We stopped by to pick up a couple yards of special garden mix and got a great deal. The staff is knowledgeable and mentioned that we may not be able to haul it all in the truck we brought, based on weight. They were right, thanks for looking out!

I’ve been in the same home for 7 years and have gotten mulch many times from this place and others. I have always gotten 6 yards delivered and it has been more than enough and usually left with some leftover. On my order this year I was shorted about 1 yard, maybe even more. Didn’t have enough mulch for an entire side of the house. Prices have gone up and we pay the price but don’t cut the quantity too. This isn’t cereal!

Great soil, if you've got a pickup you can get a yard of soil for $45 that your vegetable will love! Plenty of gravel & fill options too.

Crazy experience yard waste dump rates. They calculated my 5x10x2 dump trailer as 3 cubic yards. I had it lightly filled with branches. Came out to $62. It would be less expensive to throw it out as regular waste and pay the weight. I brought it up to the sales person, they took their own measurements and basically said too bad. Came back because I was in a pinch. Charged $75 for 3 yards this time. The yard is so poorly maintained it's a giant mud pit. Never again

I am frustrated that residents of Snohomish county are being referred to this place but there is no transparency or subsidized cost for residents disposing of clean yard waste and you are charged the full 20+tax cost. Please be aware the Snohomish handout sheet is not accurate Topsoil business hours.
