Visited here for the first time last night and my experience was awesome! Food was amazing and our server was above and beyond her recommendations and overall service. We show up without reservations and they didn’t have any table available but she handle it very well and suggest to wait for a table to be empty and sit us at the bar. We have great time thank you. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this establishment!

Many people recommended it to me, and last night I had the opportunity to go, and it was unforgettable. The atmosphere was romantic, the flamenco musicians and dancer were excellent, the food was good, and the service from the waiters was excellent. In our case, Bryan treated us like family; he was very kind and professional. I highly recommend Paco's Way without a doubt.

We recently celebrated my sister’s birthday. We had a very enjoyable time. Our server Brayan provides excellent service! He is professional, friendly, thoughtful, and makes you feel right at home. The salmon was deliciously prepared and as well as the seafood paella was cooked perfectly. The saucier is equally talented, which elevates the cuisine. Excellent cocktails bar and wine from Spain Tempranillo. If you are planning a special event or celebration, Paco’s is a lovely venue in the heart of Miami Springs

Had a great experience. Food was excellent and delicious. Grisel was amazing she made my experience amazing, she made me feel like family. The bread was perfect with olive oil on top and warm and well toasted. Tortilla was cooked to perfection. Had the grilled Octopus and Lamb shank for dinner tasted superb. Dessert was delicious. I recommend Paco Way for the most authentic Spanish food in Miami. Great location!

Service was top notch, Emmanuel took care of us, a polished young man, food was excellent, the paella with lobster, shrimp and all sorts of seafood... sorry we came in too early and missed the show Warning...if asking for water... make sure you specify what kind you want, paid almost $10 for regular water... the only thing I didn't enjoy 😪... I just expected free tap water

We celebrated Saturday a beautiful evening birthday dinner for a large group of family and friends of 16 quest , our waiter Ernest was spectacular. All his recommendations were on point and amazing. The wine selection was also very good. The entree’s were a hit as well. 5 star rating for sure.

We came here to celebrate my brother’s birthday. There’s only one waiter for like every single table. He was a good waiter, but the poor man had too much on his plate literally. He only let us order drinks and appetizers. He never came back for us to order the main dish. Tip is included in the bill at 20%. There is no water only bottled water. Bread is charged as well. We probably won’t be coming back. And if you’re looking for an authentic Spaniard experience, unfortunately the entertainers are not from Spain, the show was entertaining, but it wasn’t authentic Spaniard. I saw a few negative comments before arriving at the restaurant, but decided to give it a chance anyways. We had three drinks total an appetizer and a soup $86. Good luck!!

I have mixed emotions... I contacted them to make arrangements to celebrate my mom's 80th bday. The person who handled the IG messages was great accommodating, setting us upright at the front great table was promised. Other little birthday perks as well. When we got there nothing was honored. It was as if, they got us there and it was a switch and bait. Did not honor anything they promised. Nevertheless food was good, service was attentive and the entertainment was wonderful. I'm just disappointed in how unprofessional they were.

I went to Paco's Way last Friday night for my birthday celebration. It was amazing. We were a group of 6. We ordered mostly tapas and 1 order of Paella . Everything was amazing especially the stuff peppers. The service was also excellent. Last but not least the entertainment was stellar. My group don't speak Spanish but we truly enjoyed the flamingo dancer and the Singer. Overall an amazing experience !!

An old friend of mine and myself that live in the Miami Springs area have been trying different restaurants. Today we came here for lunch. The hostess Yenny also ended up being our waitress. She was very friendly and had lots of knowledge of menu items. Please see the attached pictures for what we enjoyed. The two high lights for us this afternoon were the cod fish croquettes and the bread with serano ham. We will be coming back on a weekend to also enjoy the live music.

Tuvimos una entretenida noche de amigas en este restaurante, que recomiendo para cualquiera que desee ver un show flamenco en vivo y como plus una bailarina del baile del vientre. Asegúrense de hacer una reservación previa, y mas si es un grupo de personas. No espere tranquilidad para conversar pero si ambiente movido para celebrar. Ordenamos una tabla de quesos y charcutería para compartir y una paella de mariscos para dos personas. Por supuesto que no me podía faltar la sangría para completar la experiencia.

The service was great. It's the only reason I'm giving them 3 stars. No complaints. The food is not great. The paella was ok and one can see it has a lot of artificial colorings added to it. The tabla was $45 a bit too much for ham and cheese to be honest. The worst part was the vibe. Unfortunately, it just feels like it's a place that wants to imitate Spain but gets lost in Miami with weird wallpaper and flashy lights. A bottle of caymus $210. It's a bit abusive. These are south beach tourist prices yet we are in a nice suburb. It would be justified if the price was lower.

I was picking up someone at the airport and found Paco's Way to be quite near and with a really promising Spanish menu. If you're planning to grab some Spanish food at a place with great music and ambiance, I would highly recommend this place. Part of reason for 4 instead of 5 is really mainly driven by an interesting smell that I wasn't expecting, reminiscing of an old office vs what I would expect what a restaurant would smell like. The other thing that was a deterring factor would be the fact that we were never asked if we wanted water. Then, after I was almost done with our appetizer, I asked for water, and I was brought a bottle (so if you're like me, thirsty all the time, get ready to spend half your bill on bottled water). In terms of the food, we ended up ordering some patatas bravas, which were delicious and generously covered with the brava sauce and aioli , I wasn't too hungry so I decided to get the Galician octopus in the appetizer menu. In all honesty, I expected a bit more octopus and not a ton of potato with minute pieces of thinly slicked octopus on the top. However, the octopus was the softest I've ever had, it was truly really enjoyable, just wished there was more. Hence why I opted to then order the charred octopus on top of that when the charred octopus arrived, it was more of what I was originally expected to see and I really enjoyed it, great flavor and texture, although i personally do prefer a little more char. But nonetheless very enjoyable. Definitely worth a try.

Took my husband and mother to the show we had an amazing time. the ambiance were vey good. The waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. Will recommend to people.

If you're looking for the perfect outing for couples or groups, with entertainment and DELICIOUS food -- this is the place!!! Today, my boyfriend and I were celebrating our anniversary. We made reservations at Paco's Way - eager to try their delicious paella after seeing so many awesome posts on their Instagram. Let me tell you, they did not disappoint! We ordered the Paella Mar y Tierra, freshly made with lots of seafood, chicken, and pork sausage. When brought out, the server plates the paella for you - perfect portions for two! We also ordered a side of the plantanos maduros, the perfect sweet bite to pair with the savory paella. Since we came on a Tuesday evening, it was very quiet and there was no entertainment. However, this made for the perfect, cozy and intimate experience for our anniversary. We'll definitely be back soon for the full experience - and for more paella!! A big thank you to all of the staff for being very sweet and helpful. :)

We had a fantastic experience! The food was great, and the service was outstanding--special thanks to Juan, our amazing waiter. We reunited with friends we hadn't seen in a year and had the place to ourselves, which added to the treat. the ambiance, quality of the food, and service made it worth every penny. Saturday night I took my wife for her birthday with my mom to dinner at Paco's Way and we had a wonderful time. The service was wonderful. The food was excellent. My mom and wife shared the seafood paella and I had the lobster. Although the lobster there is prepared with either creole sauce or garlic seasoned, I requested that it just come with butter sauce and it was succulent. The paella with the Sangria was wonderful too. The show was highly entertaining and they asked my wife and another lady celebrating a birthday too to up on stage to dance with the professional dancer. The restaurant ended things with a classy touch by giving a bottle of a rose wine to the two ladies celebrating their birthdays. Great night. Great place.

We were in Miami for a cruise & stayed in Miami for another day. Found this place on Yelp and didn't disappoint. Their Happy Hour is from 4-8pm at 50% pricing on quite a few tapas & drinks. But the seafood with lobster paella was most outstanding. Too bad they don't have live entertainment on Mondays, that would've been icing on the cake.

The food is great, the ambiance is beautiful and the dancers are amazing. The show featured live music, flamenco dancers and a belly dancer, all were exceptional at their craft. The only complaint that I have is that I was charged $45 unexpectedly to watch the show, $15 per person. I've been to many shows in restaurants and never been charged a fee to watch a show. I checked the website and it doesn't mention a cover fee to watch the show. Even though everything was amazing I didn't appreciate the lack of transparency of charging a cover fee that I was never aware of. The waitress was uncomfortably hovering over our table until we told her to give us a minute. The waitress kept annoyingly insisting on getting appetizers and drinks after telling her we didn't want any. Once we got our food she disappeared and hardly checked on us. They also automatically charged a mandatory tip of 20% or a party of 3, My conclusion is that I will not be returning.

Had a wonderful time. There was great music and entertainment. Belly dancers and flamenco dancers as well as a live band. Really enjoyed myself. I really need to learn Spanish but one the server realized I wasn't fluent in the language (I tried my sad best) he was still super friendly and an awesome person. I definitely recommend this place for drinks and fun - didn't have any food. But really a nice place. Check it out (especially if you are fluent in Spanish).

A hidden gem of Spanish food and music in Miami Springs Great place to take family and friends. The ambience was very friendly and lively with the Flamenco dancers and music. The food was superb specially the piquillo with seafood, Gambas al Ajillo and the Seafood paella. The red sangria was well balanced with good taste. crème brûlée and two espressos to close Ask for Olga, our gracious waitress.The service was very personal and friendly. I would recommend this restaurant to all.

Great place to celebrate any occasion. The food, service, ambiance was fantastic. This place was definitely one to come back too. Live music and flamenco show was amazing.

My husband and I were in town for just one night and were looking for something different. The service was outstanding and the food was delicious! We absolutely recommend!

Great ambience! Everyone was so friendly. Our server Addiel was amazing. We reserved a table for my mom's birthday for 8pm and we didn't end up leaving until after midnight! We were too busy dancing to worry about the time. We paid $15 for a table at the front and it was worth every penny. Will definitely be new regulars here, everyone was so so friendly and just there to have a great time

Pacos is an excellent restaurant with great food and service. The whole family went and chose different culinary plates and those that stood out were the piquillos of fish, seafood paella, and Gambas al Ajillo. Adding the red sangria as a beverage. The service was very personal and attentive. There was a Flamenco show at the same time that added to a great ambiance. I recommend Pacos to everyone because of their fine foods and service.

I stopped by Friday for a quick rainy afternoon dinner; apparently they took over the pharmacy and 50's looking sandwich shop that was in this space. It's been open for a relatively short time, and especially with its live music stage (I was told it's Friday & Saturday nights) it has lots of potential. However, during my visit, I feel there are a few bugs that need to be addressed first. First, and this is a big pet peeve, is that they charge $4 for a basket of 4 rolls. Bread service is typically comped so this nickel and diming was a major turnoff and a big cause for my review not being higher. The serrano ham platter was also a little oilier than I've enjoyed at other spanish restaurants. My order of patatas brava was also served looking more like thick cut fries, but the buffalo sauce definitely had a nice spicy kick to it. Spanish ham croquettes were served as round balls,and my crema catalana dessert had the right amount of crisp to the crust and sweet to the creme. I plan to come by in a few months, hopefully improved, and plan to check out their stage show. Here's hoping they overcome their growing pains.

Let me give you the good before I give you the bad, or the ugly the music and show are good. A few of the appetizers including the sausage in wine, Patatas Brava (spicy potatoes) are good, and it's a shame because I really gave this place a shot. I guess I have to be fortunate, because I didn't get charged the cover that I read in some of the other reviews. I guess it was due to the fact when I made my reservation they ask me "are you coming for the floor show" and I said no since we were coming at before 8 o'clock and the show begins at 9. As for the service it was great at the beginning, I couldn't figure out why the waiter was hovering around the table constantly trying to take our order, I thought it was just good service. But I found out later after the order was in, and the food was delivered we never saw them again. The tables never bussed, and asking for water became a chore. I didn't figure it out until the bill came when they added 18% gratuity on to a party of four, which I have never seen before anywhere. I guess the service doesn't have to be complete if you're going to get the 18% anyways. But this will be the first and the last time that they make this happen out of my pocket. If you want to go for the show, pay the $10 cover or $15 depending on where you're sitting, have a glass of wine and one or two tapas, you better be ready to spend $100 for a party of two. To me they have a good concept but bad execution, they would've been better off being totally transparent with a customer. Oh, also if you're not into paying two dollars for a basket of bread with some butter don't ask for it. It's nowhere on the menu (which is hugh and will take about 30mins to read) and they don't tell you ahead of time. And just to let you know that I'm not just talking to speak badly, I'll tell you everything I ordered: chorizo al vino good, Fried calamari terrible, patatas brava good, fried garbanzos good, Tabla mix jamón terrible and stale, ox tail salty, Churrasco stringy. Cesta de pan (bread) $2.00 on $167.00 bill "Bad management". Like I said first and last time they ever see us or anybody that we know or recommend.

Paco's Way is a great spot to dine with a large group. My friends and I dropped in a little after 7pm on Friday with a group of 10 including adults and kids. The staff was very accommodating and put together two tables quickly. We decided on Paco's Way, as a friend of mine had called and asked when Happy Hour ended and was told 8pm. Apparently that's only M-TH, so we were slightly disappointed when we got there and learned that there wasn't any Happy Hour specials. We ordered 2 pitchers of Red and White sangria for the table. The white was delicious but the red tasted like the wine had spoiled, quite vinegar-y. We ordered the seafood platter and the carne platter, which were both really good and easily fed our group. We left as the live entertainment was setting up but it looked like more people were coming in and it was going to be a busy night for them. I plan to return again soon to try out more items on the menu and hopefully I'll make it in time for happy hour, too!

Amazing food and amiable staff, totally do not recommend this location. One thing I dislike is that they charge tip 25% automatically and the Flameco Show started very late to satisfy an extremely late party of 40; giving total disregard for the other parties that were there on time. During that process our service was delayed and they had 2 waiters for a house of about 60 people. Honestly, I will not return. Prices are a bit ridiculous.

i have been many times there before and got very good times but got a bad experience with the night time manager this last time and decided to trash her because she is not the proper person for this place . i just walk in and she told me if i had a reservation and told her i did not even as the place was empty at the time but ask her if i could sit by the bar or outside and she told me this was not my house so i told her that a house is a private place and this place was a public place so i walked away and go to eat and drink at la taberna San Roman that treat people like family. Pacos way should be a great and better place without her

Excellent food and show. We when in a group and had a great time. The show was one of the best we have seen on restaurants.

Very poor service. To many people for an empty place . No ambiance on the middle of the week . Price are expensive and tapas very oily and tortilla very dry . Bad place . I don't recommend.

So expensive, not worth it. Serrano ham is more prosciutto. Garbanzo frito was cold nothing great. Croquetas were meh. Annndd. Smells like Mold in there.

We decided to go a Saturday Night, everything was fun and giggles until we got the bill. We had made reservations for a front table to see "the tropicana show". Little did we know they charge $15 per person just to sit upfront to see a show. We couldn't beleive it. They did not even tell us before making the reservation. It was not like the place was full. Tables behind me were empty. The food was not a big deal, its was ok.

I just had dinner and it's was Delicious. The tapas were unbelievable. I would recommend this place to everyone I know. The service was on spot, very professional and polite. And their entertainment was Fantastic too. I differently come back and with a bigger group

The food here was absolutely amazing. We had the ham croquettes, the lobster bisque soup was to die for, and the salmon with shrimp and some creamy sauce, white rice, and it was absolutely amazing. The service was spectacular.I had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners, Grisel, which was a remarkable person. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely be coming back.

Went there for valentines and can't complaint, had a really good time with the live music. The paella was fire and you can tell that they make it fresh. The only reason I don't give it a 5 star is because the sides came out cold and the food took forever. The guy that took care of us was ok for the price and the tip that comes included you expect better service.

I'm giving this place 1 start just because of the lack of honesty. You won't find out about the cover charge but until you get the bill. The food was delicious and the show amazing, and we honestly would've been okay with the $10 per person cover charge had they disclosed it at the beginning. I guess we shouldn't complaint since we didn't select the table next to the stage, that one is $15 per person... Not to mention we didn't order the bread they brought us. We later found out they charge $2.00 per basket... Also, the 18% gratuity is already included regardless the party size. I don't think we'll go back.

Homey place with tons of nice people. I like to think of the American dream and see how these people have made it come true. The owner works as the manager and she doesn't mind serving the bar as well as helping in the kitchen. This is the place my husband and I come to 2 weeks after giving birth to my second child. A place to unwind and listen to good music while getting a way from it all.

Paella is super small and it is just okay. Nothing to impress. I gave the place 3 stars because it is the only Spanish restaurant that serves Alambra beer which is by far the best Spanish beer.

I've been ordering on Uber Eats for a while now and had just never made it in. The easy part, the food is very very good. However, the level of service and the professionalism of the staff is what honestly blew me away. I was not expecting that at all. We were also pleasantly surprised by the Flamenco Show. The guitarist was impressive but the dancer was the star. I have yet to try a tapa or main dish here that I would not recommend. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

Gotta love it at Paco's! It's always a party with music, dancing and singing. You will be entertained. They'll even let you play in the live band lol. Perfect place to stop in for a $8 mojito & small plates in the Springs. The garlic shrimp is amazing. Food and drink hit the spot. I'll have to go back and try the paella which is supposed to be very good. It's never overly crowded inside. There's seating outside as well. It's a hidden gem.

Had a great time celebrating hubby bday. Ordered paella and few appetizers everything was delicious. Carlos the manager took care of us. At 9:00 place cones to life with flamenco dancers and paco plays guitar. Will go again

Great food at a great price! We were by the area and needed a place to have lunch on a Friday at 1pm. The place is big and only had one other table seated, which was a bit concerning, but gladly we didn't leave. We ordered two dishes from the executive menu at $11 bucks and it includes a canned soda. Both plates, the fajitas and the chicken with mushrooms, were abundant and delicious. The only complaint was that it took a while to get service, but they more than made up for it with the food and pricing.

Visited for the first time last night a matter of weeks before I move away from Miami Springs. Food was all authentic and delicious - the tapas/appetisers are served in the traditional manner, each plate being presented as it is prepared and not all at once. This makes for a very leisurely and relaxing meal. We ordered the ceviche, mixed croquetas, lamb chops and the charcuterie and cheese board (chorizo, Serrano ham and manchego). Main courses were paella and parillada mixed grill. Four bottles of a rather nice Malbec and crema catalana for dessert rounded out the meal. The bill came in at less than $250.

This was the best restaurant experience ever. My husband & I had an awesome time. The food was amazing! The music was great! This is my favorite restaurant as of last night. I can't wait to go back & bring my family. The service was perfection, probably the best anniversary dinner ever!!!

The place is beautiful and the people are very nice. Also, food is good. However, the service takes forever... perhaps it was because we were a large group but we needed to wait a significant time to order drinks and then even longer for our food. The food was good but also took a long tome to arrive. Tips- our friends ordered the paella, it was AMAZING. Order that. DO NOT order the red sangria, it literally tastes like watered down coolaid. 8 people from out party tried it and sent it all back. However, we were told the white Sangria was good.
