Awful customer service. I was looking for a new "spot" for Chinese cuisine and found this one. Eating out is a treat for me, so I take care to read the reviews- specifically one where another customer complained about the quality of his order. They had written back with a response of something like "if you had let us know, we could've fixed this for you!" (This is important)
The reviews talking about the general tso's and orange chicken are what really got me excited. So when I come to find out my order was wrong (they gave me fried rice instead of steamed, and sesame chicken instead of orange) and i called to have them fix it, the lady on the other side of the phone was extremely rude. only able to offer me driving 30 min to come back for a little pat of steamed rice, as she wasnt convinced that my orange chicken order was incorrect. (It was wrong.) ive been in the food industry for a long time and i made sure to let her know before she got snippy with me that mistakes happen, and thats okay, i understand ETC. its when she started raising her voice at me and arguing about what I said when I placed the order that i just said "maam, its fine. don't even worry about it if yall dont wanna fix it" I wanna note, I was not very polite to the end of this call, because of the lack of decorum on her part, and raising her voice at me FIRST. ridiculous. You deserve it at that point yanno. I was literally just trying to get this fixed. I didn't care if it was a refund, or gift card, or what. But one scoop of rice??? Not worth my 40$ meal being incorrect.
Like I said I only get to eat out very once in a while and it's def a treat to try new places. I would have not made the mistake of putting the order in wrong in the first place. I know what it's like to have a customer irritated with you after a long day and I try my best to avoid having to even ask for help when it comes to my special-once-in-a-while treats like this.
By the way, the value meal is small. The food is just okay. Two value meals and an order of Rangoons will run you about 40$. The chicken itself is just little soft puts of fried whatever, not much meat there at all.
I also wanna note the guy I was speaking to before he was interrupted by the lady that was rude to me was kind.
