And both come with the kind of delicately piped swirls that rival Disney princesses' curls. The buttercream is light, smooth, and has a Baileys kick your gran would approve of—i.e. a lot. While both of the sponges—cupcake and slab—are moist and not too heavy, we prefer the balance of the slab.
