I am writing to share my experience at your restaurant, Pad Thai, on Saturday, August 31st, 2024, at approximately 7:30 p.m.
Upon my arrival, the host greeted me and inquired about my seating preference. I opted to sit at the table to the right, near the bar. The host provided me with water, but it had insufficient ice. Despite waiting for an extended period, no server attended to me while they served other tables and fulfilled takeout orders.
Eventually, a server approached my table, and I requested Thai iced tea and a straw for my water. I also placed my food order, specifying the Red Curry with Chicken and Shrimp, with a mild spice level and a spice tray.
After a considerable wait of approximately 10 to 15 minutes, the Thai iced tea was brought and served, but I had to request a straw for my water again. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the exceptionally poor service I had received, emphasizing that it was unacceptable.
When the Red Curry arrived, it was medium-spiced instead of mild, which was not as per my request.
Overall, I was deeply disappointed with the service I experienced at Pad Thai on that particular evening. I hope that this feedback will be taken into consideration to improve the customer experience in the future.
Typically I never had issues with Pad Thai but last night was unacceptable.
