Over priced, and the guy that helped us(probably the owner) was a real jerk. Honestly, the resale crap that he was peddling was way worse than a bad garage sale. Total junk Way better places to waste your time in...lol Happy thrifting

Nice place, kind guy, and friendly; the vintage store is incredible. Surfboards designed for riding big waves 🌊🏄🏻‍♂️ are sold at the store. Also, Cool items such as skateboards, cassettes, albums, and t-shirts are on sale at the store.

Every piece has a story and Mikey is down to tell them all. A killer spot for all kinds of vintage gear from surf to skate to music and beyond with tons of authentic vintage band/tour shirts. Cool hangout for SD surfers with surf movies playing and a veritable museum-sized collection of old school surfboards and skateboards. Definitely worth checking out.

Excellent record shop with surf boards, skate boards, collectables, clothing, etc. :) The owner, Mike, has a wealth of knowledge and very courteous. Will be returning soon.

Shops like this are important, Mikey has a wealth of knowledge about his classic vintage clothing and weird wears. Some epic psychedelic Knick knacks and surf/skate memorabilia. Jewelry for burnouts, hippies, trippers and bikers. Old magazines, tapes, videos, vinyl records for every taste. Here is the rub, there is no age discrimination, Mikey is down for anyone interested in talking story or getting to the bottom of a surfboard mystery. Pack ratt also houses the worlds smallest skateboard museum... Young people should go to learn some history, old farts should go to share their history. “Too old to ask too young to know, how does it feel?”

Ambiance- 5 Owners/employees- 5 Merch - 4, and only because the shop is so small, the selection is very limited. If you're in need of Route 44 decks, this is the place for you. They do carry other makers as well. If you're looking for some amazing vintage records, tapes, shoes and clothes, accessories and memorabilia, this is the place for you. They have a small shop, but the skate/surf/history and experience is larger than life. The owner/employees there were extremely helpful and friendly, and offered assistance and to answer any questions we had right away.

This place is just the best! Swung by because I was in the area and it was a great time. Talked to Mikey about surf Mats and kneeboards he's super knowledgeable and a genuine dude. Definitely knows a lot about everything in the store and has plenty of great stories. I picked up a shirt and a couple zines for my buddies 10/10.

I had been meaning to pop my head in this place since I see it often on my way home. As an only child I always thought it would have been cool to have an older brother. Well, this is what I would imagine their room being like. -Old Rock/Punk t-shirts. -Awesome selection of vinyl records including many local and rare artists. -Vintage Hawaiian Shirts and biker jackets. -Skateboards ... guitars...you name it. If this sounds like stuff your interested in you might want to follow their Instagram account. They often post pictures of new items that often get purchased that same day. Really cool store!

This needs a 6/5 Star rating. I spent an hour and a half here and could not even start to imagine how much kool vintage stuff is in here. Knowledgable enthusiastic staff. Did I mention they now share a location with the legendary Route 44 Skate Shop?!

Great place for vintage skate and motorcycle wears. Awesome clothing and jewelry selection as well. Plus the owner Mikey is awesome. Can't recommend this place enough.

Absolutely the most coolest, friendliest record store in San Diego. My first time there today and I will be back. The prices are spot on. No over priced album in this place. Was looking for a specific era in music and found it. More than one.

My favorite record shop! They are super friendly and knowledgeable. If you talk to the people who work here and let them know what genre or style you're looking for they always have great recommendations and will put it on for you to listen to. Can I give this place more than 5 stars?

Stopped in today to check out the new location that's right by Til-Two! Awesome stuff as always. I almost bought a pair of Minnetonkas -- they were super cute. All the shoes/boots were gently used, and everything is nicely organized. Prices are reasonable, as everything is carefully picked and in good condition. Sometimes, there's even a $5 clothing rack outside the shop. The vintage tee collection, Levi's denim, turquoise jewelry, and all the other goodies make this place a gem for shoppers. Nothing like classic, vintage Americana style in the heart of the Lil' Saigon district!

I walked in today, and walked out with music/LP's that I LOVE. This is that spot to find the most vintage/awkwardly rare finds! He had all the unknown weird LP's I cannot stop buying. I came back TWICE the digs was so NICE!! I still feel I owe him $5. The only place I can find rare comedy and Firesign Theater Lp's and O.T.R., Ambiance Phych..ect.

This place is amazing! So much history in the surfboards and skate boards that are collected there. Good selection of records and tapes as well! Got some really bitchin board shorts here for a great deal!

Eclectic clothing and music. Guaranteed to find fascinating nostalgic, vintage, and authentic clothes, vinyl, cassettes (even 8-tracks), and "basically great stuff." Definitely worth a visit.

Mikey has some awesome stuff. Everything from super sweet vinyl finds to vintage clothing for both dudes and ladies, pins, stickers, jewelery and other doodads, motorcycle stuff, etc. It's located right next to Trophy Motorcycles :)

Have you ever been in one of those perfect old man garages? The ones with 30 years of collected awesomeness and grime? That's what this place is like. Except you can take the stuff home without having an old timer biker chasing you down for stealing his shit.

What a hidden gem! Tucked between a tattoo parlor and Trophy Motorcycles on the boulevard, this happening hole in the wall is not to be missed. Their record collection was spectacular, with great deals on classic vinyl. Plus, they had Sabbath spinning while I browsed. Truly unique array of vintage tchotchkes and biker paraphernalia here too.The clothing selection was smallish, but overall, the signal-to-noise ratio of cool stuff put your average junk shop to shame.

Found some cool stuff today including 3 vinyls and enjoyed stalking to Danielle, the co-owner of the place. She was super nice and helpful in identifying other areas to explore in Little Saigon. Will definitely return.

I live in East County and Pack Ratt is the closest place I've been able to find that has a good, high quality selection of vinyl. Lots of classic rock and metal, with various other stuff from the 70s and 80s. All in good condition and at very good prices. And if you don't see it out, just ask!

The vinyl selection is now huge! He's got lots of local stuff you can't find any where else, garage rock, surf, prog, punk, and good old rock and roll. Prices are really fair! I dig at every record and thrift shop in the county and this place is on point! Mikey will inquire about your taste pull stuff you've been looking for and recommend cool stuff you've never heard. All the records are cleaned and in plastic. Defiantly a spot for vinyl freaks not to mention a big selection of vintage clothes for girls and guys, lots of motorcycle and hott road stuff, vintage skate stuff and general awesome bric and brac. Go people do it!

Mikey has been collecting cool stuff his whole life and his shop shows it. Stop in and take a look at what he has to offer, his stock is always changing and with the addition of Puss n Boots it's filled to capacity.
