I have been charged different amounts for the same size load of yard waste. When I asked why the young man told me I was being confrontational. He was very rude and had the attitude of.. I don't care. Is this Pacific Topsoil's idea of customer service?

Crazy experience yard waste dump rates. They calculated my 5x10x2 dump trailer as 3 cubic yards. I had it lightly filled with branches. Came out to $62. It would be less expensive to throw it out as regular waste and pay the weight. I brought it up to the sales person, they took their own measurements and basically said too bad
