable/competitive prices. If you work within the area, I recommend checking it out, it's a great modern cafe.

I wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience at Pacific Kitchen. One of the things that stands out to us is the variety of options on the menu. No matter what your dietary preferences or cravings are, this restaurant has something for everyone. Whether you're in the mood for a hearty burger or a salad, you won't be disappointed. Speaking of salads, I have to say that they are truly amazing. Fresh, crisp and packed with flavor, the salads at this restaurant are some of the best. "Ana" who makes them is ever so kind. What really sets this restaurant apart is the staff. From the moment we walk in, we feel welcomed and everyone is so helpful. The chefs clearly take pride in their work. It's rare to find a restaurant where everyone seems to genuinely love what they do, but this place is definitely one of them. They also have a coffee bar and will make just about any drink you would like. If you are ever near MacArthur Court this is a great place to stop and grab a quick bite.

Terrible service I have to say. The workers don't look happy. They stare at you when you walk in and don't look like they want to serve you. I ordered a salad and when I got up to my office to find out no dressing come with it. Other time, I ordered at the kiosk and a text came in my phone that the food is ready. I walked up to the counter and approached a box of food and said my number ti a lady behind the counter thinking that box of food was mine. The lady replied, yes that's your number, what about it? It's was rude and she made me feel so embarrassed. The food was not great at all and pricey. I hope management would make changes. This is such a great location, but terrible service and food

Omg I just order some chilaquiles from the dinning area. Thank chef Loui you made my chilaquiles way past 10am. The Chile's and tomatillos are grilled and it gives the dish an authentic flavor. Queso fresco and crema mexicana. I mean you should make chilaquiles a lunch item con carne asada or pollo. I recommend it FYI 8 to 10

Quick service and nice menu. Fair price. High tech way of ordering and paying. Cooked food on one side and bakery on the other.

Fresh food made to order at a reasonable price. Good variety and weekly specials that change. Everything can be made to order from fresh salads to sandwiches and MTO burgers fresh from the grill. Fresh pre packaged sushi is surprisingly good as well. Pacific also offers a great coffee bar that can rival Starbucks. Another amazing feature is beer and wine offerings including four beers on tap! They offer a happy hour menu Wednesday thru Friday from 3 to 7pm. It is great to sit on the patio and enjoy the fresh air (heated as well) and exhale from a long day. Pacific Kitchen brings a great work life balance to community in Newport Beach. Side note the kitchen is new and professionally run by Joey. My order either has missing or additional toppings every single time. The wanderlust menu is very bland and needs to be revamped with exciting items like poke again. However the poke that I ordered could only feed a 5 year old.

I like this place. It's convenient, the food and service are really good and they have healthy options which is the most important to me. However - make sure you call before you go to see if the kitchen is open regardless of their posted hours because the actual kitchen closes randomly throughout the day which is extremely frustrating.

Everything here looks delicious. I ordered the bbq brisket grilled cheese and it was amazing. I love the peanut butter cookies, and oatmeal raisin ones too. I love that they serve coffee as well it's always very pleasant service here!

I customize my burger exactly how I like on the self check out kiosk and it came out very delicious and fast I underestimated this place it was outstanding service

This place just opened up not to long ago, I work in the building and dont like to travel too far on my lunch break so I gave this place a try. I tried the burger and wow...I was blown away. They have a great variety of healthy and comfort food. The staff is amazing, they're kind and hard working. You cant go wrong here whether you need breakfast, lunch or a snack. The beer and wine selection is great, I like to enjoy a glass every now and then.

The food is always so delicious and fresh! I'm always in a rush and their service is speedy and professional! I seriously appreciate the staff, manager Chaz, and their passion to operate a high-quality restaurant! During the current state of things they close at 2pm but keep the menu tight to ensure freshness. Thank you!

Finally Pacific Kitchen opened its doors at MacArthur Court and I could not be happier. The staff is amazing, always welcoming and knows the customers by name. Freshly made to order breakfast burritos, sandwiches and huge burgers that are better than any sit down restaurant. They also have a coffee bar that blows Starbucks away and for the end of the day relax with a cold beer or a glass of wine. They even host a happy hour a few days a week with appetizers. The staff also bakes fresh cookies that are to die for. I usually never leave reviews but this is a place you should not pass up.
