"This place is the real deal with no frills decor at an unassuming location, but don’t be fooled. Bite into a taco, and it will immediately be apparent where the restaurant focuses its energy. Everyone likes a solid, reliably delicious experience. It makes sense that this is a tried and true Burien mainstay for one of Mexico’s most beloved foods." - Laura LeMoon

Pacos Taco’s is a hidden gem in Burien. As soon as you walk in, you’re warmly greeted by the family. Dante, such a nice guy, helped recommend some items. I ended up getting the Campechano, Carnitas y Cueritos, and Asada tacos, along with an order of Tortas, which was packed with flavor. Each taco had its own unique taste, served on warm tortillas. Something about their finely diced onions and cilantro just made everything better. they serve four different sauces. The green one was my favorite, but watch out one of them is very spicy. The inside has a cozy vibe with fun music playing. Definitely give this place a try.

These are the best tacos I’ve had since moving over to Western WA. The best is the Al Pastor on Fridays. The staff is so nice and each time we’ve been they have checked in while we were eating to make sure everything is okay. The four different salsas are super flavorful and the onions are chopped so perfectly. Our new favorite taco place!

This place is absolutely amazing. I'm a nurse and I came here for dinner and to do some charting. I ended up staying much longer than I had planned. The staff kept checking in on me and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They made me feel welcome to stay as long as I needed and even offered me their wifi. Also, the tacos were incredibly delicious. Definitely worth visiting, and truly authentic as well.

I’ve eaten at hundreds of taco restaurants in my life. I’ve won taco eating contests and was the reigning champ at my hometown taco shop for a couple years. I once ate a thousand tacos in a year. All that’s to say I know my tacos and this place serves THE BEST TACOS I’VE EVER HAD. A clean restaurant, knowledgeable and helpful staff, fresh ingredients, killer sauces, and family recipes make this place a must stop for anybody the wants a great meal. It’s also worth driving at least thirty minutes if you really like good tacos.

The asada is clean, usually I have an oiling dice experience with steak tacos but its clean tasty bite all the way through, the Al Pastor taco has a slice of pineapple on it, its tasty, big bites to get all the flavor and its taste better with any of their 4 sauce imo. The third picture is Bombitas, the al pastoron a crispy crunchy tortilla with melted cheese underneath. Personally I enjoyed this much more than the taco cause the cheese and crunch added more sensory experience and its more smokey tasty flavor as well! But overall I still love the Asada taco too and the Bombitas is a must try!

This place has absolutely absolutely delicious tacos! They are in the styles from Puebla, which means tacos al pastor on the weekends and tacos árabes on the weekdays, two delicious types of vertical spit roasted meats with diff sauces and tortillas. I am so glad to find a place that can make tacos like this, finding authentic tacos al pastor isn't easy and this San Diego girl just can't go that long without it! This spot is the business, they're really doing it. Salsa are good too and the menu is enticing. Score for Burien!! Paco's Taco's is in the space where Herfy's Burger restaurant used to be. It’s off of First Avenue between the Pink Elephant car wash and Fred Meyer. The kind young man behind the counter was super helpful with ordering and told me the story of how he started making tacos in his backyard, gained a following due to his amazing food and recently just opened up a brick and mortar. So inspiring and the tacos themselves are proof of concept, they are more than solid and the jamaica juice and chicharrones are the perfect compliment to the tacos. I left with takeout but I noticed that there is a small area for a stage and the seating in the restaurant was ample. Very clean space. Parking is super easy and the food eats clean. It’s made with love and you can taste it.
