Paco's Tacos

Insanely good taqueria. No frills, just amazing food quality and the kindest staff. The owner opened the door for me and told me all about the restaurant and his hometown. One of the cooks walked out and handed me a sample of the asada when he heard it was my first time in. Paco told me he strives to make his restaurant feel like a market back in Mexico where everyone meets each other and hands out samples. The chicarones are delicious too! Will be back. Salsas were super good. Highly recommend adding the cheese to tacos

Paco's Tacos (Un Rincon de Puebla) in Burien is an outstanding choice. ​The food is always high-quality and incredibly fresh. Each taco is perfect, a true delight. They offer excellent economic value, giving you delicious cuisine without the high price. ​The four sauces are all amazing and add a fantastic kick to the meal. The restaurant is consistently clean, and the comfortable booths make dining a pleasure. The staff is very friendly, and the place has a vibrant, beautiful energy. ​This is a spot that is always a hit, never a miss.

Officially my go-to place whenever I'm craving tacos. The staff were super sweet. Everything is clean, good portions, good prices, and the sauces were amazing. We'll definitely spread the good word around.

Don’t let the location or the exterior fool you—this place is absolutely incredible. The Al Pastor is bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Every staff member was genuinely friendly, offered great recommendations, and delivered top-notch service. It was so good I couldn’t help but order more Al Pastor tortas right after finishing my first one. Highly recommend if you’re in the area—you won’t be disappointed!

My go to place for tacos! Whenever my wife and I crave tacos, we are guaranteed satisfaction by coming here. We’ve been over 10 times and I finally wanted to write my review. The menu is great, tacos, tortas, plates and appetizers. Meat is always of great quality, super flavorful and juicy. You can tell you get the food right off the grill. It’s perfect. The service is out of the world, super well organized and clean. I could not think of something bad to say. The restrooms are always super clean and the tables are spotless. Here’s what we’ve had so far and I can’t recommend them enough. I went from my favorites being tacos, tacos with cheese, tortas to my latest being the combinación plate. It’s like a meat skillet with so many delicious toppings.

Hands down one of the most delicious taco spots I’ve gone to. I had the tacos al pastor and the meat was so flavorful. Cleanliness and service was top tier. The staff were friendly and informed me on Tacos Árabes on Wednesdays. They sound delicious, I’m going to have to come back and try them.

*UPDATED REVIEW 7/11/25* We STILL love this place down!! It’s so good and the Al pastor is perfect every time. One of the most consistent taco places I’ve been too. Don’t be afraid to try the habanero salsa, it’s spicy but balanced. The owners are also the nicest people ever! Friday’s are our go-to day, but get there early or you will miss out on the Al Pastor. These are the best tacos I’ve had since moving over to Western WA. The best is the Al Pastor on Fridays. The staff is so nice and each time we’ve been they have checked in while we were eating to make sure everything is okay. The four different salsas are super flavorful and the onions are chopped so perfectly. Our new favorite taco place!

I added this place on Google when I first saw their posts on Facebook and didn't have an established location. I think it was their yard. I knew from the photos that this taqueria was the REAL DEAL and now it's confirmed. The restaurant is not in the nicest area but don't judge it by its cover and you won't be disappointed. The meat, the tortillas, the salsas, ALL DELICIOUS. Great and friendly service.
