Clusterfest Adds ‘Arrested Development’ Banana Stand, Nickelodeon ‘Double Dare’ | Eater SF

"At Clusterfest I can step into Paddy’s Pub of Always Sunny fame, where “nobody knows your name” and the rum ham will reportedly “flow like ham”; organizers are even adding festival-specific details including a novelty menu featuring items like “Bagged Spaghetti with Medicine Balls” (spaghetti and meatballs served in a plastic zipper bag) and “Vitamin Balls with Rat Trap Cheese” (meatballs with parmesan on skewers)." - Caleb Pershan

I would like to thank the staff Kelsey. Braxton and David for making a special day for my daughter Nasya on her 30th Birthday. I food was awesome, the service was magnificent. They went above and beyond to make the day special.

I had the absolute best time at the Christmas candle-making class! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt festive, welcoming, and full of holiday spirit. The instructors were incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely passionate about helping everyone create something beautiful. The class was fun, hands-on, and easy to follow—even for beginners like me! I loved getting to choose from all the cozy seasonal fragrances, colors, and decorations. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, and the materials were high quality. By the end, I walked out with a gorgeous, professional-looking Christmas candle that I can’t wait to display (and brag about!). It also made for a perfect, heartfelt holiday gift. I highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a festive activity, a creative outlet, or just an uplifting way to get into the holiday spirit. I’m already planning to come back next year! 🎄🕯️

The Art Attack is a wonderful event that happens happens every Wednesday night that showcases local art in many forms. I love the pizzas and the staff are very friendly. It is a very chill environment at Art Attack. I highly recommend it

The Halloween event at Paddy’s was absolutely amazing! The atmosphere was full of energy and fun, and there were no strangers! The security team did a fantastic job, so you could really relax and enjoy the night without any worries. The food truck was amazing and that food was delicious and on point the portions were generous, and the prices were super reasonable. The drink specials were great too and added even more to the fun vibe. Can’t wait for the next event! 🎃🍻- little miss alice ❤️

Went to Paddy's for darts on Thursday night. Got so much more!!! Despite knowing someone who works there, I had never been to Paddy's. Currently expanding my dart knowledge and decided to give their steel tip tournament a try. Completely awesome experience! Good people, great staff, The Paddy's Irish Coffee is a 100% recommend! Not to mention they had karaoke as well! I dipped my toe in that pool after the tournament. The atmosphere is wonderful, the carved wood and inner furnishings beautiful. My husband (retired army) who normally dislikes the bars we go to, fell in love with the place and so did I. Will definitely be back, evem though I have to drive over am hpur to get there! Food is also on point! Try the burgers and fries. Honestly, so good. I can't rave about it enough. Also, owe Justin Troyer a beer for pushing me to try it out. Much love, guys and gals!

Yelp
Had a good time with my friends the other night. People there are pretty friendly and I like the bar/club split for different vibes. The drink prices are more expensive than I'd like even for a bar tbh. It was a good time overall.

Yelp
Paddy's is the perfect local spot to grab a drink! It doesn't seem very large from the outside but inside it seems huge! They have two bar areas, one with a more relaxed vibe with seating and the other called the church, that has a dj and is more of a dancing club vibe. They have a large outdoor area as well. The service here is wonderful! I've been here a couple of times and everyone is always so kind. They are pretty efficient at getting drinks out and you don't have to wait long at the bar to be served. On my most recent visit Kelsey was my bartender and she was so helpful in providing suggestions for what to drink. She was very nice but also efficient and got our drinks out quick. They have a ton of drink options so I'm sure whatever your preference, you'll find something here! Overall this place has great vibe and is a lot of fun. I'd definitely recommend checking it out if you're in the area.

Yelp
This is THE go to nightlife spot in Fayetteville. Food is pretty good, I love the fries. Drink prices aren't cheap but not too expensive, reasonably moderate considering the environment. It's always busy on weekends which is nice. My only problem with the place is one bartender is rude every-time. She's usually condescending, I can't remember her name but I would say if you see a middle aged lady with long black hair, be weary. She's not enough of a reason not go though. Ultimately if you're looking for fun nightlife on the weekend I cannot recommend any place as good as this place.

Yelp
They charge 20 bucks just to get in. The one beer that I had was 4 bucks. Met up with some friends that were already there and one of them had gotten cut-off and could only order water. He took a single sip of a mixed drink that one of my friends offered him and we ALL got kicked out because we were guilty by association. The inside was dimly lit & had those multi-color lights that made it feel more like a club than an actual bar. I won't be going back to this establishment

Yelp
Paddy's Irish Pubhouse has been a cornerstone of Fayetteville nightlife for as long as I can remember. As a self-proclaimed OG of the establishment--my friends and I spent countless nights here in my younger days. My daughter asked if we could celebrate her 21st birthday this past weekend there and it brought me back to a place that holds so many fond memories, and let me just say: Paddy's is better than ever. For those who may not know Paddy's history, the dedication of owner Paddy Gibney is legendary. After a fire devastated the building next door years ago, he went above and beyond to not only restore his pub but also expand and revitalize the entire structure, creating a great club experience on the weekends and a great gathering space other nights of the week known as the Church. The entire space inviting and welcoming. A true symbol of resilience and community spirit, fun and cool charm. Walking through the doors on a bustling Saturday night felt like a warm homecoming--but with a polished, upscale twist. The atmosphere struck a perfect balance between the nostalgia of the old Paddy's I knew and loved and the sophistication of its modern updates. The renovated front porch, once a chilly smoker's corner, is now a cozy, heater-filled haven where guests can relax and mingle comfortably. The staff made the night unforgettable. The head of security, a strong and commanding woman, brought an immediate sense of safety for sure. The waitstaff was polite and attentive, constantly checking in to ensure we were comfortable, and the bartenders and bouncers were as kind as they were efficient. I didn't recognize a whole lot of faces but the vibe was the same as it had always been, a great place to hang out, enjoy a few drinks, relax and laugh with your chosen crew. If you're a Fayetteville native, a self proclaimed Paddy's OG, or someone new looking for a great place to connect, I can't recommend Paddy's Irish Pubhouse enough. It's more than a bar--it's a community, a legacy, and a beautifully refined space where old memories meet new ones. Thank you, Paddy's, for giving my kid a night to remember and proving why you've remained a Fayetteville favorite for almost 18 years now!

Yelp
My husband and his best friend stopped in this town to spend the night and continue their journey to New York today. They went to this bar last night to have a few drinks, within walking distance to their hotel. My husband had a few beers and a shot of tequila. suddenly their doberman grabbed him and kicked him out of the bar, he pushed him to the ground without even explaining to him what he did wrong. The police came and handcuffed him, place him on the back of their car, took his phone and his wallet. All of this while his friend was in the restroom. They had no clue what was happening to them and they didn't care to explain. They just attacked him and treated him worst than a dog. My husband has several bruises and a swollen wrist from the fall. This place is awful and we just want to warn others about what seems like a normal thing that happens there.

Yelp
Great live music at open mic night. Bartender was friendly and attentive and kept me watered. Smaller crowd on the live music side but the other side for music trivia was packed.

Amy R.

Yelp
We've been coming to Paddy's for a while now and wanted to leave a review. This town is very transient certainly but you find places that remind you of home or eventually become 'home'. The staff, the atmosphere, the whole vibe is a great time. Another cool thing is that it isn't just a typical bar, they do awesome stuff all the time - comedy nights, Fayetteville ArtAttack, trivia and the list goes on. The rules are simple...show up, don't be a dick and have a great time! A must visit if you haven't yet and now you know so there's no excuse!

C H.

Yelp
Tyler and b-love are absolutely phenomenal security, can safely say they were very thorough with their security work, can safely say I felt very sheltered at Paddy's when they were working‼‼

Yelp
Art Attack on Wednesdays was a blast. We had a great time. Drinks were good. Will return.

Yelp
for the love of god PLEASE get a new DJ. PLEASE. suggestion: the dj that plays at The Friends Table. or literally any POC. we're tired of listening to it jump from Maroon 5 to Bad Bunny and then 0.5 seconds of sexyy red. please please please xoxo

Yelp
Chase good bar and the Security Are all set in a good movement to make sure we all can be safe and have a good time.

Yelp
If you like music so loud that you have to shout your romantic murmurs to your lady friend, and then wonder if she actually heard it, this is the place for you. EIGHT 4 ft tall speaker boxes on top of six 2 x 3 ft bass boxes give you chest thumping bass and ear popping drums to round out the razz of the electric guitars. Not a place for quiet converation and chit-chat. If you were hoping for easy listening, this is not the place to find it.

Octopus S.

Yelp
Had an amazing night, gave the recipe for a great time. However, the bartender asked me when I tipped, and as a former bartender I understand but it was extremely unprofessional especially when I tipped $10 for opening a total of 2 beers. I don't hope she gets punished for this because she obviously needs the money, but I hope she learns a sense of professionalism or produces a better product ( terribly slow )

Yelp
I don't personally know of a local venue that hosts national level comedians (at a steal of a price), hosts free professional latin dance lessons (2x a month), world class trivia, music bingo, karaoke & other unique events, all under one roof. Paddy's hosts a diverse array of talented musicians and DJ's that perform on BOTH SIDES of the establishment. There is truly something for everyone here. You absolutely must check this place out for your next girls night, date night, or celebration. Where else can you dance the night away on the club side and then take a break and head over to the pub side for live music and a bite to eat from their food truck that offers drool worthy bites for a great price? I've lived all over the east coast and traveled all over the world and this has consistently been my all time favorite bar for over a decade. I have seen the evolution of this establishment from a small hole in the wall to an upscale establishment and I have personally loved the evolution of it all. I have met people from all over the world here. I've had some of the best nights of my life here. I even know countless others who have met their spouses here! This place truly brings people together. Paddy's is a place for everyone, of all backgrounds and walks of life, and you're always a conversation away from meeting a new friend (and it might even just be the owner, Paddy). It's clear that Paddy cares about his establishment, his staff, the community and the experience he provides. Most importantly, I feel incredibly safe here. Paddy's, the staff, and the owner are world class. Don't miss out on this gem!!!

Yelp
I really miss this place and hope it's able to open again soon! Fayetteville just hasn't been the same since Cooper made all the clubs close. Paddy is a great guy and this bar is always hopping. Best spot for dancing on weekends. Kareoke on Wednesday but wish it started earlier than 10pm. Drinks are made good and strong.

Yelp
I first went to Paddy's with a friend who wanted to grab a drink in celebration of her finalized divorce. I rarely go out, but I thought why not? I had never been to Paddy's and wanted to give them a shot. I'm glad I did. The bartenders were friendly and I loved the Dublin Mule. Definitely my favorite drink to get from here from now on. There is the traditional bar side. And the "church" dance club side. Both have a stocked bar ready to serve you. On this visit we stuck to watching the band and enjoying the atmosphere. Made a few friends and chit chatted with regulars who frequent Paddy's often. The second time I went I had a great time as well. I went with a group of girlfriend and we danced. I really had an awesome time. Not to mention there was an amazing food truck outside for that late night snack urge fueled by alcohol. lol (Chef Glenn's truck) it was awesome. I got a cheeseburger and it was great. Overall Paddy's is a welcoming, friendly, quirky place that I actually enjoy going to. Give them a try. You won't be sorry you did.

Morgan S.

Yelp
Paddy's is the best Irish Pub hands down that I have ever been to. Growing up in Fayetteville, I spent a lot of my young life at this bar. I recently traveled for a month to Ireland and hit up many pubs in the process, looking for something similar.. which I was unable to find. His bar embodies the true Irish warmth and spirit, plus his music is the best. During my trip, i knew many of the songs they sang in the pubs because of my time at paddys. Nothing else like paddy's is out there, no matter how hard i have looked. Can't wait to go again when I am home next.

Clay B.

Yelp
About a month ago me and my buddy's were hanging out outside by the food truck when out of know where a bouncer runs up and body slams my friend on the ground. Nothing has seem to have been done about the incident and the bouncers just constantly seem to be on a power trip. You'll be shimmying your way through a large crowd not very intoxicated, next thing you know your being kicked out wondering why. Other than that it is a very fun place and a great time but gets extremely aggravating.
google avatar

Joshua L.

Yelp
Man how y'all have a Latin night with no Latin music make that make sense, last time I come here fr

Cam W.

Yelp
Terrible service here. Will cut you off if they even think that you've had a drink before walking in. Bouncers are constantly on a power trip and looking for reasons to get aggressive, it's a dangerous place to be.

Breann E.

Yelp
Entitled SERVICER after providing basic/standard and bare minimal service. Server rude over a mistake and oversight made by another staff member, but taken out on customer very unprofessionally. Drinks full of ice & water. 0/10, would not recommend.

Jessica B.

Yelp
We've been coming to paddys for years now and it still remains one of our favorite places in Fayetteville. When they reopened after covid, we came back to visit as soon as they opened and that's when we met Pepper. I was blown away by how truly kind she was to us, how she remembered our names and drinks after just taking care of us ONE TIME, and how she was so funny and down to earth. We already loved Paddys but she was what we didn't know we were missing around here. If you've never been to Paddys I highly encourage you to check it out. They really have something for everyone. Live music, trivia, comedy nights, great food and drinks but most importantly they have an incredible staff.

Yelp
Pretty fun place...from what I remember ;) drinks and dancing! It's a promising option for a fun night out in good ol Fayetteville. Check it out.

Yelp
The first experience I had at paddy's wasn't a bad one however last night was awful. Me and a few of my mom friends were having a ladies night out which is an extremely rare occasion for us. We paid the $15 cover charge and went in. While we were in there my friend dared me to give one of the bouncers my beads from around my neck so I did and I let him know it was a dare and he laughed and walked off with the beads well about 3 minutes later I feel someone tap on my shoulder and the beads were shoved into my chest by a random lady and she said "he has a girlfriend and he doesn't want your fucking beads" so naturally I responded that I was married and it was just a dare well then her and her friends all kept making rude snarky comments and I told them they didn't need to pop off like that and it was no big deal well all my friends witnessed this and were obviously shocked like I was then the girl turns around and tells the bouncer I tried to fight her and to kick me out. And that's exactly what they did. I explained my side of the story to the bouncer and he said "it doesn't matter she works here and her word is enough." Not only did I loose out on my $15 but I also lost out on a much needed night out. I've been a bartender for several years and that really put a bad taste in my mouth. I never once got violent or even mentioned violence. Actually I felt like she was the aggressor.

Stefanie S.

Yelp
This place has significant gone downhill in the last few years. If I could give less than 1 star I would. First of all, asking for a $15 cover in what is essentially just a small military town is severely taking advantage of the lack of other options in the area for nighttime entertainment. To be fair, I had no issues on the Paddy's side of the bar, however as soon as we migrated over to the Church side, we were purposefully discriminated against. We waited for a drink for approx 10 min then the woman behind the bar said we (the two women not the two men with us who had clearly been drinking more) were cut off because we were "too drunk". How she reached that conclusion when we weren't stumbling, weren't slurring, had literally only drank a couple of light beers on the Paddy's side with this being the first time even seeing her is beyond me. I can only imagine either she was mad at someone else and took it out on us OR she mistook us for someone else she'd seen earlier and didn't want to admit her mistake. I told the other girl trying to put X's on my hands that I'd prefer to leave than put up with this ill treatment and these ridiculous claims. She said she had to support whatever the bartender said and when I asked her if she heard even the slightest slurring of my words from me or if she thought I appeared too drunk for another drink she avoided answering directly by giving a vague "we are trained to notice things" yet the ONLY thing she could point out about my behavior is that I was "talking back"...yes I'm sticking up for myself by pointing out that I am not remotely drunk and that not only are there other people obviously drunk and having trouble standing up straight whom they are gladly still collecting money from but that of course I would stick up for myself if I felt they were unjustly kicking me out. Seems to me that there are a lot of bouncers there whom are on a power trip which is interesting given that they're clearly discriminating whom they choose to kick out rather than doing so on any just basis. Yet pointing out how they're wrong just results in them trying to claim they're right because...well because...it's whatever reason they can come up with to feel superior not because they actually have a just cause behind it. It's not them protecting the bar or the clientele because they're doing it against people who are fine. And instead choosing to keep drunk people in the bar who continue to throw money at them and potentially go off to drink and drive or go home with a stranger with dangerous intentions. They care about what gives them power and makes them money not their customers well being. You tell them you're fine and they'll claim you saying that just means you're drunk and argumentative, there's no "winning" for the customer. This place is trash only because of its employees which is ironic because their shirts say "no wankers" on the back when they're they're the biggest ones of all.

Yelp
This is the kind of place that EVERY town or city needs! It is one of a kind, for sure. The owner, the MAN himself, Paddy Gibney, makes this place worth every minute and dollar spent while there! I love that it is authentic with true Irish themes, matching Paddy's Irish roots, creating a very live and energetic atmosphere. The new renovations have added even more backing and creativity to it's already solid originality and spunk. Paddy has no filter when he sings and plays, but somehow, it's just real amazing and he sounds AWESOME singing satirical and comedic songs and self written limericks. I love you guys! You make an uneventful or stressful time in life seem to disappear for a few hours and for that, I am forever thankful. Never get tired of hearing y'all play!

Yelp
Band kicked ass - canned music before the band made my fiancée say, "I want to die. Let me at the mother****** who picked this music. I will fight him." They were playing your basic top 40 snore-tunes. The "Real Housewives of Fort Bragg" were spending their one night out on the town away from the kids pretending they were single and 17 again. This isn't an Irish bar; this is any dive bar in the nation. EARN the Shamrock in your name Paddy's, don't fabricate it.
google avatar

Kenzie F.

Yelp
Let's just start by saying the remodel is awesome! But what's not awesome is one of the bouncers. It was my sister's birthday so of course she was pretty wasted. (She didn't get much of the Irish gene like her sisters so she's a lightweight) So she fell down. Welp this pit bull of a bouncer comes up and tells her to leave , granted she's drunk and of course sorta argues with him but of course we let him know we got her and we'll gladly leave (but had to close our tabs) but right off the bat he was so aggressive! She's 5'0 tall and tiny! I mean I get it, he wasn't too much taller than her (maybe an inch or so) so I understand why he might have felt threatened by her, but c'mon man we were all on your side and agreed to leave because we knew she was drunk (over-served) but still he insisted on acting like a guy with short man syndrome. So I politely asked him to maybe chill a bit, he looked mad when I told him that. Welp I walk off to close my tab while one of her friends who didn't have a tab walks with her and the bouncer to exit the place. So tell me why I get to the car to find out he put his hands on her and grabbed her! Like dude again SHE'S literally 5'0 and doesn't weigh more than 110lbs. I mean I know chihuahuas can sometimes be scary too but usually they don't really do any harm! Like this dude was 'roiding out hard I guess? To put his hands on someone who was already walking out. (She was drunk so stumbled) so the excuse I heard was from another bouncer was "oh she, like, drew back" . So a person who is visibly drunk who already fell (and that's why she was getting kicked out) drew back? I know my sister and that's not something she's ever done or would do. So I ask what happened. Apparently they were almost past the exit gate outside and that's when he puts his hands on her again and tries to SHOVE her out! Like bro! Calm the f*ck down! Sheesh. Anyways this is my Ted talk, thanks for listening!

Alizabeth M.

Yelp
Paddys security is awesome! Usually clubs have bouncers that are mean and all about business but they're so cool and laid back and just have to be serious when necessary. It's nice to be able to see them enjoying themselves at work. Also, the most handsome group of security for any club I've been to :) (and beautiful because they're cool enough to even have a girl bouncer! How awesome )
google avatar

Yelp
I love this place! It's very fun and not creepy at all, which is a rare find in Fayetteville. Their drink prices are good, the foosball table is awesome, and it has great vibes.

Yelp
Just when you think you have found the best place in town......it gets better!!! Paddy's has been remodeled and has added another great destination just next door.... the Church!!! The recent St Paddy's Day festivities were as expected, phenomenal....great crowd, great music as always.... to top it off Paddy opened The Church just next door and what a place it is..... great setup, great personnel and great music.....do yourself a favor and make the trip to see and feel the craic!!!!!
google avatar

Yelp
Great ambiance and atmosphere! Most annoying thing is that they don't have cocktails waitresses, but they have a fleet of bouncers that bus the tables...... you may or may not be finished with your drink,.. it's gone!!! KindA impeding....

Yelp
I love coming to Paddy's! The Church side is hands down my favorite place to come dance the night away every couple of months in Fayetteville. There is plenty of security, friendly bartenders to throw a variety of drinks around (Thank you Becker, Michael, and the ladies!), and a good mix of music. This club is clean and safe with a wide variety of ages that attend. There are police officers outside on the weekends to ensure safety, but they are not there to stop anyone from having fun. The "bar" side usually has live music on the weekends. There is plenty of "special touches" to keep you and your friends laughing (make sure to check out the bathrooms ). The men are not too overly pushy, but I generally go with a large protective group. There is a large covered patio outside which is nice for socializing. The only thing I would change is if they served simple food options, however, there is generally a food truck outside on the weekend nights to help with that.

Yelp
A good bar or pub is made or broken by the people who are there. That goes for just about any type of business though. Immediately, you'll notice the personality of this bar. The sign at the front says, "No Wankers", which is also displayed on the shirts of some of the employees. Inside, above the cash register, a sign lists all of the people who have outstanding tabs. This place requires a membership, which is why you have to sign in at the entrance. It's a North Carolina law that says you either have to sell 30% food sales or become a private club. Will all private clubs/bars, you'll have to fill out an application and wait 3 days. This place lets you sign in unlimited number of guests, but you might as well register everyone in the group so you can avoid paying their extra fees for non-members. They have live music, and do auditons for new bands on Wednesdays/Thursdays. There are lots of tables for small groups, some bar seating, a couple of couches at the front, and a pool table. Inside the restroom, there are painted poems or clever sayings that I can't remember now. Next door is a bar called Bourbon Street, with a Mardi Gras theme and a dance floor and more pool tables. How ironic that their tagline below their name Paddy's is "An Irish Public House", but it's another one of those private membership bars/pubs.

Yelp
I don't know. I like all sorts. In your joint, probably a car bomb or a Budweiser. Thanks for the kind words, hope to see ya play again soon!

Yelp
I had an absolute blast during my visit last week. My lovely daughter brought me along for a night of fun and a couple of beers. We were welcomed like long lost family. The live music was great and the staff is hysterical. Can't wait to visit again.

Yelp
This place is WEIRD! Had never been here but was excited to go - had great reviews and thought it was an Irish restaurant. First of all, before you go in you have to go through a metal detector. I don't necessarily care because there's nothing I'd carry in that is metal, but it leads me to believe that they have some major issues. They also scan your driver's license (not a big deal) but then you sign something so that they next time you come in you are considered a "member." Not sure what that means. I was shocked to learn that they are really only a bar - they had never served food until last month and it comes from their food truck which is outside in the parking lot. It's a very limited menu - I got a grilled cheese pesto sandwich and fries. It was $10 for the sandwich and an additional 3 or 4 for the fries. The fries had SOOO much salt on them that I couldn't' finish them. Sandwich was good - nothing special. Draft beers were apparently $7/each. The fish and chips were $17 - not sure if they are frozen or not, but I'd hope not for that price. They had trivia going on, which I was looking forward to listening to. Came in by myself so didn't want to play, but I do enjoy listening. You have to pay $5 to play and then apparently, they go over and play in an entirely separate area of the place, so only those who play can actually hear. Meanwhile, the part I was in sat mostly empty. Just a very odd setup and very pricey for a sandwich, fries and two beers for 30 bucks. I may give it another shot, but definitely won't go for the food.

Yelp
I like karaoke night and when they have the live band. It can be a GREAT time. On St. Paddy's Day, their celebration is AMAZING! I love this place. Some times it is packed, sometimes it is slow. However, the only thing I can say about this place that I don't like is the actual volume of the music they play. It isn't a dance club. Therefore, I should be able to speak to the person next me. Usually I can't and if I try, I leave with a soar throat that lasts for a day. Also, it's extremely inconvenient and annoying to have to keep repeating my drink order. Sometimes they get it wrong because they guessed what you were saying and they won't give you a new drink for free. Depending on what they made. I would say it's good to go and check it out for yourself.

Yelp
Haven't been since they opened the other side but I had a blast even when it wasn't. Excited to see what renovations and expansion they've done.

Yelp
This is Cynthia (favorite Filipina chick;) and yes I must write a review for my most favorite bar in the world! Paddy and his staff are absolutely the best. From the drinks to the entertainment! They treat you like gold. I miss everyone there and I made such great friends and memories there! Truly a treasure!

Yelp
I absolutely love Paddys. I have a wife and kids now and am beyond the point in my life where a weekend means drunken bar hopping. So once every month or two I chose to forgo the backyard fire and beers and go out, Paddys is always first on the list. Owners are awesome. Bartenders are cream of the crop. Atmosphere is a perfect mix of hole in the wall and just clean and lit well enough to make you feel safe without feeling like your in some commercialized crap bar. This is not somewhere to take a prissy girl on the first date. The tacky floor and smoke clouds at the door will invoke comments that will only lead things down hill. Great place for you and your friends to have a few stouts and have a loud fun time.

Yelp
A group of friends and I went here on a Friday night to enjoy a good bar atmosphere and have a few drinks. This was a somewhat slow Friday night apparently because there were few patrons and only one bartender. My friend and I immediately went to the bar and he asked if they did Black and Tan; she answered with a quick "yeah" then went back to doing whatever she was doing. Okay, she is busy no big deal. Another 10 minutes or so goes by and we are ignored. One of our buddies comes up and asks if we can get him a Red Bull as well, so my friend asks for one to the bartender's back (the only part of her we had seen for the last ten minutes). She then realized we were there apparently and quickly snatched a red bull and started on the Black and Tan. Upon the latter's arrival to the counter my friend gaped at what he later described as "the worst Black and Tan he has ever seen." Now he is a VERY passive guy but apparently this was bad enough to bring up. He asked the bartender if that was all the Guinness he got (less than a quarter). Her explanation was it was the same amount of alcohol. Well we aren't out to get drunk at all but to rather enjoy our drinks. So he asked if he could get a little more Guinness to which she replied (direct quotation) "well then I would have to pour it out so... You really don't want to argue with the bartender if you want me to serve you all night." This was a battle we didn't want to have so he just took the sorry excuse for a drink and went to watch the rest of our group play some shuffleboard on their pretty cool shuffleboard table. After a half hour or so we decided to call it a night, but on the way out I was surprised to see my friend hadn't finished his Black and Tan; apparently it was as bad as it looked! With such a poor experience I am here writing my first ever critique. Overall this pub may be good on some occasions, but we did not experience one of them.

Yelp
Crowd has gotten younger over the years, but music is always great. Way too crowded and not enough staff to go around, have waited an hour for a drink. This club gets 4 stars from me for the music, always awesome, service leaves something to be desired.

Yelp
All the sausage, it's a good place to get beers and hang out with your friends but it's all just a bunch of military men. So if you're cool with hanging with nothing but dudes, this your stop. One time I did see a few older people in there, they had to be in their 80's. I bet they like the porn that's posted up in the men's restroom.

Yelp
Pretty cool place to hang with friends and drink a Guiness! Just get there early if you want to sit or get a table

Yelp
I like Paddys, especially when he is actually performing. I do have the issue with it being so friggin cramped. When the bar next door shut down, and I really hoped they would have chosen to expand, alas it didn't happen. Then they also have a the worst outside space. It is basically the size of dumpster. Any bar without a good patio is already down a star. Side note- if you are looking to escape the "joe" scene, then this place isn't for you. Almost all the guys are military.

Yelp
Great atmosphere. Never too crowded. No crowding at the bar. Good mix of locals and military folk. Shhhh... don't let the word get out. This is the best bar in Fayetteville.
