Well, I followed the instructions to the tee, and got a salmon that was floppin around like a Kardashian in the back of a limo filled with men. MAN-O-MAN that salmon was Amazing! I took half of a side and smoked it to an internal temp of 135 ...and let me tell you...it was Spectacular! Being fresh is the key to any great fish meal, and Pacific Seafood does it Bigly! ☆☆☆☆☆
