The Best Restaurants In Miami Springs - Miami - The Infatuation

"Paco’s Way is good for two things: tapas and flamenco. At night, the Spanish restaurant has live flamenco Thursday through Sunday. Dancers strike the stage with their heels and flap their fans while folks eat sizzling gambas al ajillo and chorizo croquetas. Larger dishes, like their paellas, are a little too wet, and the grilled octopus is a bit rubbery. So stick to the tapas. Our favorite is the smoky garbanzos fritos. Service here is friendly and you’re greeted with a bottle of wine waiting at your table (and they’ll probably bid you farewell with a complimentary digestif)." - Virginia Otazo, Mariana Trabanino

Had a wonderful dinner with my mom at Paco's Way! The food was absolutely delicious. Flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. What really made the night special was our server, Gaby. She was warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home from the moment we sat down. Great food and even better service....we’ll definitely be back!

Our visit to Paco’s was a delightful experience from the very beginning. The customer service was excellent, attentive, and friendly, making us feel welcome right away. We started by enjoying two cocktails — a Sex on the Beach and a Margarita — both of which met our expectations perfectly, followed by a delicious freshly baked Galician bread served as an appetizer, an authentic touch that immediately transported us to Spain. For the main course, I chose the garlic cod (Bacalao al Ajillo) with asparagus, while my partner ordered the grilled snapper with jasmine rice. Both dishes offered very good flavors, highlighting the freshness of the ingredients and the quality of the preparation. The service throughout the evening was truly outstanding, always attentive without being intrusive. The atmosphere was very pleasant, enhanced by good music, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, Paco’s is a place worth revisiting to continue exploring their authentic Spanish cuisine.

Visiting before our Virgin Voyage cruise, found this place online. I called to ask about happy hour. The lady who answered was very kind and welcoming so we decided to try it. The food was excellent, our server was friendly, the flavor of our dishes were phenomenal. The other staff were very attentive. We ordered oxtail stew and lamb chops.

A honest review from a Spaniard : I have tried many many Spanish restaurants in Florida and New York, and this is the only authentic one I found. FANTASTIC. stop going to these new modern restaurants where the chefs don't know what they are doing if you want to try authentic Spanish food . Excellent service from Gabriela

Excellent Restaurant! Good food and terrific service , This place is incredible. From the service to the vibes to the delicious food and drinks. All the food is very good, but it's so hard not to order pacos chef recomendations. Please do your palate a favor and come here. Enjoy!

I stumbled across Paco's Way walking to another restaurant. Something told me to walk in and I am so glad I did! Much higher class fare than I had set myself up for but man was I pleased! Spanish tapas and favorites, well prepared. Prices range from affordable to expensive, depending on what you're used to. The kind of service*I* like - may not be for everyone - attentive but not overly so. They let you enjoy your meal without constantly hovering over you. I wish I was staying in Miami longer so I could go again!

We came here with a large party of 14, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The restaurant was not prepared to handle a group this size. They told us they could only split the bill on three cards, which made checkout difficult. Appetizers took over 45 minutes to arrive, and several main dishes couldn’t even be ordered because the kitchen was “backed up.” To make matters worse, there was no tap water available, and they ran out of flat bottled water. While the food itself wasn’t terrible, the lack of organization and poor service made the evening frustrating. I don’t recommend this place and won’t be returning.
