Paciugo Gelato Caffè is an absolute gem despite the long lines--it's worth every minute of the wait. I've been coming here for 12 years, and each visit reaffirms why I keep coming back. The staff is incredibly friendly and skilled; they always know just how to serve up the perfect scoop of gelato or blend a delicious milkshake. Even on days when we're loaded with shopping bags and can't handle scooping ice cream ourselves, they're quick to offer help without hesitation. The flavors here are not just good; they're refined and absolutely delightful. This place stands out not only for its incredible gelato but also for its impeccable cleanliness--it's easily one of the cleanest spots I've encountered. Paciugo Gelato Caffè has truly set a high standard for ice cream places. If you're looking for a memorable treat in a welcoming environment, this is hands down one of the best choices you can make.

Underwhelming Flavors, Especially for Gelato I was honestly disappointed by the flavors at Paciugo. I ordered the raspberry cheesecake and one other flavor (which I can’t even recall now — that’s how forgettable it was). The cheesecake especially lacked depth and richness — I’ve had better from grocery store brands, which surprised me for a gelato café. I wanted to love it, but sadly, this experience didn’t match the charm or bold flavor I usually associate with gelato. Maybe it was an off day, but I left underwhelmed.

Do not come at 8:55 pm they will not serve you... eventhough says closing at 10 pm. Go to Eataly Dallas better ice cream and they really close at 10 pm. Any flavor. 🤣😉👍💪☝️🙏

Very good Gelato and the owner/manager was wonderful! He opened to serve my friend and I even though he had closed. Customer service makes or breaks it for me. Definitely give this place a try. The Gelato is great!!

Staff was so rude, rushed us to order then skipped us went to the next customer when we were trying to order. I don’t recommend with staff like this. Gelato ok nothing special.

Good selection of flavors, friendly staff. If you don’t show up 10 minutes until closing you probably won’t get denied. Employees want to go home. Quit thinking you’re entitled.

First timers we got 2 flavors it was so delicious kind of pricey though this cup was $7 but it was worth it definitely recommend ❤️
