Very good Gelato and the owner/manager was wonderful! He opened to serve my friend and I even though he had closed. Customer service makes or breaks it for me. Definitely give this place a try. The Gelato is great!!

Even on days when we're loaded with shopping bags and can't handle scooping ice cream ourselves, they're quick to offer help without hesitation. The flavors here are not just good; they're refined and absolutely delightful. This place stands out not only for its incredible gelato but also for its impeccable cleanliness—it's easily one of the cleanest spots I've encountered. Good selection of flavors, friendly staff. If you don’t show up 10 minutes until closing you probably won’t get denied. Employees want to go home. Quit thinking you’re entitled.

First timers we got 2 flavors it was so delicious kind of pricey though this cup was $7 but it was worth it definitely recommend ❤️

The customer service experience was unsatisfactory. On multiple occasions, there were instances of associates not diligently managing the queue, allowing some customers to bypass others waiting in line. When I raised this issue with the associates, they responded with a smile and provided justifications without offering an apology.

We hired North Park Paciugo to cater my granddaughter’s wedding reception. The up front planning and communication was great. Reception guests LOVED the idea of gelato rather than the traditional wedding cake. We selected four flavors, each as good as the others. Thank you Luis for an outstanding experience. Would highly recommend this as a special event option.

It's unfortunate the main location in plano is no more so ive been hitting up the locations in North Park and galleria. Service is fast, selection is nice for the size. The little serving cups don't have lids that fit, that's my only sort gripe.

love their Nutella smoothie and gelato. Price is a bit high for the things you get, but cold dessert at a mall is way to go.
