Paciugo Gelato Cafe

A little over 5.00 for a mini size. I'm not all that sure if it's worth the price or not. The flavor of the dulce de leche was a little too sweet for my taste. They do allow you to taste as many as you like, but I was in a rush. Totally my fault. The taste is creamy though. I'll give em that. I did notice half of the ice cream was in the sunlight, so it looked like it was somewhat melting. I do think the placement of the establishment was not decided upon that. Overall I think the price could be fixed, but I know that won't happen in an indoor mall. There's plenty of flavors though. So taste away!

Folks -if you can’t afford to put a reasonable amount of ‘ black cherries’ in a gelato you’re calling ‘ black cherry’ and charging almost 8 dollars for 2 small scoops, might be time to move on. I asked the girl if she could add a few cherries to my ‘black cherry gelato’ - and she said “ there are about 4 cherries in there” if she wasn’t serious that might of been funny, instead very pathetic🤯 She said ‘ because they’re expensive, we’ll so was my 2 small scoops of Black Cherry Gelato’ with no Cherries? Straaange operation??????!!!!!!

Pistachio was good but overall the flavors along with service very poor, highly suggest the business to either change the supplier or just close the business

Great gelato, great service every time. Unfortunately I need to spread awareness about the highly concerning black mold in the restroom. Being a restaurant this needs to be taken care of immediately. We did not dine in, and rather were skeptical of eating the gelato after seeing the restroom.

Gelato was perfct . i ordered the smothee too. but it was some issue. they don’t gave enough napkin for gelato! Like today the gelato was not really frozen and alittle even melt , employees just gave me one napkin !

Hi There. Greetings. We ate at the Paciugo located in the Stonebriar Mall, Texas. They have incredible variety. The associates served us with a beaming smile. The service was quite efficient. We ate the Dulce De Leche and Sea Salt Caramel flavors. They were incredibly yummy. Can’t wait to come again. Definitely a A+ experience. The worst place I’ve even had coffee before. I ordered a regular hot coffee and it was cold. Took it back to them and the girl looked at it (didn’t even touch it) and said no its hot. I took a sip in front of her and said it’s not hot. She shook her head and let the manager (Nadia - who was nice) deal with it. Straight up rude service Sue (guess that’s her right name). I wish I can give negative star to this place. However, 1 star for Nadia for at least being nice.

Found a hair inside my ice cream... I bet ice creams are good but maybe being more mindful about the service would help out too.

Cold Brew Shake w/ Dulce de Leche, was delicious!! Forget Starbucks... overrated! The pricing isn't outrageous and the final product was definitely a step above. The lady behind the counter was very helpful and friendly and you can try samples of the different gelato before you make your final decision. I'm sure this will be our go to coffee fix while we're at Stonebriar Mall.

Ordered two small cups. They have a literal child assisting customers. He put both flavors in one cup. Tried to get it fixed by an actual adult, obviously they didn't care. Tried to tell the girl at the register, obviously she didn't care. Don't waste your time, energy, or money. A chain I've cream store would've been better at this point.

This gelato place is a chain but you know what im not complaining. I've never left this place leaving unsatisfied. The employees here always want to make sure that their customer is happy. I am an extremely indecisive person, and i always end up trying all the ice cream samples before I decide on the couple flavors that i want. Sometimes you can tell by looking at the employee that you're irritating them even only asking for 2-3. Here I can ask for tons and they're always happy and willing and smiling! The ice cream flavors are abundant! They have from fruity sorbets, to dairy free and sugar free options. I usually try to vary which ones I get and so far I've tried mixed berry sorbet (it's DELICIOUS looks and tastes like those açaí bowls), coffee (always a classic), amaretto, lemon. And honestly you can't go wrong with any of them. The serving size here are also HUGE, you'll be shocked how far a small cup can give you. Usually for a medium I can share that with another person. I'll definitely be back here or any of their other locations again. Love this gelato place!

Got the Amaretto chocolate chip in a Picollo size cup. The gelato was delicious and tasted fresh! Great place to grab dessert while shopping. Good customer service as well.

Yaaayy. My favorite creamy icecream place. Always a pleasure visiting, friendly staffs that really encourage you to try whatever flavor you're second guessing. Pistachio and Coffee my two favorite flavors and they never disappoint.

Delicious gelato, smooth creamy with less fat than regular ice cream. They have a great selection of flavors, some not so common like pistachio, which I absolutely fell in love with. The staff were friendly and took the time to help my kiddos find flavors they liked. They also make specialty coffees, smoothies, shakes, milk-free selections and different concoctions so there is something for everyone.

Absolutely Delicious!! First time coming here and I was so happy I did. After sampling (unlimited and free!!) ten thousand flavors I settled for the simple dairy free strawberry. My company ordered dark chocolate and pistachio. A small is actually a very decent size. I love how they have a good size of dairy free choices. I will be returning with no doubt.

This is the only paciugo location that will do only a single flavor in a small. If you want to flavors you must buy a medium. The bambino size for kids is eliminated which offered two flavors. Here is the issue - when you force a child to consume more than double the amount t of ice cream to buy their usual two flavors. Previously every location I've been allowed three flavors on the small. Here they allow one. They blame it on the volumes. It's a Wednesday night and the mall is dead. To make a long story short I've left and headed to the location on 121 because frankly there is more than enough sugar in a small for a child and they charge more than enough to pay for more than a SINGLE flavor!

Really good gelato. They have a large variety of flavors. It's less busy than others gelato places. Which makes it a more pleasant family atmosphere.

I really like their desserts menu. The variety options that we can pick. The manager is really friendly and kind. I don't feel any stressful when having dinner here with my friends last time. May be i will bring my family to come here on the weekend to try them to see how people think about this restaurant. Hopefully they will like it.

I bought gelato from this shop a few times recently. Customer service was very good and gelato taste great!

Gelato is good and so is the coffee. The latte can be too sweet so ask for less syrup and ice coffee is good. I know, I know, Starbucks is right across but you can put gelato in your coffee! Employees seem young so getting noticed may be a little wait but once they see you, they know what they're doing. Well most of the time anyways. And you never have to wait for some reason!

Super friendly staff, delicious gelato, and very well priced. Bonus - they have a tiny kids corner with coloring books and chalk to play with. I ordered the black cherry gelato and my husband got the wedding cake and salted caramel. None of the flavors disappointed.

Gelato was super creamy and delicious! They have a great selection to choose from and you can sample a few before you order as well. Salted caramel !!! Get you some!

This spot was quick and a great pick up. The service was awesome from the staff. I ended up getting the black cherry. Next time I just might try a more flavors but the black cherry is my favorite. There is no dilemma this is the spot to grab dessert.

Delicious! And totally reasonable price. I had the gelato but have also had very good cappuccino at another location. Highly recommend!

This is pretty crazy but location doesn't accept their own gift cards. The owner puts employees in a very bad position (Also they are trying their best). My daughter was upset about not been able to use her birthday present.

The guys at the counter were fun and energetic. They had a great sense of humor and provided me great customer service. It good to know that some business still pride themselves in having good employees that are meant for the service industry. Unlike the people at surf city.

They let you sample as many flavors as you want which is nice. The ice cream is so delicious .... But pricey bc it's in the mall. We paid 12 bucks for 2 medium ice creams that were pretty small.

I went to Paciugo Gelato in Stonebriar mall over the weekend and I gave the cashier a $20 bill and she gave me the wrong change. When I asked her, she said I had given her a $10. But I am 110% sure I gave her a $20. I had just come from the ATM and knew exactly how much cash I had. I called management and they said that they would tally the register the next morning. When I called them back they said they could not find the overage. I dont need the money, its just the principle of the whole situation thats upsetting. If I go to a store, I expect the cashier to give me the correct change.

I just watched the girl behind the counter eat directly out of the large gelato containers. Spoon from her mouth to the containers they serve from. She also put gelato back into the serving container from a small cup.
