First off, they close later than the time stated. While this isn’t the employees fault, the way they handled it was very unprofessional. We were in line (2 Panda Express employees were in front of us) at maybe around 8:58, we stood and waited because the two people in front of us wanted to try samples and were taking their time. She then tells us at 9:02 that they can’t serve us because they were closed, mind you we were in line for a while and the two in front of us were still trying testers. So we walk away disappointed because the rest of our family (who ordered about 10 minutes before us) had ice cream but we didn’t. We figured it was just bad luck with timing, come to find out at around 9:05 they served the two
that were in front of us. I’m support disappointed with the double standards they had in that moment, because we were ready to order and stood there waiting for the other two just for us to not be deserved, but those two were after closing. Also not to forget the workers had attitude while telling us they were closed. The workers who worked Saturday evening were very disappointing, and need better training on how to handle situations like these.
